In Jail -
Rajveer is seen sitting on his metallic bed with his head down, somewhere lost in deep thoughts. Suddenly, the cell door opens and we see Major Nair.
"Congratulations Captain"
says Major Nair as he walks into the cell of Captain Rajveer.
Rajveer, who was lost in his own thoughts, looks up surprised hearing Major Nair.
Walking up to Captain Rajveer, Major Nair announces
"aaj phir aapki chaheti Cadet Naina Singh ne namumkin ko mumkin kar dekhaya, aapka trial sab ke samne hoga."
Smirking, Major Nair throws the file down, instead of handing it to Captain Rajveer.
Leaning downwards, Rajveer picks up the file and starts to read the file. As he starts to flip the pages of the file, a smile creeps on Rajveer's lips.
Naveen's Voice-over -
"I believe in you, sir. Rajveer ki ummedein bhi sham ki tarah dhalti ja rahi thi. Ussay mayausi se bachaye rakha toh sirf Naina ke lafzoo ne , I Believe in you, Sir!' Ye sirf ilfaaz nahi thay, ye ek naara tha, a battle crime. Rajveer ke sath hui nainsaafi ke khilaaf haala bolne ka waada. Naina Rajveer ke sath na hotay hue bhi uske sath thi, uska wishwaas ban kar."
After he finishes reading the file, he smirks as he closes the file.
"Well Done, Cadet Singh! Well Done!"
says Rajveer with a smile. The expressions on his face clearly shows how proud he is of his Cadet Singh!
"isse pehle ke aap mujhe kahein ke mein aapka samparg legal council se karwoon, mein aapki jaankari ke liye bata doon ke is waqt wo log legal council seminar mein busy hai. Jis ka mathlab ye hua ke aap ke defence mein abhi koi bhi wakeel majood nahi hai."
announces Major Nair with a smirk as he can see and feel how helpless Rajveer is.
His smile vanishes as he looks over towards Rajveer, he is surprised to see a bigger smile on Rajveer's face. Getting frustrated, Major Nair leaves from the cell leaving a smirking Rajveer behind!
Another smile creeps on Rajveer's lips seeing a frustrated Major Nair.
"I believe in you Cadet Naina ah Singh"
says Rajveer with a smirk
"mujhe pata hai tum kuch na kuch toh zaroor karogi, tum mujhe aisay harnay nahi doogi."

KMA Mess -
Our super 6 cadets are seen sitting in Mess with a cup of coffee as they all are discussing about Rajveer's trial.
Taking a sip of coffee, a worried Huda asks,
"Phoolan, tunay toh Rajveer sir ka open trial karwa dia hai, lekin legal council toh is time council seminar mein busy hain. Ab hum kia kareinge?"
"Chief, mujhe lagta hai hemin Abhimaniyu sir se baat karni chahiye"
replies Yudi
"oye shainay, Captain Abhimaniyu kya kar leinge is baaremein?"
Getting frustrated, Alekh gets up and yells
"Alekh Bhai shaant ho jaiyye"
says Ali as he tries to calm Aalekh down.
Pooja, who was listening to all this, now gets annoyed.
tum sab ke sab missed call ho, zaroor Naina ke paas koi idea hoga. Kyun Naina?",
Stomping her foot, she utters
Pooja looks around the table as she tries to spot Naina, but, Naina is nowhere to be seen.
"Aray ye Naina kahan gayyi? Abhi toh yahin thi?", asked a worried Pooja
Listening to pooja's question, a bright smile appears on Alekh s face as he knows what Naina's next step will be towards Rajveer's trial.

Next Day
Today is the day of Rajveer's open trial in court. Everyone is busy in their own thoughts. No one knows what will happen today in Rajveer's trial.
Naveen's Voice over -
Aaj phir ek baar ithaas dohraya ja raha hai. Aaj phir ek baar ek begunnah ka trial ho raha hai. Aaj phir ek baar sab ki umeedein toot ti nazar aa rahi hain. Jahan ek taraf mera dost Rajveer, jissay pura wishwaa hai ke uski Cadet Singh ussay harne nahi degi. Wahin dossri taraf meri behan, Naina, jo phir se ussi door se guzar rahi hai jis door se wo pehle guzzar chuki thi. Phir se uski zindagi ke ek eham shaks ko jhootay ilzaam mein phasaya gayya hai. Meri behan Naina, jo ke meri maut ke waqt kamzoor parh gayi thi, aaj ussay kamzoor nahi balke takatwar banna tha. Naina apnay "Rajveer Sir" ko kabhi nahi harne degi. Wo phir se ek or insaan ko nahi kho sakti jo us ki zindagi mein itna mayni rakhta hai, jis se wo pyaar karti hai. Lekin sirf Naina ki ek pareshani hai, wo ye ke jo wo sooch rahi hai karne ko, kya wo ussay karna chahiye? Kya ussay ye kadam uthna chahiye? Ab dekhna ye hai ke kaise meri behan Naina mere dost Rajveer ko bachati hai.
Court Room -
Two orderlies are seen walking in the court room and putting the necessary things needed for Rajveer's trial.
Moving on, we see Pooja, Alekh, Huda, Ali and Yudi walking in and taking their seats.
Next we see Dr. Shalini and Suriji walking in and they take their seats. As they take their seats, Major Nair is seen standing at the door. He looks around the whole court room. Finding an empty seat near Dr. Shalini, he walks up to her and sits right next to her, while Dr. Shalini just looks away.
Finding another seat next to Dr. Shalini, Captain Abhimaniyu walks in and sits next to her. Now, she is stuck between Major Nair and Captain Abhimaniyu.
Suddenly, we see a lady walking in with an army uniform. The camera focuses on her uniform where a name is written, which clearly says, "Capt Salve". As she walks in, she stops next to where Major Nair is sitting. Looking towards Major Nair, she gives him a quick smile and then proceeds to her seat, a prosecution lawyer's seat. Yes, she is the one who will be fighting the case against Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat.
One by one, the three judges, Brigadier Chandook, and everyone else comes and take their respected seats.
Now, it's time for Captain Rajveer. We see Captain Rajveer walking in his army uniform without his ranks. Two security guards are next to him and his hands are handcuffed. Before he walks in, he stops at the courtroom gates and looks around. He finds everyone present there except for one person, his Cadet Naina ah Singh. His eyes start searching for her. A sudden disappointment appears on his face.
What could be so important that she is not here? Is there anything more important for her than being here for his trial? What could be the reason for her disappearance? Where is Naina?
Moving inside, Rajveer takes his seat and the security guards takes off his handcuffs.
Case proceedings begin.
Looking towards Rajveer, a judge asks him
"Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat, aapki taraf se case kon ladh raha hai? Where is your defence lawyer?"
Before Rajveer could answer anything, everyone hears sounds of clicking heals.
As everyone turns towards that sound, they are all stunned to see what's in front of them. They see a lady walking in a lawyer's dress code, with many files in her hand. Her hair tied up in a pony tail. Everyone is surprised to see the person walking in. Yes, it is none other than Rajveer's Cadet Naina ah Singh.
Walking in towards the judge's desk, she places some papers on the desk.
"Captain Rajveer ki taraf se ye case mein ladoon gi, or ye hain mere legal papers."
says Naina
Everyone is shocked. They have no idea what the hell is going on. As if we describe Rajveer's condition, he is just staring at her with his mouth half open and his wide eyes. He has no idea what is going on. Naina a lawyer? What? How?
Rajveer's thoughts are interrupted by Captain Salve's voice.
"I object sir, Naina sirf ke Cadet hain. How can she fight a case without being an official lawyer?"
says Capt Salve, annoyed
Seeing Captain Salve's confusion, Naina smirks and hands a file to Captain Salve.
"ye hain mere legal papers. I am a qualified lawyer. Itna aap issay parhiye, utni dair mein apnay client se baat kar loon."
speaks Naina, looking towards Capt Salve
Giving her the file, Naina walks towards a shocked Rajveer. Naina's heart skips a beat as she walks towards him. With every step Naina takes, Rajveer's heartbeat picks up pace.
"Hello Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat! Let me introduce myself. I am Advocate Naina Singh Aaluwalia, defence attorney! Mein aapka case ladna chahti hun, agar aapki ijaazat ho toh?"
Taking her hand out in front of him, she announces
