Louis Tomlinson and I hadn't know each other for a long time. We had gone to the same primary school, but were never in any classes together. When we were in
High school, we both tried out for Grease, and he got the part of Danny and I Sandy. We really connected in that play and had a lot of fun playing two star crossed lovers. After that, he decided to go for X factor. He told me all about his plans, and we'd rehease Hey There Delilah in his basement for hours on end. But it never went any further. I always wanted to be his girlfriend...I really did. He promise me if he won X Factor, he'd take me on tour with him. When One Direction was formed, he barely spoke to me. It was a rare text or tweet with hey, missing the basement <3. I really wish I had told hum how I felt but I was too foolish. When the X Factor tour began, I hadn't seen him in months. Was I proud of him? Of course. He was my best friend. Was I jealous? Of course. Both of us loved singing but he was going somewhere with his, where as I was stuck in the tiny town of Doncaster, where Louis had no idea how I felt. I got a text from him one night, I was over the moon. Opened it.
Louis: hey Nicole. Missing the basement. Not gonna be home for a couple months, but when I get back I've got lots to show u, and four lads to meet!
Me; hey Lou. I miss you too. I can't wait to meet the boys, they seem great.
Louis: they are the best lads.
Me; better than me?
Louis: no ofc not, but a close second :)
Me: yeah, I need to talk to you soon.
Louis: I know, me too. There's something I need to tell you. It's about a girl :)
Me: a girl? Like a female?
Louis: no a girl as in a donut.
Me: haha. Gtg
Louis: miss ya. Ttys k? Keep well.
Me: yup.
Fuck. I couldn't believe it. So he wouldn't be home for two months. He had four new best friends, and a new girl in his life. What more could go wrong? I was absolutely devastated. The next two months would drag by, and I missed him to bits.
