Mission was definitely accomplished. I had little mama smiling like it wasn't nothing. I guess you could say that I did a good thing.
I had to get her out of the house simply because I didn't want her in the house all day lounging around and feeling sad.
"Oh my gosh. Did you really do this?" She asked me and I nodded and smiled at her. "Wow this is amazing." She said as she stared at the view in amazement.
I thought it would be a good idea to have a picnic on the roof top of a very tall building. It turned out to be a very excellent idea because I had her smiling which I had planned to do all along.
I did it for her to lift her mood. I didn't want her to be thinking about that bullshit she had told me about last night.
But I'm going to handle that little situation in a couple of weeks. I already booked my flights.

She looked down at her phone and read the message I had just sent to her before turning around and looking at me like I had lost my mind.
"Like it? I love it." She squealed.
I laughed at her and she hurried over to where the blanket was laid out before sitting down on it.
I walked over to her and sat down beside her. She was quick to open the basket I had put all of her favorite foods in.
"Oh my, you got me a strawberry smoothie. And some fruit. Yay." She squealed and hugged me. "Thank you, thank you, thank you." She said excitedly.
I could only watch how happy she was right now but I knew it was only for the moment. I knew it wasn't going to last very long because tomorrow is a new day with more problems and troubles.
"Ooh I love these." She pulled out some tuna fish sandwiches and some chicken salad sandwiches I had made. I smiled at her before grabbing one from her and she mugged me. "Give it back." She whined and reached for it.

"Look like you been starving your whole life." She mumbled.

I heard that bullshit. Keep playing with me and one day I'm going to give you what you been begging for.
"Shut up. Eat air pudding." She snatched the sandwich out of my hand.
I mugged her ass so hard. She finally looked at me and laughed once she saw my face.
"I'm sorry." She pouted and handed me the sandwich back. I gladly took it from her and took the foil off of it before biting into it.
I looked over at her as she watched the sun as it began to set. I took in her features.
Her beautiful shade of dark skin that complimented her eyes and her facial features. Her long natural hair that stop just a little pass her waist.
The more I was around her, the more I wanted to get to know her and open her up, piece by piece until I got to where I wanted to be which was loved by her.
"Why are staring at me?" She laughed and asked.

"Yeah no, because the way you solve problems are totally different from how I solve problems." She stated before looking at me.

"Shut your ass up." She mugged me and I laughed.
I gotta fuck with her mind later on. Gotta see how she's gonna react to a nigga when I lay them lips on her. I just might lay these lips on her tonight. It all depends.
Honesty
"This is starting to get annoying already." I stated as August and I walked into the house.
As soon as we walked in the door the only thing that could be heard was Asha's moans and Giovanni's groans and grunts.
"Aye y'all need to chill the fuck out with that shit!" I yelled and banged on her door before kicking it as August and I passed by.
"You spending the night?" I asked August.
I sat my purse down on my bed and slid my shoes off of my feet before grabbing a scrunchy and tying my hair back.

Nope. I'm going home tonight but I will spend a few hours here with you.
"Alright. Come on." I told him as I grabbed the food and went into the living room with August following behind me.
I sat down and turned on the TV and flicked through the channels until I found something that we both wanted to watch which was Friday.
August sat down beside me and took an already rolled blunt from behind his ear and lit it before taking a pull from it and held it out to me, I shook my head no.
We watched the movie and I even mimicked a couple of Smokey's parts making August laugh. It was just good vibes when I was with and around him and I wouldn't change that for anything in the world.
Sometimes I think that coming to New Orleans was a good idea because if I didn't come I wouldn't have met him and he's a person I would definitely want in my life, forever.
After a while I realized I was starting to get hungry again. I looked inside the basket to find something. I looked and saw that it was some leftover cookies and brownies, I got happy.
"I'll be back." I papped his leg and he nodded while still paying attention to the movie.
I went into the kitchen and poured me some milk before putting the carton back into the refrigerator.
As soon as I turned around to leave I jumped and ended up dropping my glass of milk causing it to spill all over the floor and the glass to break at my feet.
Good thing I had on shoes.
"August! Don't do that! You scared the shit out of me." I told him as I looked up at him.
He walked closer to me before placing his hands on the countertop behind me, and I was trapped and I couldn't move.
He looked me and my eyes and I saw something that I had never seen. He had never looked at me that way.
"August?" I said.
He licked his bottom lip before leaning down and pressing his lips softly against mine. I was so in shock that I didn't even kiss him back.
I guess he felt some type of way from me not kissing back and he pulled away from me and looked down at me before shaking his head.
"Fuck it." He mumbled.
Wait did he just talk?
Just when he was about to turn to walk away, I wrapped my arms around his neck before leaning up and pressing my lips to his.
I could feel him smile against my lips as he kissed me back. His lips felt so soft and good on mine. I got so caught up in the moment that I wrapped my legs around his waist.
Getting caught up in the moment, he slid his hands down pass my waist before lifting me up and sitting me on top of the kitchen island.
"What the fuck y'all doing?!" We heard causing us to pull away from each other. August and I looked to see Asha and Giovanni standing by the refrigerator.
They just had to interrupt our little kiss festival! Today just keeps getting better and better I guess.
