6:06 am.
i got up and headed to the bathroom to shower for work. im tired as hell , and i really enjoyed my day off yesterday. i hopped in and let the hot water hit my body. I scrubbed for a good fifteen minutes and got out. i brushed my teeth and did all sorts of hygiene, acne scrub and all.
let me introduce myself.
im zahya marie onfroy and welcome to my life. im 21 years old and i have no kids , thanks the great lord himself. i just moved to florida, miami to be exact and i have a job at the sexiest restaurant you can go to. yes, i said sexiest. i dont really know anybody out here in florida and i dont intend to. i just wanna work, get my money up and buy a house. this renting thing aint for ya girl. my mom died last year and she was all i had. that's when i told myself it was time. time to get my shit together. eventually i'll find someone, but im rockin' solo for now.
anyways, i walked over to my closet and searched for today's fit.
hmm ? this will do.
i grabbed a yogurt cup and my keys and headed to the garage door. i hopped in and sped off to the freeway.
6:57 am.
i finally made it. I unlocked the door to the restaurant and walked in. I clocked in my ticket and walked back to the manager office. I sat my purse down as i heard the door open again. I walked back into the open to see my boss standing there. Something has to be wrong if he is here at 7 in the morning.
"Mr. Hudson ! Is everything okay?"
He looked at me with seductive, but weary eyes.
"Let's talk in the back.." he said as he walked back to the manager's office.
I really didn't want to go back there all by myself, with nobody else here, but i can protect myself. I began to hesitate, but i soon followed.
"Yesterday, you were supposed to come into work, because the superintendent was here to make sure of the club.."
"What do you mean? YOU approved my day off! That was my first day off in like .. forever!"
I CANNOT believe this, he's going to fire me , i know it.
"Zahya, im going to have to let you go. You made me look bad in front of my boss, because the club didn't have a manager yesterday.."
WHAT THE FUCK.
"What? You told me I could have a day off!" I yelled back at him. How the hell does this work?
"I mean there is only one way you can keep your job." He started licking his lips and tried to rub his hand up my thigh.
I pushed him off and grabbed my purse and walked out. It's too early for this shit, and my brother is coming into town tonight. Fuck this, im about to get fucked up.
