I was sitting in the living room drinking a glass of wine. This is the second night Keith stayed out late.
~keys jingling in the door, door opens~
"Keith?, come here"
He walked in and behind him was Algee and Woody.
I rolled my eyes. "Umm do yall mind if I speak to him by myself"
They left and went to the kitchen.
"Keith so what hoe you been messing around with?"
"Baby.."
"Don't baby me, I know you cheating, like really Keith I wasn't born yesterday"
"Girl ain't nobody cheating on you"
"Then why ha..."
I got cut off by Woody. "Excuse me Skye"
"What"
"Can I have some Oreos and can Algee have some chips"
"I don't care!!"
"Skye I'm not cheating on you girl"
"Then why have you been coming home late two days in a row"
Algee and Woody walked back where me and Keith was.
"My dude wasn't cheating, we was out looking for a ring he tryna propose"
"Algee why would you tell her" Woody punched Algee.
"Surprise" said Algee
I looked into his eyes. "Is it true Keith"
He got down on one knee. "Skye will you marry me?"
