So I just got over an anxiety attack.
That was fun.
(Excellent, sarcasm, I know).
I felt nauseous, shaky, and I could stand up, but I felt shaky.
My guts felt all weird.
I was having this attack because of many different reasons.
I'm not going to mention all of the reasons, just PM me for more info. I'll probably tell you. Any who, I'm better now. I had the attack because I haven't had anything for dinner, and I had to take a pill because of a thing with my thyroid that I take with food. I also had a massive headache, so I took a pain pill. I was freaking out because I didn't want to take my thyroid pill after the pain killer because I thought something was gonna happen to me (like an over dose or something). There are other reasons why this anxiety/panic attack hit. Like I said, I'm all better now, I took the thyroid pill, my headache is basically gone, and I don't think I'm gonna throw up anymore. YAY! *confetti*
