Three weeks. It took three whole weeks for her to give me her number. Which in all honesty I didn't mind. I would be completely happy just seeing her every once and a while at the cafe. But that doesn't keep me from hopping for more.
Bo: I was wondering if you'd wanna do something this weekend?
I remember writing the text and the way my thumb hovered over the send button for what felt like years but was more like ten minutes. The text sounded so cliché and overdone but I've been thinking for ten minutes and this is the best I got.

The smile on my lips at that point was borderline painful. She said yes! God it feels like I'm back in high school again. What I'd failed to realize was I had no idea what we could do. I just knew I wanted to spend more time with her. I've only been in town about a month! I don't know anything interesting to do.
