(Spencer's POV)
The bell rang for lunch, which I'm happy about cause that means the day's half way over.
I grabbed my stuff and was fixing to follow Allie to the cafeteria, but she quickly got her things and pretty much bolted out the door. I had a feeling she didn't like me much, which didn't bother me, because who would like me I'm socially awkward, and I didn't expect to have any friends anyways. But there was something about her I liked and I couldn't help but get a little happy when I found out she was my partner for psychology.
During first hour I caught her staring at me and I started blushing and my heart was pounding a little faster than usual. I have never really liked anyone before and I especially didn't think I would start liking a girl, but Allie made me feel something.
So here I am standing in the hall now not knowing what to do. I knew where the cafeteria was, but I didn't want to go alone because I would feel like people would be staring at me.
I sucked it up and decided to go to the cafeteria anyways. As I was walking, out of nowhere someone ran into me and made me drop my books on the ground.
"Hey watch where you're standing!" the person yelled, I looked up and saw it was a girl, a really cute one too.
"Sorry" I said quietly with my head down.
"What I didn't hear you, say that again?"
"I said I was sorry" I said a little louder this time looking at her.
She stood there and stared at me with a stern looking face then started walking towards me.
When she got to me she lifted up her hand and I flinched and covered my face with my hand thinking she was gonna punch me.
I was standing there like that just waiting for her to hit me until I started hearing laughing. I looked up at her and saw she was laughing. I was confused and on top of that I felt like an idiot.
"Why are you laughing?" I asked, "aren't you going to hit me or something."
She finally stopped, " Don't flatter yourself, I don't beat up the new kids on their first day and besides my punching days are on Tuesday's and today's Monday. So I'll just have to wait until tomorrow to hit you." She said smirking.
I looked at her scared and thinking to myself, great first day of new school and I already have a bully.
She started laughing again and said " I'm just joking I don't beat up people. You have to learn to take a joke. "
I stood there staring at her blankly not knowing what to say.
"You don't talk much do you?"
I shook my head.
She half smiled, "My names Stormy nice to meet you and sorry for running into you I was in a rush."

"And you are?" she asked gesturing her hands for me to speak.
"I'm Spencer and it's ok." I finally said.
She smirked, "Nice name, so Spencer you hungry?"
Blushing a little, because no one has ever complimented me, even though she just said nice name. I mean my parents compliment me but that's different. I shook my head yes.
"Good me too want to eat lunch with me then?"
I shook my head yes again.
We started walking to the cafeteria and when we got there I saw Allie sitting at a table with her friends. I got a little mad because she just up and left me without saying a word. But then again we aren't even friends so she shouldn't have to tell me where she was going.
Me and Stormy stood there trying to find a place to sit, while standing there I had a feeling someone was staring at me. So I looked around and saw Allie looking at me then Stormy. It looked like she got mad a little, because then she quickly turned her head away. I could've sworn it was jealousy on her face, but I knew it wasn't because she doesn't even like me.
We finally found a table to sit at and started eating our lunch. We started talking, and when I mean we I mean Stormy since she was the one doing most of the talking, but that didn't bother me any. She was a cool person I learned that she was 18, has one brother, lives with her mom, since her parents divorced but she still sees her dad every now and then. She's the student council president, which i never would've guessed and she plays multiple sports.
I could've sat there and kept listening to her talking, but I ended up zoning out and caught myself staring at Allie, she was really pretty, no scratch that she was beautiful. I kept staring her at her, until some guy I'm assuming is her boyfriend, came up and hugged her from behind. That made me mad. Even though I've been here only a day and I barely even knew her, I knew that guy didn't deserve to have her. But I mean I can't judge a books by its cover. She laughed then gave him a hug back and he sat by her with his arm wrapped around her waist. That made me jealous a little more.
I kept staring, then Allie found her gaze towards me then smirked a little and kissed him right in front of me. I just sat there staring in shock, until Stormy snapped me out of my daze.
"Earth to Spencer, you there?"
I shook my head then looked at her, "sorry."
"It's fine people zone out, but you were really zoned out I asked you a question like five times and you didn't even budge."
"Sorry" I said again.
She smiled ,"You say that a lot, you don't have to say sorry all the time."
"Sorr- or I mean ok."
She just smirked," so why were you zoned out? Were you thinking about someone or what?"
I just shrugged my shoulders then quickly glanced back at Allie and her boyfriend.
Stormy must've caught my glance because she turned around and saw who I was looking at and smiled.
"Oh I see you were staring at Allie and her boyfriend,Derick."
Derick, what a funny name, I thought.
"How come you're staring at them?" She asked
I shrugged my shoulders.
"Did they do something to you?"
I shook my head no.
"Do you have a thing for Derick?" She started joking.
I vigorously shook my head no.
She laughed and then smirked," do you have a crush on Allie?"
I started blushing and thought to myself do I have a crush on her? Is it even a crush? I barely know her.
"OH MY GOSH, YOU DO." She yelled.
A few people started looking at us and I shushed Stormy to be quiet then shook my head no.
She smirked "your red face says otherwise."
I felt my face and it was hot so I sighed giving in then shook my head yes.
"I knew it" She said, "but a little heads up she kinda plays mind tricks on people so you should be careful."
I looked at her questioningly.
She ignored my look and started talking about other things until the bell rang.

"Hey do you play any sports or do anything last hour?" Stormy asked me before I went to class.
I shook my head no, "that's my free hour," I said
"If you want you can come watch me practice basketball."
I was really hoping to go to the library to check out there books, but since I don't want to mess up whatever we have I shook my head ok.
So when last hour came around I headed over to the gym Stormy said she would be at and sat in the stands watching her practice. She was pretty good and from what I've watched I'm assuming she's the starter.
I sat there watching for a while when I heard the doors open and in comes Allie and other pretty looking girls in their practice clothes. I couldn't help but stare at them especially Allie, she was wearing short shorts and a nice tank top that hugged her chest perfectly.
I thought to myself, ok now I know I have a thing for Allie and I think other girls too, because those cheerleaders are hot, but not as hot as Allie. I discovered I might have a thing for girls, I think, how would I tell my parents?
Allie saw me and smirked her cute smirk at me. I blushed then I looked away to keep watching Stormy practice, but my gaze went right back to the cheerleaders and I started watching them warm up.
I was staring at Allie the most, she caught me staring and started bending over to where I could get a better look at her butt, which was pretty nice. I swore it felt like she was doing this on purpose, because she kept doing stretches making sure I got good views.
It was nice to watch until I heard a voice.
"WATCH OUT!" Someone yelled.
I looked over and got hit in the face with a ball. I knew I was knocked out because everything went black.

I woke up in a room, I'm guessing in the nurses room, and immediately my head started pounding. I felt my head and noticed it was wrapped.
I started looking around and saw Allie on the left side of my bed and Stormy on the other. They were sitting there glaring at each other.
I wonder what's up with them?
