I'm afraid, I start to hyperventilate; the memories are swirling within my mind now.
I'd missed the herd of cattle on the road, but my brakes weren't working. That's when my memory went blank and darkness consumed me then, my knees buckled and I fell to the ground.
I looked up at the sky as my head hit the pavement, a lone tear made its way down my cheek.
