(Y/N)'s P.O.V.
It was just like any other day in Snowdin when I saw that the river had finally frozen over. It was especially a cold day in Snowdin.
I stepped onto it and it was very thick. I even jumped. Not a single crack or creak. I was excited, because I have always loved to ice skate, and it had been sometime since I have done it.
I also wanted to see if my best friends, Blueberry and Paps, could ice skate! They were my best friends ever since we met! Even Blueberry refused to capture me!
I smiled and began to walk down to my tenporary home in Snowdin to get my homemade ice skates, then made my way to the bros' house.
I knocked on the door and smiled when I heard a cheerful, "COMING!" from inside. When the door opened, I was greeted with a big hug from Blueberry, which I happily hugged back.
"(Y/N)!! WHAT BRINGS YOU HERE?! PLEASE COME IN! I JUST FINISHED A BATCH OF TACOS!" He excaliamed as he pulled me inside.
I smiled as I saw Paps, whom was sitting on the couch, wave at me. I waved back and went to sit next to him. "Hey Pap, I was just coming over to ask you and Blue about something." I said, hiding ny skates behind my back.
He smirked and asked, "what is it, (Y/N)?"
"I was wondering if you'd like to go ice skating with me!" I smiled and showed him my skates. He looked surprised by my request.
Sans heard from the kitchen and ran in with a tray of tacos. "*OF COURSE, (Y/N)!! *IT HAS BEEN SOME TIME SINCE WE'VE GONE SKATING, BUT I THINK WE HAVE SOME SPARE SKATES SOMEWHERE! *C'MON! * LET'S GO FIND THEM!" Blueberry shouted as we ran up the stairs to look for the skates.

We approached the river, skates in hand and bundled in warm clothing. We pulled on our skates, and I was first to step on the ice. It was tricky at first, but I managed to regain my balance and began skating with magnificent grace. I put my hands behind my back and smiled, feeling the cool wind rush through my hair.
Sans got on the ice and seemed to master it right away! When Papyrus got on, I think he was using his magic to keep him up. I laughed as we spun and circled around with eachother. It was truly amazing!
Blueberry's P.O.V.
I was having an amazing time with her! And she looked dazzling in the snow! Her rosy cheeks, the small snowflakes that got caught in her hair and eyelashes! Truly beautiful...
I managed to get closer to her to skate by her side, blushing as I got closer. Me and Paps have been trying anything to try and tell (Y/N) that we loved her, but we always end up not doing it...
I saw Paps skating on the other side and we tried to make our move. We tried to grasp her hands, but she tried to go faster. We couldn't catch up amd slowed to catch our breath, we might be skeletons, but we still need air!
We looked to see her smiling a closed eyed smile, and giggling cutely. It was adorable to see...
Third Person P.O.V.
While (Y/N) was smiling at the breathless skeletons, she didn't realize that she had skated onto a patch of thin ice.
Then she felt the ice crack beneath her feet. She looked down startled, then back to the horrified expressions of the bros as she fell through the ice. As soon as she was fully engulfed in the freezing waters, her body went into shock, feeling herself blacking out.
She was sure it was the end. But she didn't even get to tell Sans and Paps how much they meant to her....
Pap's P.O.V.
I was trying to catch ny breath when I heard a threatening crack. I shot my head up to see the ice breaking beneath
(Y/N)'s skates. She look quickly looked down then back up at us, paralysed in fear. I tried to catch her with my magic but I was a second too late!
She slipped through the ice quickly. Blue and I tried to get to the ice as quickly as we could. We were terrified! We approached it and I tried my best to see if I could spot her in the icy waters. I saw a figure and pointed my magic at it. I pulled her out to see her eyes closed and her skin pale. Blue ran up to me and pulled off his bandana while I wrapped her cold and wet form in my hoodie. We then took my shortcut and burst into Undyne's lab, startling her from the desk, making papers fly to the ground.
"*UNDYNE! PLEASE! YOU HAVE TO HELP (Y/N)!!" Blueberry and I cried out in tears. Undyne shot up at the sight of the unconscious girl cradled in my arms.
I am hoping with all of my soul that she is okay... Blue and I... We haven't ever gotten to tell her our feelings...
-About an hour later-
Third Person P.O.V.
(Y/N) was now lying in a hospital-like bed, an electric blacket covered her while she was still wearing Paps's hoodie.
She was still asleep when her two beloved skelebros opened the door to the room she was occupying.
Blueberry, whom looked at the girl with sorrow and worry immediately made a move to approach the bed. "*(Y/N)? *Umm... Pap and I bought you some gifts for when you... *Wake up..." He tried to force a smile, but it became a sad one as he lifted a bouquet of rare (f/c) roses.
Pap slowly walked toward the bed with sorrow laced through his features. He put a hand on Blueberry's shoulder and tried to smile too. "*hey, (Y/N) *... *heh, y'know... *it was really fun... out on the ice with you..." he crouched down beside the bed, gently putting a bony hand on hers.
"*i just wish we went for the chances to tell you..." he couldn't help it anymore. Tears began to fall as he fell to his knees at the side of the bed.
"*Please... Wake up (Y/N)... *We love you...."
Blueberry started to cry uncontrollably, taking (Y/N)'s other hand, gripping it gently on the other side of the bed.
They kept crying for their love...
(Y/N)'s P.O.V.
I didn't remember what happened at first...
I felt... warm... Like, warm in bed...
I heard... crying? Two, familiar voices, but... sad and sobbing...
My eyes started to flutter open. It took my eyes a little time to adjust, but when they did... I saw... Papyrus and Sans... crying and holding on to my hands.
It killed me to see them like this... I had to get their attention...
I tried to speak, but it seemed that my voice was weak and softened to a whisper. So, I squeezed their hands. That did it.
They both looked up at me, tears clouded in their eye sockets. I tried to comfort them by giving a sleepy, but warm and loving smile.
They smiled back at me with tears of joy and hugged me, sobbing and repeating "I'm sorrys" and "You're okays".
I began to get my voice back and told them that it was okay and that I was okay, that it wasn't their fault.
When they finally pulled away, I sat up easily and got out of the bed. I felt better already! I smiled at them and they smiled back with tear stained cheekbones. They pulled me back to the hug and I realised that I was wearing one on Paps's hoodies. I laughed and hugged them back crying a bit myself.
We all stood hugging and sobbing in happiness for a few moments before they whispered three words to me... Words that I longed to hear...
"We love you..."
I smiled and hugged them tighter...
"I love you too, guys..."
We pulled away and I was met with Blueberry kissing my lips while Papy kissed my cheek. They switched after a minute.
It was surely, the happiest moment of my life...
Even in the saddest of moments, love will come through and leave broken ice behind...
