"May the new students please come to the front and introduce yourself, please?"
There was quite a few new students, more than the past years you were in this school. You were quite shocked to see how many new students there were, but none of them caught your attention.
After they introduced themselves, which you paid no mind to, they got to their assigned seats.
A new student plopped down right beside you.
"Hello," he says, "I'm Mark Tuan. What's your name?"
"I'm Y/n L/n, welcome to the school." You flashed him a smile.
At the corner of your eye, you saw a boy wearing a black sweater, playing with the hems of his clothing, making you chuckle, a tiny bit.
Finally, it was a start of a new school year once again.
You made sure to hide your pad of paper, because well... Last year, you didn't even have paper for yourself.
And the year before that.
And before that year.
And before that year which was before that year.
Sigh. I hope it doesn't happen again.
