Ember dead, spark lost.

From whence a diamond grows.
No glow.

Under crush of
Untoward need.
Burrowing.
Seeking life in bowels deep
Where there is no light.
No truth
To melt the meaning out.
Primordial defeat.
I choose to find my fire
Your dark does not inspire.
