Sure it's easier to continue living how your living and not make any changes...but keep in mind what your standing for when you do that. Your saying I don't care about the animals, I don't care about the health of the planet, and I don't care about my own health.
Putting in a little effort into transitioning to a vegan diet is getting easier and easier every day, new products are coming out so you don't have to make all your own food, fast food chains are making more vegan options, more guides are being made to help people transition rather then doing so without any help.
"Your actions speak louder than words." If you truly care about the animals, the planet and your health you should show it "align your heart with your actions". People that make this excuse typically care about all those things they just don't know where to start... so here's some resources:
