Jihoon's POV
Once I got home, I ran to my room just to flop onto my bed. Jinyoung was already sleeping in his bed which was on the other side of the room. I kept thinking about Arin's reaction to me holding her hand and how weird I felt when I had to let go.
*flashback*
"Thanks for walking me home," Arin says, looking at me. I couldn't even think straight so I just replied with a, "mhm."
"Umm... okey so, bye? I guess?..." Arin says, she pulls away from me and walks towards the gate, opening it while looking at me once more. She waves at me and then smiles, I do the same back.
I watch Arin walk away and enter her house before turning on my heel and walking home myself.
*flashback over*
I groan in frustration. I don't even like her but tonight made me feel so weird. I shake my head and pulled out my phone to check for notifications, but there were none. I placed my phone on my stomach and covered my eyes with my arm.
Then I felt a vibration on my stomach. I picked up my phone and checked the notification.
arin the witch: did you get home okay?
arin the witch: i'm sorry i asked you to meet me so late （；＿；）
I laugh at the emoticon. I should actually change her name before I text her back.
you: it's alright
puppy arin: i actually have to ask you about something else
What? Y'all she actually looks like a puppy.
you: what? are you gonna ask me for my kissing experiences too?
puppy arin: uM EXCUSE ME NO
puppy arin:
you: chillll
you: i was kidding. what you need though?
puppy arin: well i don't know if you know this but i live with my grandma and her house is a foster home for cats and dogs but
puppy arin: my grandma is gonna be in busan till saturday and i kinda need help taking care of them
Wow isn't that ironic? I changed her name to something that has to do with dogs and she literally helps take care of dogs for a living.
you: why can't you ask jinyoung?
puppy arin: jsjfjwdj i can't ask him i might die from the amount of cuteness
you: you think i won't be cute?
puppy arin: you ain't that cute

puppy arin: mhm is that why you held my hand that second time

you: that was just extra practice for if jinyoung ever held your hand unexpectedly
puppy arin: sure 🤔 if you say so
you: ugh shut up
you: anyways so, you want me to go to your house tomorrow, thursday, and friday??
puppy arin: yep to take care of dogs and cats
you: alright i love dogs
you: and cats

you: how cute are these animals anyways istg if you show me some naked cat then i'm out
