~Richie’s POV~

“HE’S WHAT!” exclaimed four guys suddenly and very loudly. It broke out a moment later into a series of confused conversation and some party ‘whoop whoop!!’-ing.
“He’s a dad, Monita had his kid like only… ten minutes ago?” I say as Benji was looking at my guitar on the sidelines. Tom was eyeing him up,
“And this guy is?” he asked, but was quickly butted out by Jay,
“So he can’t do the gig tonight?” he asked suspiciously.
“Yeah, you guys are just going to have to improvise. He said you can tell though,” I say with a curt nod. A smirk came over his face and he nodded, looking over to Max with a knowing smile they both shared. I frowned,
“Benji! Richie’s mate,” he continued and gave Tom a hard handshake, both looking into each other’s eyes sternly.
“Bromance,” I joke when they didn’t look away for a good five seconds. Benji laughed it off quietly,
“What can I say, I’m totally in love with you,” he joked to Tom who laughed lightly. He still had a hard eye on Benji though.
“Right so we tell the fans once they’re all here?” Max said looking over to Jay with a look like he sparked an idea. I frowned again,
“Sounds great,” Jay said creepily and looked over to me.
“You guys are creepy. I’m going to get a drink,” I say and head towards the backstage before I had to do my sound check.
“Yes, you do that,” Siva said and lifted his eyebrows. I looked back and frowned as the four of them got in a circle and started to talk in hushed tones.
“You meet the weirdest people,” Benji said as he jogged to catch up to me,
“And you’re the weirdest of them all.”

So the guys said that halfway through I got a solo front stage style which was amazing! Like unbelievably. I loved it when that would happen, and considering that the last time I was here with James Blunt I got a solo upstage it was fricken great! So the guys started, doing their entrance while the fans went batshit crazy and screaming until the whole arena was just a throbbing headache of voices crying out for the beloved The Wanted.
“So guys you’ve probably noticed the lacking of a very particular Baby Nath,” Jay said smiling as the fans started screaming again. “Well,” he continued and looked at the guys; he had his flip camera on and was filming this. “It seems our Baby Nath has had a baby of his own!”
Everything went a mixture of utter confusion, a hectic shrill of the dedicated fans, and the laughter of the unbelieved. A large photo of a pretty looking Monita and a beaming Nathan came up onto the screen with an adorable chubby red cheeked baby with Nathan’s eyes in Nathan’s arms.
“So as unexpected as this is for everyone, it’s the same with us!” Siva said taking up the part, “Her name is Rosie Lee Sykes,”
The fans suddenly screamed insanely. I could pick up faintly from the front row the screaming tears of the excited fans,
“We Love you Nathita!!!!” an many more cries came from the crowd.
“We’re Glad Nathan Came!!!” Jay said and Tom laughed infectiously and Glad You Came started to play. This was one of the longer concerts that they were playing, some of the songs like Gold Forever, Lose My Mind, Personal Soldier, Weakness (Of which Tom would look back and wink at me every now and then) and covers like, Fix You by Coldplay (I’m in LOVE with Coldplay so this was mental for me), Animal by Neon Trees (I’m also in LOVE with them), Iris and stuff like that.
Then they got three other girls to come onto the stage, shocked and wide-eyed as Max, Siva and Jay all took a girl. Tom took my hand and motioned for me to come onto the front stage with him. I blushed and walked over with him.

As I can turn the tide,” Max sung to the straight blonde haired girl with a large goofy grin. She looked really nervous and kept switching from looking at him to the massive crowd.

I don't care who was there before.” They all sung as I strummed away and looked at Tom who was looking at me with a large smile on his face.

Then Tom started singing and I felt my knees go weak as his eyes didn’t leave mine. I bit down on my bottom lip and smiled, taking in a shaky breath. He was my weakness. He was my love.

Those no shows, they sure tell,

Jay joined him, “Don't you fret, should you get,
Another cancellation.
Give me a chance I'd make a,
Permanent reservation.”

I don't care who's stayed before.” Max and Siva picked up as Tom wrapped his arm around my shoulder and showed me the massive crowd all swaying to his hand movement. I dropped the guitar for a moment to do the same, knowing that Matty would pick up without me.

“I love you,” he whispered with a wink. I smiled back.
The girls moved off the stage and I went to take my spot with the rest of the band, but Tom grabbed hold of my waist as Lets Get Ugly started to play. I started to play up the front with Max and Tom who wouldn’t stop smiling. Something at the back of my head nagged at me, but I couldn’t put my finger on it.

Just come and go with me,” I only just noted the lack of Jay and Siva and suddenly got the feeling I should move, but when I went to Tom took hold of my waist and smiled. I smiled back.

Then within another moment I felt two lots of flour blind me, the music paused and I wiped my eyes clear of the gunk as Max whip cream pied me. I shook my head and glared at him, The new band ritual… God why didn’t I see this coming.
“Now she's a gentle mental ,” Max sung and I wiped a handful of the gunk off me and dared a look up after throwing it at him. He laughed,

But man, I ain't got nothing to lose,” Jay and Siva were standing on the top of the rafter part that had ducked down so everyone could watch him. I shook my head as they both waved down.

“Welcome to the band officially Richie!!” as he walked towards me. I smiled and leapt forward to give him a big hug and ruffled the gunk and wiped cream into the curly locks as Tom joked with the crowd, winking and tucking the whip cream can in the back of his trousers. The older of the fans might have gotten it.
“Thanks mate,” I comment and give Tom a gentle kick on the arse. He laughed and jumped around before grabbing hold of me and kissing me, despite the gunk. I grinned, because that just made it all better.

~Nathan’s POV~

Monita and Rose was asleep, but I couldn’t take my eyes off Monny as her eyes danced under her eyelids in a land of slumber. I saw Max and Tom sneak in quickly and I ‘Shhh’ed them.
“Sounding like a right father already,” Tom said quietly as he tiptoed over.
“Where’s the others?”
“Distracting the nurse, they really hate us blokes!” Tom continued and Max gave him a light push,
“You’re picking up slang from Richie now,” he said with a grin as Tom shrugged it off with a smirk. The two of them walked over and smiled down, “Still can’t believe you’re a dad,” Max said.
“I know. It’s amazing,” I reply and touch a lock of Monita’s hair with a smile. Her breaths were small and her chest rose and fell gently. Jay stumbled in with Siva behind him and Tom and Max motioned for him to shut up in sync.
“Well I hate hospitals so we have to get a chance to look at the sleeping beauty to make it all worthwhile,” Jay said with a smile as he walked over and grinned. It shocked me, but it came to me, that none of them had seen her since she left without a trace.
“When are you guys and Rosie allowed to leave?” asked Siva smiling warmly.
“Tomorrow, but I think we’re going to stay an extra day just to be sure,”
“Sweet, so that means an extra day in New York!” Siva said and Jay shook his head,
“No! It means like a month or two? How old does Rosie have to be before she can fly?” Jay asked. Monita stirred in her sleep and as much as I wanted to stay by her side, it would be more practical for us to go outside the room. So I motioned for them so go out as I followed at the trail.
“I don’t know, I think the nurse said something like it’s best for us to stay here for two months,” I say.
“Where are you going to stay?” Max asked. I shrugged,
“We’ll book a hotel or something,” I say looking up as Richie was walking over looking pale. Her phone was in her hands and she shook her head and muttered something to herself. “Hey,” I say as she came over. Tom pulled her close to him and she shoved her phone in her jacket.
“Hey,” she replied. “Uh… Benji wanted me to talk to you,” she continued and flashed a smile at Tom quickly.
“Yeah sure,” I say and stuff my own hands into the pockets of my jeans.
“Alone,” she continued. The guys nodded and left, Tom giving her one last kiss before whispering something about ‘the whip cream’ before leaving with a laugh. Sure enough an angry nurse came by and growled at them all and pushed them into the waiting room. I laughed before turning to her,
“What is it?” I ask.
“There’s a rumour,” she stated and looked down the corridor that had long been empty.
“And? There are always rumours,” I say, but stopped myself when she looked over to me.
“About us,” she continued,
“We deny it,”
“There’s a video and photos. Not just that, but they’ve got other photos that make it look like we’re dating and…” she stopped and ducked her head and she trembled. I frowned and touched her shoulder, she looked up through hurt looking eyes, “And Sam’s out Nathan. He’s here in New York.”
