Autumns POV;

As I woke up I quickly realised that I wasn't in my own bed. I looked around the unfamiliar room, and saw various pieces of clothing thrown on the floor, it was then I knew that I had to be in Harry's room. I quickly untangled myself from the blanket and made my way downstairs. I didn't know if Harry was still here, but I was hoping he was.

I entered the kitchen and saw Harry staring at his phone. His head turned towards me as I walked towards him, a lazy smile was placed on his lips as I sat beside him. I shifted awkwardly in the seat, realising that my bed hair was probably showing.

"How did you sleep?" He questioned, moving his chair closer.

"Good, thanks for bringing me up to your bed." I said tugging at the sleeves of my jumper.

His hands stopped me from tugging at my jumper, I raised an eyebrow at him confused on what he was doing.

"It's a bad habit, you'll ruin your jumper." He said chuckling.

I giggled. "You sound like my mum, Harry." I scolded.

Harry chucked lightly beside me, but his face didn't show happiness, instead it showed pain. I realised that his eyes were puffy.

"Are you okay?" I questioned knowing that his hand was still covering mine.

He smiled a weak smile before nodding his head and getting off his chair. I looked up at him as he gathered two hoodies that were slung over the banister of his stairs. He held out the hoodie to me as I raised an eyebrow at him confused.

"Let's go for a walk, there's somewhere I want to show you." He said pulling his hoodie over himself.

I stared down at the hoodie that he handed me before pulling it over my head. It instantly smelt like Harry, his cologne was placed in every inch of the hoodie, I pulled the hoodie over my nose, trying to smell it discreetly without Harry seeing. I heard Harry laughing, and realised that he noticed what I was doing. I smiled back embarrassed that he just caught me smelling his hoodie.

He grabbed his keys as I followed him out of the apartment and into the cold air. He quickly locked the door, before leading down a small path, I followed him making sure I didn't trip over my own clumsy feet. Harry kept looking back to make sure I was still there as the path was too small for both of us to be walking beside each other.

After a few minutes of walking I realised that we were entering a forest. I stopped in my tracks unsure on what to do. I didn't like forests, I was scared of them, ever since a small child I always thought that once you entered a forest, you would never get back out. Of course, that's not true, but I was only four, and I believed my friends. I believed all the horrible stories they told me, and since then I had always promised myself that I would never enter a forest.

Harry noticed me stopping, and made his way over to me.

"What's wrong?" He moved closer to me.

I looked down embarrassed and shook my head. "It's nothing." I mumbled.

He placed one finger under my chin and tilted my head up, my eyes made contact with his; I noticed that his eyes were a light green today, they were such a beautiful colour.

"What is it?" He asked gently, removing his finger from under my chin.

"Don't laugh at me, but I don't like forests." I mumbled. I looked up to see a smirk tugging at his lips, I frowned at him as he let out a deep chuckle.

He held his hands up, still laughing "Sorry, it was just random."

I punched my hands into his chest. "I told you not to laugh at me." I went to punch him again, and he grabbed my wrists. For a moment we just stood there like that, him looking down at me with his lazy grin still placed on his face, and me looking up at him glaring. It would have been the perfect cliche moment for Harry to kiss me, but me and Harry both knew we couldn't have that sort of relationship.

Harry slowly lowered my wrists and released them, my hands fell limply beside my side. I shook off the longing of his hands on mine again as he wrapped his arm loosely around my shoulder.

"We don't have to go in, I just want to show you something." He said pulling me closer into him.

I gulped, nodding my head. "No it's okay, I'll go."

He smiled and moved his arm away from my shoulder before placing his hand in mine and entwining our fingers together. A warmness spread through my body, I felt safe around Harry. I felt more protected then ever, but I was too afraid to let my feelings expand for Harry. I mean, that happened with Jake. I let myself get too attached to him, Jake was my knight in charming armour, that I would read in fairytales when I was younger, except it wasn't a fairytale it was a nightmare.

"Autumn." Harry took me out of my trance, pulling on my hand lightly.

I smiled at him before following him into the forest. The sun was glistening through the crack of the tree branches, a light wind was blowing, but strangely I felt calm, but I knew the only reason why I felt calm was because Harry's hand was still intertwined with mine. His thumb would gently rub over my hand, and it made me feel like this trip in the forest wasn't going to be as bad as I thought it would be.

Birds were chirping in the trees, in the golden afternoon light I could see the many birds flying through the sky, I couldn't help but stare at the beauty of it all. The forest didn't feel horrible or scary anymore, it felt clam and peaceful, and having Harry there beside me made it better.

We continued walking, when I spotted a small meadow, with a stream beside it. I stopped to take in the beauty of it all, little flowers were popped around the meadow, and many oak trees were placed near the stream. It was beautiful. I turned towards Harry, who was smiling as he took in the beauty of the scenery as well.

"I come here to write songs some times." He admitted, tugging me more into the meadow.

"You sing?" I questioned as he searched for a spot for us to sit down.

He smiled at me before shrugging his shoulders and sat down. I sat down beside him, waiting for him to answer my question.

"Yeah, I guess. I mean I like writing songs, I don't think I'm the best singer, but writing music is powerful. Like singing you let out a lot of emotion, but when you write it, you're in control of that emotion with the words that you write." He replied.

I stared at him, his dimples were showing, his face was glowing when he talked about music. He continued on talking about music, about how much it meant to him, how it helped him through so much and how it was his best friend. I had grown to feel something more than friendship with Harry, as I sat and listened to him talk about himself. I had grown to know how Harry adored tea, how he injured himself multiple times, how he wanted to be a skater boy when he was younger and how his past relationships went and go.

In the few hours that had passed I had learned so much, and he had learned so much about me. I felt closer to Harry, knowing that I knew things about him made me want to stay around and know a little bit more.

As we walked back to his apartment, I couldn't help but stare at him. He was insanely good looking in the dim moonlight that had shone above us, his dimples were shown as he rambled on about the bands that he was going to show me, and make me love as well. His beanie was tugged over his head, but loose curls were seen.

We entered his apartment, and headed straight up to his bedroom. I knew that I was going to be staying over as it was too late for me to be walking back to my apartment. Half of me wanted to not stay in the same room as me, but the other half of me desperately wanted to feel his arms around my waist again, and his head curved into my shoulder.

Harry handed me a top and some boxer shorts to change into for the night, as I layed in his bed waiting for him to come back, I realised how just good of a day I had with him, and how I was thankful that he made it a good day.

Harry lazily walked into the room with only a pair of boxers on, I hid into the duvet to stop myself from drooling over him. He got into bed and his arm instantly snaked around my waist pulling me closer into him. I smiled and placed my hand on his arm.

"Thank you for today Harry, it was a really good day." I said snuggling into the pillow.

His chest vibrated from his laugh as he pulled me closer into him. "You don't have to thank me Autumn, now sleep." He said into my hair, and because he told me to, sleep took over my tired body.
