(Spencer's POV)
Currently in the schools cafeteria
I can't believe I agreed to go to the party, I thought to myself. I never go to parties, not even my old friend's parties, because I don't like being surrounded by people. But I couldn't help it I got lost in Allie's eyes, which I noticed were a little different. I don't what though? Anyways, I don't like saying no to people. This sucks!
"Whatch'ya thinking about Spenc?" Stormy asked me snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Huh, oh just thinking of a way to get out of going to a party." I said.
"What? no way! You're going to a party, that doesn't seem like something you would do."
It's not."
"You should go parties are fun..By the way, whose party are you going to?"
"Allie's friend....Ash is it?"
"You got invited to Ash's party, he's one of the most popular guys in school. How'd that happen?"
"Allie."
Looking at me skeptically, "Allie invited you?"
I shook my head yes.
"The captain of the cheer team and heartless Allie?"
I again shook my head.
"Something doesn't seem right." she said thinking, "out of all people why would she invite you? No offence."
Now that she mentions it why did she invite me, I thought to myself. I mean she did say it would be cool if she saw me there, but that doesn't mean anything...... Does it?
I looked at Stormy and shrugged my shoulder's I don't know.
"Hmm, ok just to make sure nothing goes wrong I'm gonna go with you."
I smiled at her,relieved, at least there'll be someone I'll know at the party.
"So when's the party anyways?"
"Oh, it's this Saturday."
"What! Today's Thursday, the parties in two days and I have nothing to wear! Thanks for telling me ahead of time." She said a little loud and freaking out.
"Sorry" I said looking down. In my defense I was told last minute too.
"It's fine, that just means we have to go shopping after school tomorrow."
"We?" I said looking at her with wide eyes.
"Yup." She said smiling at me.
Sighing I just sat there and continued eating my lunch.
"We're going to have so much fun!" She said excitedly then started stuffing her mouth with fries.
You will, but I most definitely won't, I thought to myself.

After school I went straight home since me and Allie got done early with our project, which kinda sucks, but oh well she didn't like me anyways.
When I got home my parents immediately greeted me at the door with hugs.
"Hey honey it's so good to see you!" My mom said squeezing me.
"I see you everyday and night."
It's just that lately we all have been busy and haven't been spending enough time together." my dad said while giving me a hug.
That's because I've been working on a school project everyday after school and ya'll have been working."
" I know and we miss you." my dad said.
gosh they can be so clingy sometimes, but it doesn't bother me any. I kinda like it, but they don't need to know that.
We walked inside and my mom went straight to the kitchen to make dinner and my dad went into the t.v. room to watch some sports game.
I decided to go in the kitchen with my mom.
"Spencer I forgot to ask, but have you made any friends at school yet?"
"Really mom." I said while sitting on the island.
"What I just wanted to know."
"Yes, I've made a friend."
"That's good is it the one you've been working on that project with?"
"Surprisingly no. She doesn't like me much since I hardly talk and for other unknown reasons, but I did make one friend. Her name's Stormy. She's pretty cool and she's also the student council president."
"That's neat, you should invite her over sometime."
"yeah." was all i said.
Once dinner was made we sat down at the table and started eating.
We talked about everyday things, so I decided to ask them about going to the party, hoping they would say no.
"Hey mom dad, a classmate of mine invited me to a party on Saturday and I was wondering if I could go?"
They sat there staring at me.
"I mean if not then that's fine with me."
"What no way, you can go to the party it'll be fun for you." dad said.
"That and you'll be getting out of the house for once." mom said.
"You'll have a blast." dad said.
"Ok,great!" I said fake smiling to them.
I went up to my room after dinner and took a shower.
Once out of the shower I laid on my bed and started reading a book. I couldn't concentrate, because my mind was too worried about the party. So I decided to listen to music instead and stare at the ceiling thinking about.... well life until i fell asleep.

Beep Beep Beep
I turned off my alarm sighing, "Another day at school, at least today's friday."
I got dressed grabbed my things and left to pick up Allie.
I pulled into her driveway and saw her waiting on her porch.
I couldn't help but stare at her while she walked to my car, but had to stop staring once she got in.
I pulled out of her driveway and started for school.
"Wow we're actually gonna be early for school this time." Allie said.
I checked the time and saw we still had 30 minutes until school started. Hmm we are early.
"Hey wanna go get coffee and breakfast before we go to school?" She asked.
"Ok."
"Awesome, cause I know this one place that serves the best food and drinks. You're gonna like it."
We got to the restaurant called, The Best." It was a nice little coffee restaurant that thinks highly of itself.
When we got in I again was surprised, because this place was almost filled with books.
"I told you you would like it." Allie said smiling.
"I do."
"Yeah I found this place by accident and now it's like my safe haven. I haven't told anyone about this place not even my friends, you're the first person I told."
I looked at her and couldn't help but smile and blush.
"You know you're really beautiful when you smile." she said looking at me.
I blushed even more and I knew my face was red.
"I also like how I can make you blush easily."
I just stood there staring at her, eyes wide not knowing what to say.
She then started leaning in closer to me our mouths inches away.
OH MY GOD, i thought, is this really happening? is she gonna kiss me? Do I even wanna kiss her?
She closed her eyes.
Yep I wanna kiss her!
I closed my eyes waiting for her to kiss me, but nothing happened.
I opened my eyes, our faces still close and saw she was just staring at me.
I looked at her confused.
She moved her face away and smiled, "Let's eat I'm hungry." She then turned around and started walking away to find us a table.
I stood there mouth wide open trying to comprehend what almost happened.
She almost kissed me and I was gonna let her, I thought to myself. She also didn't just make my face heat up but my whole body and she just turned around and walked away.
"Just what are you doing to me?" I said to myself.

Hey guess I hope your enjoying my story so far, because I am lol.
I know it's probably a little slow but that's what i'm kinda hoping for because I want these characters to develop and figure out these new feelings for one another.
Also it's almost to the party scene of the story, I wonder what's going to happen.
If there's any grammer or punctuation mistakes, sorry for that. And again if you like the story feel free to comment.
