How can I describe such a painful thing?
Something that leaves you broken and battered.
Why would I want to cause more suffering,
to a heart that is already shattered?
Love is a curse we are forced to endure.
A curse given when we wee our first sight.
Such pain and suffering comes from et amore,
but in this darkness, we also find light.
Love is a flame that burns within us all,
and creates heat that warms us to the bone.
Love causes our fears and worries to fall,
and makes us look forward to the unknown.
Love will murder us from the inside out.
Yet, love will take away all of our doubt.
