Valentine Winters P.O.V

I woke up to the sound of a door slamming shut. Lucifer had returned, but he wasn't alone.

In tow, he brought another girl – casually dressed in a long-sleeved shirt and jeans. What was she doing here with him? She appeared to be a good girl, and confusion was written all over her face when she noticed me.

Lucifer's eyes locked onto mine, and a sinister smirk played on his lips. Meanwhile, the girl glanced at the clothes I was wearing, her nose scrunching up in apparent disgust.

I couldn't help but wonder about her role in this twisted game Lucifer was playing. As I anxiously awaited their next move, a mixture of fear and curiosity consumed me.

"Come on," he said, and both settled on his bed, their backpacks in tow. She pulled out some books, and he followed suit, retrieving theirs along with their pencil cases.

As they delved into their homework, I found myself idly fidgeting with my fingers, my gaze fixed on the floor. The room was filled with the hushed rustle of pages turning and the soft scratch of pencils on paper.

After a while, I started hearing peculiar sounds, like the quiet murmur of lips meeting. I looked up, only to witness them passionately locked in a deep kiss, completely absorbed in each other.

My face twisted in mild disgust, and I quickly averted my eyes, focusing on the wall. Suddenly, a shirt landed on me, and as I looked down, I realized it was hers. Annoyed, I shot a glare at him, catching him smirking at me as he continued kissing her, eyes briefly meeting mine before closing.

In a subtle act of rebellion, I picked up the shirt with the tip of my thumb and index finger, tossing it disdainfully away. Soon after, the muffled sounds of protests reached my ears.

The atmosphere in the room had shifted, and a silent tension hung in the air. I couldn't help but wonder how the dynamics between the three of us would unfold after this unexpected twist in the evening.

As the tension in the room escalated, I strained to comprehend the gravity of the situation unfolding before my eyes. The pleas of the girl, trapped beneath Lucifer's relentless advances, echoed through the room. It was a harrowing scene that awakened memories of my own vulnerability and helplessness.

I couldn't bear to witness the ruthless violation of her innocence any longer. Gathering the remnants of courage within me, I stood up, wincing from the pain that shot through my body.

"Lucifer, stop!" I commanded, my voice trembling with a mix of fear and defiance.

Lucifer's gaze shifted from the girl to me, and his eyes, as black as the darkest night, bore into mine. His response was a menacing growl that sent shivers down my spine.

"I do what I please," he declared, a sinister grin playing on his lips.

Summoning every ounce of strength, I retorted, "Leave her."

Lucifer's response was a taunting suggestion, "Care to take her place?"

I gulped, grappling with the gravity of the choice he presented. The air hung heavy with an impending sense of doom, and I realized that I had to navigate this perilous situation wisely if I hoped to save the girl from further harm.

The room hung heavy with an unspoken agreement, and the girl's tear-streaked face pleaded with me not to succumb to the impending ordeal. Reluctantly, I mumbled, "Fine," as if the word itself carried the weight of my defeat.

As Lucifer withdrew, the girl hastily donned her clothes, expressing her gratitude with an emotional thank you. "I'm sorry," she apologized before Lucifer ushered her out. He returned, clad in his clothes, and settled on the bed, fixing his gaze on me.

Our eyes locked, and my entire being trembled under the intensity of the situation. His chilling presence felt like a shroud enveloping me in darkness.

"Waiting for an invitation?" he taunted.

I met his gaze, my resolve firm, and spat out, "Get on the bed."

"No," I gritted, defiance lacing my every word.

"Get on the bed, Val," he ordered, his tone revealing no room for negotiation.

I sustained my defiance. "No."

"We had a deal," he justified, his patience wearing thin.

"I don't care," I declared, the weight of my own defiance echoing in the small space between us. The room crackled with tension as I refused to submit to his demands, unwilling to let him wield control over me.

His towering figure loomed over me, and a sense of dread intensified as he asserted, "I do," causing my gaze to reluctantly rise to meet his. His height made me feel small and vulnerable, accentuating the imposing presence he held.

"Bed," he commanded, taking calculated steps toward me. Each move seemed to carry a dangerous energy, amplifying the tension in the room.

As my back collided with the wall, I instinctively pressed myself further into it, desperately trying to create distance between us. His nearness was suffocating, and I stared into his eyes, a silent plea for mercy reflecting in mine.

A sudden, sharp pain shot through my scalp as he tugged on my hair, forcing me to meet his gaze. I closed my eyes, trying to gather strength. I shouldn't be afraid of my own mate.

"Look at me," he ordered, his voice demanding obedience.

I opened my eyes slowly, locking onto his intense gaze. The air crackled with an unsettling tension as he propositioned, "Either I fuck you on the bed or here?"

I remained silent, paralyzed by fear. My legs wobbled, and my hands trembled involuntarily.

"Your call," he growled, pressing his body against mine. A whimper of pain escaped me as he tightened his grip. One hand wrapped around my neck, restraining any movement.

"Please, it hurts," I pleaded, desperation lacing my voice.

He leaned close to my ear, his words sending shivers down my spine. "You should have thought about that before you took that girl's place," he whispered, his hot breath grazing my skin before he nibbled on my earlobe.

The room ignited with a magnetic intensity, and despite the fear, an unexpected spark of heat surged between us. The conflicting emotions and the unpredictable nature of the situation added an unsettling layer to the already charged atmosphere.
