Love is what you feel when
you don't have enough
emotion left to hate.
I once read that in a book,
and I began to think, what
if what the author said,
was true?
What did that mean for me?
And for the boy that I
continuously wish I hated?
I don't love you, I swear
that I do not.
But then again, why is it
that when I’m attracted to
another boy, enough to
call it a ‘crush’, I never
really like them for long
enough to do anything?
What is it that I am
afraid of most – forgetting
you or falling for someone
who wasn’t you?
I don’t love you, I swear
that I do not.
I can’t.
