I frown when I see the preparation that my friend's have done for me.
"Is this necessary?" I ask and try not to sound like whiny baby because I know it needs to be done.
Damn, this stupid truth or dare game why did I choose dare, I could have easily chosen truth
Ugh...
This is the first time my middle school friends asked me to come and join them at Mika's party. She is the most popular girl in my class,
Then there's shy and quiet me, Luna Mckingsley, 12 years old, and never been one for parties.
They never bullied me but I thought they had already stop trying to be friends with me.
Until, Mika came to my house and spoke to my mother who eagerly agreed to let me go to this party.
"Luna, you agreed and chosen dare so this needs to be done, okay?" Mika explained and I, took a last glance to the blood and all the other things that was set up on the floor and just nodded defeated.
"Yeah" I whispered and bowed my head.
"Yay.. let's go girls" She squealed before jumping happily up and down and went to stand behind me "You need to stand in the middle of his symbol, Luna" She told me and I just nodded again before doing what she said.
I could hear someone giggling.
I guess this is my first prank I thought with a sigh before kneeling and taking the glass of blood with both of my hands.
"Oh.. the great evil.." I start chanting the words that we all know so well while the others stopped talking and was now staring at me as I finished my words.
What they don't know is that, I was feeling something that made me shiver so I paused before looking around and met Mika's eyes who nodded telling me that I should continue.
'What am I doing?'
Oh God, I feel something coming and I knew this can't be good. "Come to where I am, take what is yours and let me be with you... always. Lucifer, Lucifer, Lucifer...... Lucifer" I whispered the last word then everything became dark.
I quickly got up from where I was kneeling and slowly put the glass of blood on the ground.
"Hello?" I shouted trying to reach my friends but they're not there.
Where are they?
"This is not funny, guys" I try again but still no sound, nothing.
"Please, turn on the lights and.. and stop doing what you're doing right now!" I scream panicking when I heard nothing from them.
My heart was beating really fast and the air was getting cold around me.
"HELLOOOOOO......." I almost shouted.
"Luna..."
I gasped when I heard a deep, rich voice whispering my name.
"Wh.. who are you, I.. it's not funny" I stuttered and tried to look around but there was only darkness around me.
Tears were falling on my cheeks.
"I am here as you requested, Luna" my eyes widened when I heard the same voice again.
Is that.....
"I am Lucifer, and I am here to claim what is mine and take it with me.... always"
I was so frightened I screamed out loud when I heard his statement.
And just like that I was back with my friends who looked shocked for a second before they burst out laughing.
"Oh my God, you should see your face, Luna" Mika said before wrapping her arm around my shoulders, laughing while I follow her and the rest of the group outside.
What was that ?
A dream?
Sighing, I wiped away the tears before putting the glass of blood on the ground and walk past her and my other friends who was still laughing.
"Luna, it's just a joke, c'mon" One of them try to reach for my hand but I pulled away. I was frightened. I needed to find out if the voice I heard before was only a dream.
"Hey, look the symbol is gone" I stopped in my pace when I heard that.
What?
"I guess Luna wiped it away with her jeans" They laughed again, but now I know one thing, the voice that I heard before wasn't a dream.
oh God, is it really... Lucifer?
"You called, my love?"
Gasping, I closed my mouth quickly before running away from Mika's house.
No, this can't be happening. Lucifer is just a made up tale to scare children, he does not exist!
"You hurt me, my love"
No... No... It can't be him.
"Luna, I am Lucifer, and I am here to claim what is mine and take it with me when the time comes"
"What do you mean?" I scream out loud, not caring if people hear me or think that I'm crazy for talking to myself.
"I'll come again when you're ready"
No...
"When you are 18 years old dear Luna, you will be mine. Don't you dare lose your innocence to another man, I will watch you, my love. You are mine"
And at that moment I saw something appear in front of me, it was a man with a black cape and he slowly walked towards me. When he got closer I couldn't move
"Do not try to run away dearest Luna, you can not hide from me, I will follow you wherever you may go. You will be mine"
Then he took both of my hands before slowly bending down and biting my neck.
I could not scream. I can't move. It was like I was paralysed, I felt myself slowly going limp on his arms.
"You are mine"
Was the last words I heard before darkness overtook me.
