I checked my appearance in my mirror once more as I got out of my car as Dom pulled up next to me. I smirked as I immediately noticed all of the men's eyes on me, even after five years I still had my touch.

"Toretto's?"

I turned around at the woman's words as Dom came up beside me. I nodded and she smirked,
"Follow me."

Dom and I looked at one another before following her and her posse of boys that followed her around. We followed her past a security detail and up a set of stairs. I walked behind Dom as I saw a man hitting balls into a net. The man was Mexican and fairly short, but I assumed he held a lot of power. I stopped next Dom and followed his gaze to see- Brian. His eyes connected with mine as my breath caught in my throat. I quickly looked away and back at the man in front of us.

"You all know why you're here. Good drivers are a dime a dozen. Every corner's got a chingadera racing for pinks. That's not what Braga's got me looking for. Braga wants someone that would sell their abuelita to be behind the wheel." The man golfing said as I smirked.

He turned around to look at us,
"Someone who drives their ten-second cars a straight line but to push it and take it all the places no one else will take it. Real drivers."

"So what're we hauling?" Dom asked from beside me, a slight smirk on his lips.

"For the money Braga's paying, you don't need to know." The man said looking at my brother and I.

"You just said you wanted real drivers. A real driver knows exactly what's in his car." Dom deadpanned as I smirked up at him.

The man took a swig of his beer as he slightly smirked at Dom's words. The dark skinned man next to us stood up and glared at Dom,
"Real Driver nobody's forcing you to race."

The man was littered with tattoos and had a short mohawk. Dom narrowed his eyes,
"You the boss? Or am I talking to the boss?"

I smirked as the guy was taken aback and I even saw the girl who'd led us here smile slightly. The man's glare intensified,
"Do I look like a boss?"

"My job is to find the best drivers, period. Whoever wins the race gets the info. We cool?" The man asked Dom.

I saw the woman handing each racer a device. She stood in front of Dom as he said,
"Yeah, we're cool."

She handed the device to Dom as the man's eyes shifted to me and he looked me up and down,
"What're you doing here sweetheart?"

I saw Dom and Brian tense at his words as I smirked,
"I'm here to race and beat your ass."

He glowered at me as the man in charge only laughed,
"That is the spirit Braga's lookin for. She'll probably kick all of your asses."

I drummed my fingers on the steering wheel as I pulled my car up in between Dom and Brian's as we set up for the race. I cracked my neck and smirked as I looked over at Dom,
"Just like old times huh?"

He smirked,
"Yeah, just like old times."

I beamed at him before looking at the GPS system the woman, whom's name I learned was Gisele, had given us. I looked up and revved my engine as it began counting down from ten. I drowned out the crowds cheering and the noises from the other car. I was going to win this. Not Brian, not Dom, me. I was going to win this race.

I briefly heard Brian and Dom saying something to one another as the clock almost finished its countdown.

"Go."

I slammed my foot on the gas pedal and shot off alongside Dom. I kept my eyes locked on the road as I briefly looked down at where the GPS was telling me to go. I shifted the gears and turned right as I cut off Brian and another racer. I heard the racer shouting and I didn't need to look back to know Brian was grinning at me.

We continued to race through the streets of LA, swerving in and out of traffic in order to stay ahead. Dom, Brian, and I easily drove ahead of the other cars as we tried to get ahead of one another. We went through a tunnel and before I knew it we were dodging the incoming traffic. I stayed even with Brian's car but swerved towards him when I nearly crashed head-on into a car. I breathed deeply before I briefly looked over to see Brian watching me in concern. Instead of ignoring him like my gut told me to I nodded my head and shot a small smile. I didn't see his reaction as I looked back at the road ahead of me and focused on winning. After a few blocks, I saw one of the racers get T-boned and the other went barreling over Brian's car as he sped ahead.

I continued on as I saw Dom up ahead. I shifted my gears and sped ahead of him as I saw Brian's car come flying onto the highway next to Dom. Holy shit.
I ignored the two, they could fight like little girls while I fucking won this thing.

When we got past the quarter mile I knew that Dom would press his NOS. Well too bad big brother, I came prepared. I flicked off the top of my stick shift and held my thumb over the red button. Thank God for Nitrous Oxide.

I saw Dom come flying up behind me, he'd hit it too early. I waited for him to get level with me before I shook my head with a grin and hit mine. I shot ahead as I yelled,
"Whoo!"

I looked down at my GPS to see that Dom had hit Brian, dear lord I'd be hearing about that forever. I switched gears as I drifted in front of the crowd and stopped my car. I got out of my car and smirked as the crowd cheered for me. I walked to the front of my car as Dom and Brian pulled up. Brian slammed his door and charged towards Dom,
"At least we know you can't beat me straight up."

I rolled my eyes, Sophia here to stop the hissy fight once more. I walked towards the two as Dom said,
"I didn't know there were any rules."

I quickly stepped between the two and narrowed my eyes,
"Will you two stop it?"

They both looked down at me and both looked ready to say something as the man in charge walked over to us clapping his hands together. A smug look was on his face as he pointed towards me,
"Now that's what I call a real racer!"

I smirked at him as I saw Gisele, her posse of men, and that disgusting man with the mohawk walk up behind him. The man with the mohawk smirked at Dom,
"That's some great racin you just did out there!"

He clapped Dom on the back as Brian grew tense,
"Naw man that's bullshit!"

Before Brian could say anymore I reached behind my back and quickly squeezed his hand. My heart thudded against my chest at the familiarity of holding his hand. Although it's been a long time since I'd last held his hand they still fit perfectly together. I kept my eyes forward, in hopes no one would notice as he rubbed his thumb across my knuckles.

The man turned towards Brian and shook his head,
"Go cry to your momma aye."

He turned his attention back to Dom as I turned my head towards Brian and quietly said,
"Brian, go home and get some rest. They'll probably call you back in because you're a hell of a racer and they need that."

My eyes met his as I tried to be as discreet as possible,
"Brian, do it for me. Please."

His blue eyes burned into mine as he slightly nodded,
"Be careful."

I nodded and he squeezed my hand tightly before dropping it and walking back to his car and driving off. The man in charge walked up to me and shook my hand,
"You work for Braga now."

I smirked but I cleared my throat,
"If I'm being completely honest with you, my brother is the better racer. I don't know why or how he lost to me tonight but he is the true driver out of the two of us. He knows cars like the back of his hand and drives better than anyone I've ever met. But- I've got the brains. I know this system better than he does, I know the technology, and how to work people in order to get what you want."

The man cocked an eyebrow at me,
"What're you getting at Miss Toretto?"

"What I'm trying to say is that you need both of us. Dom and I are exactly what you need for your operations." I said confidently

He stared at me for a moment before continuing,
"What about Brian? Is he good?"

I sighed before responding truthfully,
"He's better than good- he's great. He knows exactly when to press his NOS, what gear to switch to make him go faster than you thought possible."

The man stood there for a moment and thought before smirking,
"I like the way you think girl. I'm taking all three of you."

Dom walked up next to me as he continued,
"When the GPS calls, you follow."

I nodded at him before he turned around and walked away with his posse following. I looked up at Dom and grinned,
"I beat you."

Dom shook his head but I could see the faint smile on his lips,
"I let you win."

I shook my head as I walked towards my car,
"No way! You were too busy fighting with Brian to even catch up with me."

At the mention of his name Dom tensed,
"Is everythin' okay with him? Do I need to get rid of him?"

I shook my head at his overprotectiveness but softly smiled,
"I'm okay. I think we're okay."

Dom nodded not believing my words. He knew I was already falling for Brian again. We both got into our cars and drove off and back to our home.
