Chaeyoung and sana were eating some ice cream together at a restaurant, he was smiling while talking with her the whole time, messy conversations and topics, forgetting about mina who was in his house, sleeping.
Then a guy holding flyers came and with a big smile he handed them one
"No thanks" said Sana refusing it, but chaeyoung took one
"Thank you" he said and the guy left
"You like cooking?" Sana asked with shocked expression, he folded the flyer and put it in his pocket, it was an ad for cooking competition that will happen after few weeks
"No, I just like collecting flyers" he lied.
"For me, I am so bad at cooking, I can't imagine myself standing in the kitchen and cooking, are you okay with that?" sana questioned
He smiled at her "not at all"
He doze off and thought about mina and how family-oriented and homebody she is. while sana, is not.
She held his hand and looked at his eyes making him sigh "can we go on a trip together?" she asked
"I can't" he whined "I have work"
She pouted and he caressed her cheek "It's late let me drive you home"
"Can you stay over?" she asked
"No I have to go back to the mansion now" he lied. He was going back home, so mina's parents won't be suspicious about him.
He parked under her house, it was already 11 PM, and she looked at him before she open the car's door
"I am going" said Sana
"Take care sana"
She leaned in and tilted her head while pointing at her cheek
"Hmmm" she said cutely, waiting for a kiss, he laughed and kissed her cheek
"Anyong chaengiiie" she said leaving, he waited till she went to the building and drove off while smiling from ear to ear, he parked his car and went to his apartment where everyone was sleeping he changed into his pajamas and lied next to mina, he was moving around in his sleep when he faced mina, his lips parted as he stared at her sleeping face
"She is Really so pretty" said chaeyoung, he yelped and lied on his back
'You can't be a player like this chaeyoung, you can't' he thought as he slowly fell asleep
Meanwhile jeongyeon lips touched momo's while his hands went to her cheeks, cupping them sweetly while he was still on his knees in front of her, she stayed frozen in his grasp. He wanted it to be real, but she couldn't join in the fantasy, but she closed her eyes trying to convince herself that she is feeling something but she wasn't buying it, all she could think of were the bitter memories.
"Jeongyeon are you here!?" his mom came calling him while he got up like a crazy, he wiped his soaked mouth and turned his back to momo who couldn't move, her cheeks and ears were red as she felt so shy, she touched her face "Momo wake up" she said, slapping herself lightly while jeongyeon went to talk to his mom that informed him about a meeting for the clan member's wives, and other things but his mind was messy, after that kiss he couldn't calm himself, he was nodding to everything she was saying, wishing she will stop talking so he can already go back to his room, soon she did.
He went back to their bedroom, and heard the sound of the shower, he walked to his big changing room, he looked at the mirror and bit his lower lip "Calm down young man!" said jeongyeon, he changed into his pajama and went to his bed, reading some articles from his IPAD as momo came and lied next to him, awkwardness filled the room when momo decided to break it
"Jiyoung said that Nayeon his niece is in the kindergarten, who is her dad?" she asked while drying her hair with the towel
Jeongyeon sighed angrily "seunghyun-"
"I KNEW IT!" she yelled
"Wae?"
"he is annoying"
"he bothered you?" said jeongyeon, and his jealousy was so obvious but momo was so clueless about it.
"Nae, he asked me out more than once and he is married, but he suddenly stopped, he is so psycho"
"well that's another reason to hate the family, and by the way, he is hiding cause he is wanted by the FBI"
"EHHH?"
Jeongyeon laughed "see why I want you to stay away from that guy?" he stated
"it's not like you work with flowers" she said in a low voice, weirdly he couldn't get mad at her at all
"You won't dry your hair?" he asked
"I am lazy" she said hopping under the blanket
"I will do it for you" he got up and brought the towel while she stared at him in shock, he sat behind her and started to dry her hair with the towel, and massaging her scalp, sensually and carefully he brushed her brownish hair, while she enjoyed it so much.
"Tomorrow take iseul to meet dahyun outside, get closer to her and at night, she will come here and I will introduce her to my mom"
"naee"
After few seconds it dried and he put the towel away
"thank you" she said staring at him while he lied next to her but he didn't reply and just closed his eyes to sleep
"By the way, what is iseul's favorite color?" he asked
"red!" she replied
He nodded "goodnight"
Morning – chaeyoung's house
He woke up by the TV's sound coming out of the living room, he was annoyed as he can also hear mina's brothers talking loudly, the latter came to his room and her expression was obviously sad
"I am sorry they woke you up" she said, while he sat and rubbed is eyes
"It's okay"
She smiled warmly at him while she sat in front of him on the bed "did you sleep well? "
He smiled and nodded, he took the flyer from his pants pocket while she watched him innocently
"look at this" he said handing it to her and she was reading it while frowning
"What do you think? Can you do it?"
"me? No no no no way"! she got up and left it in the drawer
"waeeee" he whined and followed her
"I am not good at cooking"
"HUH? Yesterday I tasted the tastiest meal in my life! And it looks like you like what you are doing! You can do it" he said, he caught her off guard when he held her hand, and her heart skipped a beat, now she was certain that she officially fell for him and his charms
"As a friend, I will support you till the end" he smiled
"Friend" she said and he nodded cutely "You can do it mina! Sign up your name, the last day is Sunday! Fighting!" he said when his phone rang, jeongyeon needs him and few errands mina watching him busy talking on the phone grabbing his suit to wear it
"Why are you like this? Why are you so sweet?" she said as hse saw him leaving to the bathroom
Momo did as jeongyeon asked, she took iseul to meet dahyun, his aunt, and he was so happy that the family is getting bigger while dahyun fell for this cute child and got closer to momo easily... the three of them didn't know what jeongyeon's plan was, a truck filled with playground toys, red ones, the empty green garden was now filled with swings, slides, jungle gym and seesaw he was looking at him while smiling, happy that he will probably make his son happy
He was sitting on the garden swing next to his mom after the men left
He held her hand "Omma I want to tell you something"
She looked at him smiling "momo is pregnant?"
He shook his head "few weeks ago I was informed about something, related to my dad"
She yelped "you found the killer?"
He shook his head "not yet" he replied and looked away "I have a sister"
His mom left his hand and frowned by hearing these words
"her real mom died a few days ago and she so poor, my dad was mean to them so she will move into our mansion tonight"
She got up "I won't welcome her here"
"Mom please, she is my sister, and she is kind and young she won't hurt us"
His mom glared at him "if you already decided this then you are free! But I won't even look at her!" she left him alone and he sighed when his bodyguard came
"Sir they are here"
Jeongyeon got up and went to the mansion's gate, momo smiled when she saw him walking to them he greeted dahyun with a smile and then looked at iseul
"Iseul, come with me" he said offering his hand that iseul refused to hold and held momo's hand instead
"I want momo and dahyun noona with me" he said with a pout
"arasso"
They walked to the garden and iseul could not believe his eyes, either momo
He ran to the swings and touched it "are they real?" he asked happily
"sure, and they are allll for you" said jeongyeon proudly
"comao appa!" iseul already was swinging and he was obviously happier than ever
"You are starting to gain him" said momo
"only him?" he asked looking at her, she smiled "I don't know, we will see" she teased
He smiled and the four of them went dining room while he passed by his office to check on some paper, he came back and his mom wasn't there
He sat beside dahyun BUT momo and iseul were sitting on the second end of the table, so far away from him
"Why are you sitting there?" he asked
"there is fireworks and iseul is watching them" answered momo as iseul was busy looking out of the window, while momo was removing the bone from the fish while feeding iseul, jeongyeon noticed her and yelped, it's been so long since he ate fish but he is so short tempered to clean it from it bones.
He faked a cough and looked at dahyun who was eating shyly yet nervously
"How is college?" he asked
"great, I like what I study"
"which is?"
"premedical science degree and follow it up with a medical degree" she replied
"woah! You are genius then!" he complimented and she smiled shyly
"I ate well" she said carrying her plate and he stopped her
"They will remove it, go to you room and tidy up your stuff!" he suggested and she bowed to him humbly
"thank you uhm" she wanted to say something but she didn't know what to call him
"Oppa" he said
She smiled "thank you oppa"
Eventually she left followed by iseul who ran away after greeting his dad. He was completely shocked when momo came and sat beside him after she pulled the chair a bit closer
"What are you doing?" he asked
She sighed "feeding you" she said putting some fish meat on his plate
"I am full" he Lied earning a dead glare from her "but I can eat few bites haha" he continued
He was eating and he couldn't hide his smile while she was concentrating, making sure no bone will be in the fish meat
"You won't eat?" asked jeongyeon, moving his eyes continually at her and the fish
"I will eat later" she said getting up after she finished but he prevented her from getting up and spilled some rice in an empty plate
"wipe your hands and eat"
"I need to see ise-"
"he is okaaay, eat now!" he convinced
After few seconds of silent she broke it "you need to eat well, you are losing so much weight" she said not looking at him
"oh you look at my body!" he said hiding his chest playfully earning an eye roll from the brunette
"nae nae, you are playing the wife roll so well!" he said getting up "thank you for the meal, my wife, I am in my office"
She glared at him while he was leaving "he needs to make his mind up seriously!!" she raged alone.
Few minutes passed, jeongyeon got up and stretched he stood next to the office's window and a frown left his brows when he saw momo sitting on the stair's while chaeyoung was in front of her, they were talking about mina, he confessed to her about everything and about him dating sana
"don't look at me like this!" said chaeyoung as momo was giving him the death glare
"Both of them are my friends and they are so good and sweet, BUT DATING THEM AT THE SAME TIME? SERIOUSLY?" she objected
"I am only dating sana"
"You sleep with mina on the same day everynight! She tells me everything by the way"
He scratched his nape and looked at the sky helplessly
"You need to listen to your heart chaeng, before you lose both of them"
He sighed and nodded when jeongyeon came to them, chaeyoung bowed to him immediately
"your shift was at morning why are you still here?" he asked
"I was about to leave but I was talking to mo- ma'am"
"nae go and rest" momo said, she was about to jump on the stair when chaeyoung offered his hand
"I will do it!" jeongyeon glared as he put his hands on her waist and carried her down
Chaeyoung left them alone and jeongyeon was obviously angry and glaring at her
"What??" she said crossing her arms up to her chest
"seriously momo? Talking and chatting with the bodyguard?"
"so what???"
"you are the wife of the yoo clan's master! And you were sitting on the edge seriously!!!" he growled, she smiled and stood closer to him, looking up at his face
"Are you jealous?"
He yelped "hm? Me? No I am just worry about my reputation"
"reputation yeah" she smirked jokingly
"Anyway!! It's late! Go and rest I will be in the study room" he said after he embarrassed himself so bad he ruffled his hair as soon he arrived at the study room, he hit his chest multiple time as he smiled shyly.
While momo decided to go to the pottery room as she couldn't sleep at all, she wore the apron and sat behind the wheel machine working on a vase she started working on when suddenly her hand slipped and her right palm got cut by a pottery knife making it bleed non-stop!
"AH~~" she was groaning in pain as the whole table and her outfit were soaked with blood, luckily there was a phone in the room and she called the maid so they can get her some padding bandage –as if they will do anything to her deep wounded hand-
Jeongyeon was coming out of the study room when he saw the maids running to the gallery room
"What's wrong?" he asked
"Ma'am hurt her hand, momo" she said and ran away, he yelped and he was never worried as much as he was and followed them without hesitation.
Meanwhile chaeyoung's house
He bowed to her parents as he sat in the living room
"where is mina?" he asked
"she is sick" he mom said sadly
"she is in our room?" he asked and got up while her parents nodded, he carefully came in and saw her getting up weakly
"why are you getting up?"
"you are probably hungry, I will prepare you a meal" croakily she said
"no I am okay, did you took a medicine?"
"I sent my brothers to bring me some but they didn't come back yet" she said ashamed by them while sitting on the bed
"these men seriously! Rest here and I will go to the pharmacy" he said and touched her forehead making her freeze like a statue "you have fever, I think it's a strong flu" "are you okay? Your face is red"
"Yes I am, I just feel warm" she lied
He grabbed his keys and went to the nearest pharmacy and bought her more than 4 medicines, he rushed to the house and her mom was next to her holding her hand, what make him boil in anger is her brothers who were In the living room not caring about a thing, he gave them the medicine and went to taecyeon and nickhun, he turned off the TV making them get up
"If you will stay in our house, you have at least to respect me and your sister! Sitting all the day and hanging out! Is that what you do? She is sick in her bed and you are laughing watching whatever on the TV?" he shouted
"so what? Everyone get sick! She is okay" taecyeon said
Chaeyoung laughed mockingly "you two are really something, you don't deserve mina as your sister and I am 100% sure now!"
He went back to mina who was sleeping now deeply after she took the medicine
He lied next to her and he saw her opening her eyes
"oh did I wake you up?" he asked and she shook her head
"I heard you"
He yelped and stared at her "they deserved it"
She smiled and a tear fell from her eye
"Shhh" he said coming closer to her, hugging her tightly, filling her body with safety that she leak, he caressed her hair as she buried her face into his chest
"Just for a minute" said mina
"arasso" he replied, ignoring the sana's phone call from his cellphone that's ringing in his pocket, slowly both of them fell asleep in each other embrace, 'cause that's what friends are for' he thought.
Yoo mansion's
He rushed to the room and momo was sitting and pushing on her wound
"What happened??" he said holding her hand to see the wound that happened to be deeper than he thought
"my hand just slipped on the knife but it's bleeding non-stop" she said, and obviously she was frightened
"jae tell them to bring the car I will take her to the hospital" jeongyeon ordered and jae rushed to the phone
"you can walk right?" he asked as he caressed her back
"It's just my hand" she said, his ears were red and his expressions weren't good at all, momo was shocked by his treatment towards her
He was driving so fast while she was pressing on her wound
"it hurts?" he asked
"a bit"
He blew air from his nose "it's because of me, I shouldn't make you learn it alone" he apologized
"it's okay" she said patting his hand that was on the gear shift but he held it tightly instead, not looking at her at all.
They arrived at the hospital and they did a suture to her, her hand was wrapped with bandage
He drove her back to the mansion, since it was late no one knew what happened except the few maids that helped her, she sat on the bed and hold her dirty t-shirt and pouted.
She was frowning every time she moves her hand and it wasn't unnoticeable to the smart jeongyeon
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" momo panicked as he held her shirt
"you will sleep with this on?"
She blushed so hard
"I will help you" he kneeled on the floor and lifted her shirt up, she was only in her bra, in front of him, he didn't pay much attention to the scene in front of his eyes, -Or he did his best not to pay much attention- he let her wear one of his buttoned pajama
"for the pants I will do it" she said in a low voice, he looked up ate her red face and laughed, not stopping the stare at her cute face
"can you stop??" she whined hiding her face with her hands, ignoring the pain in her right hand cause the embarrassment she was feeling was prevailing
He smiled and nodded "I will"
He got up and went to the bathroom, he bit his lower lip while hitting his left chest "Love, indeed makes you feel alive" he said staring at his red face in the mirror.
