Dalawa lang ang buhay namin ni Sage. Office during weekdays at supernatural hunting during weekends. And I hate to admit na nag-eenjoy na ako sa ganitong buhay basta kapiling si Sage.
"So... nasa vacation nga si Super Boss Rave?" tanong ko kay Timothy.
"According to my reliable sources, he is planning to handle the company from here, pero ilang weeks muna daw siya mag vavacation."
"Si Phoebe ba ay jowa niya?"
"They are not a couple daw as in plain business lang talaga ang relationship nila. Well, Phoebe is fucking hot. Di na ko magtataka if they are fuck buddies."
"Sabagay Tim, mukha silang artista specially Phoebe. Kamukha niya yung blonde Victoria secret model sa Transformer movie."
"Speaking of the devil and she-devil, tignan mo kung sino ang palabas ng elevator."
Pagbukas ng elevator, lumabas ang aming big boss na si Rave Clifford, together with Phoebe Wilson and some managers. Nag-iikot sila sa floor namin na parang mga haciendero na tinitignan ang kanilang nasasakupan na lupain.
"Bakit ka nakayuko diyan sa ilalim bes?" tanong ni Timothy.
"May kinukuha lang ako sa ilalim na drawer..."
"Utot mo, nagtatago ka kay Super Boss Rave noh?"
"Bakit naman ako magtatago?" palusot ko kay Timothy, kunwari may kinukuha na stappler sa drawer.
"Aba malay ko. Natatakot ka siguro na yayain ka niya uli mag lunch. You are still single when he asked you for lunch a few weeks ago. At ngayon, you are finally Reichel Amber Elizalde. Tumayo ka na dyan, malayo na sila, andun na sila sa kabilang exit."
"Di naman ako natatakot. Hindi naman big deal ang lunch with super boss."
Of course, I lied. Knowing na si Rave Clifford ay isang being na capable na ikulong ang isang demon queen made me shake in fear. Di ko alam kung anong klaseng nilalang siya, but he is nearly invincible.
"Bes, I think Sir Sage sent me us an email that is intended for Sir Rave, buksan mo yung email mo. Madalas kasi naka CC tayo sa lahat ng emails niya. Bakit kailangan niya mameet si super boss personally?"
Pagbukas ko ng email, andoon ang isang letter ni Sage for Rave requesting for a meeting.
Dear Mr. Rave Clifford,
I am requesting a short meeting with you to discuss some issues regarding our research and development team in Antarctica. It has come to our attention that our business competitors are after our four enterprises. They are also planning to unleash a new and powerful innovation that the world has never seen before, an avant-garde software called Lilith.
I have already seen their actual hostile takeover with other companies and I would be very much willing to provide assistance and new insight regarding this matter. Kindly confirm your available days and I will adjust accordingly. This meeting is the utmost priority of our business.

"Antarctica huh? Baka new projects ni Sir Rave yan."
"Weird, never heard about a software called Lilith."
"Naku, tingin ko confidential email yan at aksidente na nasend sa atin."
"Ahh baka nga. Anyway, bes, ikaw na bahala sa asawa mo. Half day ako ngayon at naka leave ako for few days dahil ooperahan si Francis sa gall bladder."
