[Levi's POV]
I sit at the hospital's waiting room with Eren. I hug his arm and grip his hands tight. "I cant do this, Eren.." I said, hanging my head. "Don't you want to see me?.. Or anyone?" He replied quietly. "I do.. But what if it goes wrong?"
"I promise, if it goes wrong.. I'll still love you. Death or alive. Ill die with you."
Such words like that, make my heart race. "Thank you... Brat.."
He giggled and wrapped his arm around me.
"Levi Ackerman, are you ready?" A familiar voice nurse called me out. "Yes, but can I bring Eren with me?" I said standing up with Eren. "It depends on Doctor Hanji, sir." She replied. "Okay." I grip Eren's hand, and hold his arm with my free hand. "It will be okay. Ill be right here."
Eren guide me to the survey room. It was really dark.. I couldn't see anything. Of course by now, I can't see. Just the brightness of everything. What I could describe, it's black. So it's dark. Small dimmed lights. It's pretty much blue in here.
"Eren, you may stay nearby, or work on stuff you missed out."
"I'll stay."
"Okay. Let's go, Levi."
I tripped over. I fell, but... It seemed like I was floating.
"Are you okay, Levi~San?" Eren's voice warmed me. "I'm fine." I can feel his arm around me, as my arm rest on his nape.
He pulls me on my feet, and let's me go. "Ill wait for you."

The nurses guide me to the bed and layed me down. The light was shifted to move over my eyes. Fuck.. Its burning my eyes.
"Let's start." The nurse puts me to sleep, everything just turned... To nothing.

I slowly open my eyes. I can see. It was raining. I can feel the tears falling from my face.
"You Know what you did." Eren said, then walked away.
"Eren, wait!" I reached out to him, but.. It was too late. How am I back here?...
Everything froze, and turned gray. What do I do?...
Suddenly everything started reversing.
I'm back to where I asked. "What did I do?!." I quickly grab his wrist, and looked down.
"Eren, this might not mean much to you, or mean anything, but listen to me for once. I have turned blind, and wasn't able to see anything. I almost lost you to fucking shitty Eyebrows. Hell. He almost killed you. I risked my life, Mikasa's Fucking sake to save you.."
Eren looked at me in shock. "What are you talking about?..."
"At what point right now, I'm having surgery on my eyes, so I can see.. You made an appointment for me to do this..."
"L-Levi..."
"I want to see you. And this could be the last time for me to look at you again... I could be dead if they make the wrong mistake..."
He stood there, speechless.
My body started flickering. Everything is flashing white and normal.
"Levi~San?? What's happening to you?!"
"I'm waking up... Or moving to another part in my life... I'll see you later."
"Wait!-" I disappeared.

I look down at Erwin. He's slowly dying. "Fuck you." I said to him.
Everything is started to form differently. Duh. I changed what I said in the past.
I stand next to Petra, making a deal with Erwin. "As for Levi. You will sign this, and we will leave you to the life you deserve. I'm sorry for what happened at the bar."
I signed the paper. What the fuck?

[Levi Is Waking Up.]
"Levi!!" I hear Eren's voice squeak. I open my eyes, and I can see. I can.. See.. I turn my head, and look at Eren's beautiful green eyes. Those... Ocean eyes... "C-Can you see me?..." I can see his tear's form in his eyes. I gave a big pause and pretend I couldn't see him.
"Where are you, Eren?.."
"It didn't work..." He starts to cry.
"Baby no... I can see you. Don't worry." I wipe his tears and I lay my hand on his cheek. His warm hug, lays against my body. "I'm so happy!!" Eren squealed again. "I'm glad..." I hugged him back tight.

Maybe if I kept it the way it was, I could've died. I honestly doubt it.
I was still at the hospital, recovering from the amount of pain each time I blink. I'm not opting my eyes until they told me to.
I'm glad Eren came. I mean I wasn't happy when Mikasa had to stand next to Eren, while he whispers to me. It was weird for... I wanted to tell him I'm okay. But with her, she is always gives me a death-glare. Yeah, fuck you too, Mikasa. I'm totally stealing your man.
It's December, 25. It's my.. "Birthday." It was surprising that.. Eren didn't came to see me. He normally sees me in the afternoon..
The morning, I'm usually sleeping. The evenings, I'm checked up on by the nurse. It's a very small nurse to be honest. She told me to call her nurse Christa..
It's nearly midnight.. 'Eren.. Where are you?...' In my head I thought. The door creaked open.
"Levi?.." A soft whisper came from the door.
"Come in. I'm awake."
Eren came in. "Are you feeling better?"
"Yes. I am. And can see better. Thank you for asking."
"Good.."
"Why are you here so late?"
"I'm sorry.. I was busy doing those paperworks here since I was out with you so often."
"Thats sweet but, you have a job. You don't always have to be with me."
"Happy Birthday, Levi~San."
I didn't reply after that. He gave me a warm kiss, and gave me a kitten. I smiled.

Its the last day, where I can go home. I wait for Eren to finish work. Since I couldn't drive home..
A knock on the door was heard.
"Come in" I said.
The small nurse came in.
"I came to inform that you are ready to go. Doctor Eren will be here soon."
"Thanks.."
"You're welcome." She blushed and walked out.
I sit up from the bed. It didn't seem to hurt. I get off the bed, and walked to the window.
Woah.
I never seen such a pretty field, of the lake. Haven't I been there?..
I assume I have.
The door creaked open. "Levi?. You ready to go?"
I turned around, as to see Eren's adorable face again. I nodded and walked towards him. He held my hand as we went down to the car.

We arrived to his house, and saw Mikasa waiting.
We both get out of the car. "How have you been, Levi?" Mikasa asked.
"It's alright I suppose." As I walked into the house, I was happy to see Isabel and Farlan.
"Welcome Back, Brother!!" They both yelled.
"Shut up." I tell them.
"Stop being so stubborn! We just want to welcome you home."
I gave a small smile as I walked into Eren's room.
"Hey, where are you going?" Eren followed me.
I went through a pile of pictures, and one with Eren with the lake. I must have taken the photo.
"Remember the time we met again? Ever since we were in the walls, we were free from the titans."
"Yeah.. I remember.."

The tears form In my eyes, and I remember the times of our moments. Thank you Eren. And I'm Sorry.
