Last time on SGBDABN: . Then we both snuggled into each other, I slept tight knowing everything was going to be okay.
Dear Journal,
I woke up groggy and took a cold shower to hopefully wake myself up. It did not work and now I felt even grumpier than before. You want to know why I was grumpy, today was going to be first day in months that I was going to teach my class. I hoped that Ethan didn't mess things up while I was gone but I trusted him enough to not worry too much.
"Guess what babe" Sean said popping his head in the bathroom.
"Don't call me babe you sound dumb" I scowled.
"Fine guess what sweetie" he said, and I rolled my eyes at his good mood.
"What"
"No, no actually guess" he said pulling on black jeans and some combat boots.
"It's too early just Effing tell me" I grumbled pulling on a black sports bra and grab my jacket
"Fine I'll tell you mister grumpy pants. I'm going to join your class today" he said happily pulling a black tee on. No this is not good, I repeat not good. Having Sean and my friends there will distract me, and my other pupils will not respect me as much and I CANNOT lose respect.
"OH, that's sounds like it's going to be fun" I lied he seemed genuinely happy I didn't want to crush that.
"I can hear the lies from the other room, what's wrong" he said walking in and leaning against the door frame. I can't help myself from internally swooning at his muscled chest. I mentally slap myself for that, this was going to happen all day.
"This," I exclaimed gesturing between the both of us "I can't concentrate when I'm with you. How am I supposed to get them to respect me and act stern when my best friends and my boyfriend are in the class? They'll have no respect for me anymore and that CAN'T happen" I rambled pacing the bathroom
"Thea, calm down I fear you sometimes I have no doubt in my mind that you will do anything else but be stern so take a deep breath and calm down. You get respect no matter what you do" he said placing both his hands on both my shoulders and I felt myself calming down immensely.
"Okay I'm calm but you have to promise that when we're in class you act like I'm your teacher not your girlfriend" I said pulling on my black leggings.
"I promise" he says finally putting on a shirt, not like it was much a difference the shirt clung to his chest.
After that we both walked downstairs and smelled something delicious being made in the kitchen. I had to suppress my laugh at the sight in the kitchen. Jax had Chloe pressed against the fridge and they were making out. There was bacon on the stove and that was my main concern, I couldn't let the meaty goodness go to waste. I gave a small cough, and both jumped away from each other. I couldn't help the laugh that escaped me at see both too their faces.
"Can you both keep your hands off each for a couple of minutes and get me bacon" I said sitting in the island chair.
"You find your best friend making out with your other best friend and your main concern is bacon" Chloe said pouring the waffle mix in the waffle iron.
"Hey! Food is my TRUE love nothing else" I said smiling.
"Hey that's hurts" Sean pouted.
"You should get over that since she was born she's been stuffing her face with food" Ally said as she materializes behind me. Everyone laughed at that and I playfully hit her on the shoulder. It was true though I love food more than anything.
"Something smells great" James said yawning.
"Yep all the food is ready" Chloe said as she put food on 7 plates.
"Wait only 6 Freddy had to leave early this morning he had a meeting with his dad" Ally said grabbing a plate of food. Right after that the door opens and Ethan strolled in, he glanced at me for a second with this odd look, before his attention returned to Ally.
I look at Sean whose grip on my waist got ten times tighter. His face was stone but he didn't look as angry as yesterday.
"Was sup peeps I'm having breakfast with y'all today" he said sitting right next to Ally.
"Hey Ethan" everyone said except Sean who just muttered something under his breath about ripping someone's balls off.
For the rest of breakfast there was lots of chatter and we all seemed like a giant family. After breakfast, we made an assembly line for cleaning and everyone had their own part to do. Then we all went to the garage to pick what we were going to drive except Ally she had had to go to her training.
I obviously chose my motorcycle Jax and Ethan also chose a motorcycle, Sean chose a Porsche, Chloe took a Lamborghini, and James got a Bugatti. We all looked badass going down the agencies roads.
Once we got there all my students turned to us in awe. As I got I put on my shades and kept a straight face. I rolled my eyes as all the girls swooned at Jax, James and especially Sean.
I had enough of girl's swooning when a hot girl giggled at Sean and he winked at her. Jealousy washed over me and I had enough. I glared daggers at the girl who then looked like she was going to shit her pants.
I walked to Sean and pulled his lips onto mine. I heard the gasps around us as I do, and I didn't regret it hopefully the girls would stop now. It wasn't a long kiss, but it was one and I felt Sean smirk into my face.
"Sweetheart what about staying professional" he said once I finally pulled away
"Yeah starting now" I said fixing my glasses "Okay students get in formation" They all scurried into the lines like little mice, it was amusing.
"AT EASE. I've been gone for a while but don't make it think that I will be going easier on you. I won't you will be pushed until you feel like you want to just sleep for years but you won't because I want you all to get here at two in the morning tomorrow and run laps. We have new students they will be in their own group, don't think because they are new they know less then you they probably have more life experience then you pussies" I yelled, and I hear a snicker from the back.
"OH, so you think that's funny 35 push-ups for everyone" I yelled, and everyone groaned "Just for the complaining 10 more" Sean was the first one done, and he has a smug smile on his face.
"Well Sean here thinks something's funny I'll give you 45 more for all of you" After a couple of minutes everyone was done. "You all have 15 minutes to stretch and prepare for today's lesson" I said, and everyone goes into their own little friend groups. About 10 minutes into the break I heard some guy talking to his friend
"Have you seen Thea's ass? We should ask Sean if she's tight, maybe he'll let us hit it from the back" he said and all of his friend's snicker. "And have you seen her chest I bet it's all bra and no boob" I felt my anger boil over
"EVERYONE INTO FORMATION NOW" I growled and they scurried into place. I found him in the crowd and if looks could kill he'd be in the grave already. "At Ease, everyone and feel free to laugh at anything I say to him" I can tell that I've intrigued everyone now.
"What's your name maggot"
"Bryce Ma'am" he yelled looking straight forward his.
"So, Bryce I couldn't help but overhear your conversation with your friends during the break just now" I said, and he immediately knew what I was talking about. "You just couldn't help but talk about how my butt is just great and you think I have no boobs. That is no way to talk about a woman and you should know that being a dick won't make yours any bigger" Everyone bursts out laughing I couldn't help the smile that creeps its way on my face.
Bryce looked like he had swallowed a brick, I thought he was going to cry and I was going g to laugh.
"Oh, and the lab called from your colonoscopy they found your head" everyone laughed again, and his face reddened to an unimaginable shade.
"Aww what's wrong did you wish for a pussy but turn into one instead" and even more people laugh.
"SO, on behalf of every single one of the girls you've ever talked like that about you get to run until midnight without water while everyone else can get the rest of the day off"
"But it's going to rain tonight and it's 5 PM, Ma'am" he says his voice cracking at the end
"Well the I hope you brought an umbrella......halacha, I'm just kidding you don't get to use one" I say turning around
"Oh, and by the way you can sleep in the mud tonight because nothing brightens up your dorm room like you not being in it. The rest of you go back to your dorms and do whatever the hell you feel like" I said turning around. I hope Bryce learned his lesson about demeaning girls because it's not right.
"Ma'am how is this our lesson Ma'am" some brunette girl said from the back
"Good question, the lesson is for EVERY action there is a consequence, good or bad" I say then turn away heading to my motorcycle. All my friends start to follow, and I turned around. "What are you guys doing"
"What does it look like, going back to the dorms" Sean said in a duh tone
"Um no you have to stay in the student dorms not the agent one, only me and Ethan can stay in the agent dorms" I said in an equally duh tone
"What about our stuff" James said.
"The agency transferred all of your stuff"
"Okay so I guess we all have to stay here" Jax said with a sigh.
After everyone said their goodbyes I headed back to the dorm. I showered and put on comfortable clothes, and when I say comfortable clothes I mean Sean's oversized shirt and food-stained sweatpants. I let my hair free instead of pulling it into a pony-tail. I grabbed a tub of ice cream and turned on sponge bob. I know, I know kind of depressing but hey, I'm weird.
I saw Ally walk in wearing practically the same thing as me and holding a tub of ice cream too.
"Come join me and sponge bob" I said with a mouthful of ice cream.
"You're weird" she snorted.
"You're just noticing this" I said scooping up another spoonful of chocolate ice cream. We sat in comfortable silence for a while as we enjoyed the cartoons and ice cream. When the episode finished, I turned to her.
"Why didn't you tell me you were dating Ethan" I questioned
"Well I was kind of nervous because you were you know like sleeping with him and I didn't want you to hate me" she said timidly
"I could never hate you, you're my best friend it's physically impossible for me to hate you" I said with a smile "So have you two you know done it" I said with a sly smile
"Well...Um...maybe" she said blushing madly
"Ohmygod ohmygod he is so good right" I said fast, we were best friends and we could talk about things like this. It wasn't weird because I knew I could trust her with everything.
"You are so right, I don't even know why you got out of bed. I mean my legs have been sore all the time now" she started "So how's Sean"
"Well we haven't you know done the deed yet" I said timidly
"Why, does he like not have a dick or something" she said holding the spoon of ice cream at the side.
"No, he does, but like we're waiting to make it special you know"
"That must be so hard. Have you seen the guy, he looks like Greek god status. Like my ovaries might explode if I saw him naked something" she says and we both start cackling. Then for the next 4 hours we sat on the couch and talked about anything and everything. I felt happy to just let free and talk to my best friend like we had no problems in the world.

As soon as I got to the field everyone was already in formation. I locked eyes with Sean for a moment but finally teared my eyes off him.
"Today I must choose my top 4 elite students to get special training by me, you will go through 2 tests that will dwindle you down to 4 and tests so prepare yourselves to be pushed to the limit" I said and everyone begins to stretch
All my friends come to me.
"You guys aren't in the running you have to go take an adult class so I won't be able to talk much but tomorrow there is the free day and we can hang out, but I have to start now so see you later" I said quickly then jogged over to the starting area
"For this first trial is based on your fitness, I have made an obstacle course. The time to complete the course will lower increasingly. This will continue until there is only 24 people left. Those people will move on to the next round of trials" I said. I blew the whistle and people started to run.
Some went everyman for themselves and some helped each other it was quite the sight to watch them all scramble in the mud. For 2 hours, the times have been shrinking and I finally made it down to 24 people. These were fit and athletic people who had the advantage.

"So now that you have made it to the next round. The next round will test how you work with test your brain you will get in a line and be read a situation if you say the right answer you go to the back if you get it wrong then you're out. Simple. The four-people left will be taught and trained by me and get specific help. The rest of you will be with Agent Ethan" I say and they all get in line. Up first was a girl who looked like your next top model you would stop to look at when you're walking.
"In a year, there are 12 months. Seven months have 31 days. How many months have 27 days?"
"Umm....... 5?" she said
"Wrong, they all do" I said Next was an attractive guy. He had big muscles and the whole jock look going for him. I was ready to move on to the next person before he even opened his mouth.
"What are the next four letters in the following sequence? J, F, M, A, M, J, J, A" I stated
"Easy S, O, N, D. The letters were the order of the months so next would be September, October, November, December" he said, and I know it sounded rude and stereotypical of me but I expected him to get it wrong.
"That is correct go to the back"
Next there was a girl with jet black hair down to her butt and bright green eyes. Unlike the other candidates, the projected this sort of lack in confidence in a way I kind of felt bad for her. She reminded me of me before I became an actual agent.
"Here is the next question. You are driving a bus. At the first stop, two women get on. The second stop, three men get on and one woman gets off. At the third stop, three kids and their mom get on, and a man gets off. At the fourth stop the driver gets off and is replaced by another driver and one person gets on. At the fifth stop ten people get on and two get off. Then lastly the previous driver get on. The bus is grey, and it is raining outside. What color is the bus driver's hair?" I read
"Well the bus driver's hair is black in this instance because my hair is black and you said that I was the bus driver" she says twirling a piece of her hair
"Correct" I say each round that went by more people got out as the questions got harder until there was four. Up was the same long black-haired girl from before
"Here is your question: Marie, Claude, and Jean are in a competition. Here are their results: The youngest person received the least points. Claude got half of the points of the eldest. Jean received as many points as both others combined. Who is the eldest?"
"If I start with statement #2 which tells me that Claude is not the eldest. So, the eldest must be either Marie or Jean. Statement #3 tells me that Jean received the sum of the other two people's points, and those point totals are not equal, per statement #1. For Jean to be the eldest, Claude and Marie would each have half of the points of Jean has, but I know they can't have the same amount of points. Therefore, Jean must have the most points, and Claude must be the youngest, but Marie is the eldest." She thinks out loud
"That is correct and very good thinking you're are an Elite now" I said and she jumps in excitement and at one point almost falls but gathers her composure.
"Thank you I am so happy you chose me" she says then walks away. The next person made my mouth water as he walked up. He was Asian and had a buzz cut with a snap back on top. For some reason, he was shirtless, and his black jeans hung dangerously low on his hips.
"Can you stop checking me out and give me the Danm question" he says playfully. I roll my eyes but look at the card. I read the question and I was sure he got the hardest one.
"In a faraway land, it was known that if you drank poison, the only way to save yourself is to drink a stronger poison, which neutralizes the weaker poison. The king that ruled the land wanted to make sure that he possessed the strongest poison in the kingdom, to ensure his survival, in any situation. So, the king called the kingdom's pharmacist and the kingdom's treasurer, he gave each a week to make the strongest poison. Then, each would drink the other one's poison, then his own, and the one that will survive, will be the one that had the stronger poison. The treasurer knew he had no chance, the pharmacist was much more experienced in this, so instead, he made up a plan to survive and make sure the pharmacist dies. On the last day, the pharmacist suddenly realized that the treasurer would know he had no chance, so he must have a plan. The pharmacist realized what the treasurer's plan must be, and he concocted a counter plan, to make sure he survives, and the treasurer dies. When the time came, the king summoned both. They drank the poisons as planned, and the treasurer died, the pharmacist survived, and the king didn't get what he wanted. What exactly happened there?" I read
"The treasurer's plan was to drink a weak poison prior to the meeting with the king, and then he would drink the pharmacist's strong poison, which would neutralize the weak poison. As his own poison he would bring water, which will have no effect on him, but the pharmacist who would drink the water, and then his poison would surely die. When the pharmacist figured out this plan, he decided to bring water as well. So, the treasurer who drank poison earlier, drank the pharmacist's water, then his own water, and died of the poison he drank before. The pharmacist would drink only water, so nothing will happen to him. And because both brought the king water, he didn't get a strong poison like he wanted" he said in a duh tone
"Um... well... it looks like your right your one of the Elites now" I said. Next was a Mocha girl with her natural curly hair out that bounced when she walked. She was wearing short overalls with a white crop top underneath.

"Wow! That's right" I said astonished "I am proud to say you are an Elite now"
Lastly there was the attractive guy from before. I noticed from the way he was acting while he was waiting that he was shy, but he was cute. He was wearing a T- shirt and joggers and he was smart I could tell from the question she had answered form before.
"There are five people. One of them shot and killed one of the other five. Which man is the murderer?1. Dan ran in the NY City marathon yesterday with one of the innocent men.2. Mike considered being a farmer before he moved to the city. 3. Jeff is a topnotch computer consultant and wants to install Ben's new computer next week.4. The murderer had his leg amputated last month.5. Ben met Jack for the first time six months ago.6. Jack has been in seclusion since the crime.7. Dan used to drink heavily.8. Ben and Jeff built their last computers together.9. The murderer is Jack's brother. They grew up together in Seattle"
"Jack is not the murderer, because he is the brother of the murderer. 2. Dan can't be the murderer since he ran a marathon, and the murderer recently had his leg amputated, and wouldn't be running a marathon of any magnitude that quickly. 3. Ben is not the murderer if he just met Jack, since Jack and the murderer grew up together. 4. This leaves Jeff and Mike. Since Jeff is still alive (he wants to install a new computer next week, present tense) he must be the murderer. Mike also didn't grow up with Jack. It has been determined that Jack, Dan and Jeff are all alive. Ben must also be alive since Jeff plans to install Ben's computer next week. This means that Jeff killed Mike." He says
"You are correct you are also an Elite now" I stand up and look at the four-people left. "All of you will become the future of the agency and I hope you can keep up. You will be getting nicer dorms all your stuff has been transferred to your rooms. Make sure you are ready tomorrow for my training. But one more thing if I disappear EVER investigate, no matter what they tell you investigate I might not be as dead as they want you to think" I said and leave them with those thoughts to chew on.
I had a feeling that tonight I was going to be silenced.
