I was in a hotel room sitting there with Malcolm.
"I don't like how they keep the flames up, Arielle" I nodded agreeing
"Its so hot at that section too" I stood up looking out the window
"You serious?" He asked
"Yea. C'mon the driver is here" we walked down the hall, "what's his face... Dickson he said they were suppose to have this safety thing to hide the flame, but they couldn't find it. Plus Henry thinks it's not necessary"
Malcom rolled his eyes we both didn't like him all that much.

Fizz
I was outside of Geo's house waiting for the illest time. Raquel told me the whole story of what went down when I left the other week. Apparently shit popped off between Geo and Kim... like always, and he was telling me how it was real bad.
I thought by then he was just over exaggerating it because I always see them argue. But apparently this time it was worse. Drew told me that if no one was there then they most likely would've fought.
Geo and Kim physically fighting? That had me on edge. Geo doesn't take shit from anyone. If Arielle did swing... would he hit back. Like Geo joked about niggaz hitting girls while watching shows and shit. He'd always say if a nigga got hit by a girl, he'd hit her like she was a nigga.
I wonder if he'd do the same if it were Kim. Geo was heartless before Kim I wonder if he still had his heartless ways now?
I sat in the car checking the time. I hadn't been over Geo's place in a minute. I've been busy, plus he's been in his own zone lately.
We did plan to come to this award show so he should be ready.
I looked at my watch again and noticed 15 minutes had passed. I got out the car and walked up to his room. I ain't even bother to knock I just grabbed the key unlocking the door.
As soon as that door open I was smacked with weed. I was beyond pissed. I took my jacket off and set it on the couch. I followed the scent and seen him in the hallway.
"Geo you fuckin wit me right" he was dressed but he looked like he was getting undressed. His bow tie was untied around his neck.
He was sitting on the floor by the window blowing smoke out.
"Get ya shit settled and let's go. I've been waiting outside for the passed 15 minutes" I stated upset
He coughed clearing his throat "I ain't goin' "
"The fuck you ain't" I warned
"You heard me I aint going now get the fuck out"
"What's goin on with you?" I asked lifting a brow
"If she's gonna be performin' I ain't goin' " he said
"Geo bruh my nigga, you really bout to miss out over some rumor that she's performin' ?" I asked
I shook my head, "Fizz, you don't get it"
"No I do get it. You got into an argument with her. Y'all haven't spoken, boohoo, now let's go" I said walking off
He ignored me and sat there on the floor.
"Geo why you gotta be so difficult now--"
"Cause that was my girl. Do you get how it feels to have someone think you're lying--"
"She just saying that cause her mind is everywhere, she'll realize it sooner or later-"
"This ain't the first time she did that tho. You and I when we were about to make the deal and the guy asked her who she thought was right. Who did she pick? "
"Me" I said lowly
"Exactly"
"That's her family G--"
"And?" He asked at this point he wasn't smoking anymore, "I'm not asking for her to go against her family. I'm just asking for her to hear me out. She practically barely listened to what I told her and rode with her family. The niggas that don't even fuck wit me or you. I'm done tryna prove myself to her. Like I'm really done" he said
He sounded like he really meant it... I didn't know what to say. He sighed standing up and fixing his bow tie.
"A bunch of niggas tryna pick a fight for no damn reason. Did I do shit? Nah, just being a generous ass nigga--"
"Why can't you just tell her the full sto--"
"Cause she ain't wanna hea' it, each time I tried she just attacked me with shit her fucked up family said. Can you believe that uncle of hers? Dk seen me at the gym and decided to talk mad shit, and tell me to stay away from her, and that was a few weeks before we ran into them at the restaurant"
He straightened out his clothes and looked at himself in the mirror, "just a bunch of ungrateful ass niggas. You and I both was in that school and none of them niggas asked if we was straight. We ain't need them too. But of course they see two niggas make it out alive and they first assumption is it's our fault for all this mess. They don't even know what went down in that school--"
"Kim never told them?" I asked with a frown
I was almost positive she told them
"No, she didn't want too" he explained to me
He began spraying cologne on him then continued talking.
"Of course imma be the lonely nigga in all this shit. "
Geo and I have been friends for a minute. Ion even consider him a friend anymore, that's my mufuckin brother. To see him this pissed, it hurt.
"First they got my father thrown in to a rehab now this"
You would think that he would've gotten over this awhile ago but nope. That's when I knew he had deep feelings for Arielle, strong feelings.
"Let's go, man" he said in a sigh
"We leaving early cause I got places to be" I said

Kayden: "You can come over"
Geo
"Imma go move the car" Fizz said getting ready to leave the place
It was dark so no one would notice.
"5, 4, 3, 2, 1" blew through the area and the lights went on
People cheered and that's when I seen Kim under the hat. I was right up close.
"You wanna come with me?" Fizz asked
I shook my head knowing he was just looking out for me but I was fine.
He walked away as she started dancing. If I walked away people would turn their attention to me. I wasn't trying to start shit with the media.
" People of the world today
Are we looking for a better way of life ... sing"
The rest of the people sung

Strength in numbers we can get it right
One time" she sang and informed everyone to sing

She moved like a maniac... it was a compliment.
I could see the sweat dripping down her face since she walked towards the tip of the stage. I seen kids pop up and that's when people looked in awe. They danced and I decided to stand up. Not to cheer all of them just to head out.
The lights went out causing me to not move yet. I felt my phone vibrating informing me that Fizz was out front.
Flames blew up on stage and Kim had already had a black t shirt on her. People kept cheering cause the kids were on the floor dancing. I watched the flames lights up in front of me and Kim began dancimg when suddenly I saw fire on her arm. I thought it was apart of the act until she screamed.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!" Her body rolled off stage and onto the floor
I was closest to her causing me to run over and bend down. Mad people jumped outta nowhere as she screamed. I took the fire out with the jacket and the left over water bottle I had.
"AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" She screamed
"Its okay you're fine" I tried to tell her but her whole face was red with tears falling out her eyes.
People surrounded her pushing me out the way and I stood there watching her cry her eyes out in pain.
"Call the medic!" They screamed
"OH MY GOSH ARIELLE ITS GONNA BE OKAY"
More and more people kept surrounding her as her horrifying screams filled the whole room.
