Pagdating ni Mia sa office ng council, pero gaya ng inaasahan hindi agad pumasok si Nathe sa council office bagkus huminto ito sa labas upang mag-handa sa muli nilang pagkikita ni Riku. Kaya naman nagtuloy –tuloy na lamang si Mia.
“Hi everyone,” Mia
“Hi Mia” Riku
“Ano ba huwag mo nga akong nilalantod. Anlalaki mo pa naming tao.” Mia
“Come on Mia sige na minsan na nga lang” Riku
Nang biglang pumasok si Nathe na may ibang aura, na animo’y mananakmal ng tao ano mang oras.

Mapapansin ni Nathe ang earbuds na nakapasak sa isa sa tenga ni Riku.

Dahil naman sa lakas ng volume ay hindi narinig ni Riku ang babala ni Nathe.
“Mr. DE VEGA!” sigaw ni Nathe sabay hampas sa lamesa.

Pagkatapos ng meeting ay napagdesisyonang ilagay sa ikatloNg byernes ng buwan na iyon ang eleksyon. Samantala ang Acquaintance Party ay sa Linggo ding iyon magaganap. Ngunit pagkatapos ng meeting tila takot na tumakbo pa labas si Nathe na hindi na rin niya napansin ang pagkakawalay sa kaibigan ngunit sinubukan pa rin niya itong hintayin sa labas ng office, hanggang sa marinig niya ang tinig ni Riku na tinatawag ang ngalan ni Mia.
“Mia… please give me a chance I like you! Or rather I love You” Riku.
Nang marinig ito ni Nathe ay napatakbo ito paalis. At ang tunog ng kanyang mga yabag ang nagpalabas sa dalawa.
MIA POV
“Nathe, Nathe” Mia
Bigla na lamang akong hinila ni Riku at ikinulong sa anyang mga bisig.
“Mia…” Riku
“Nanda?!” Mia
“I know what you are saying but I like you.” Riku said as he releases Mia
“Ang insensitive mo my friend is not a doll after you play with itatapon mo. At ayaw kong isipin na ako ang dahilan ng break-up niyo ni Nathe. ” Mia
“Hindi ikaw ang dahilan sawa na ako sa kanya” Riku
“Yan you are showing your true color” Mia at sinubukang umalis
Muli bigla ulit akong hinila ni Riku.
“Leave me alone Riku naghihintay sa akin si Nathe” Mia
“Mia… please give me a chance I like you! Or rather I love You” Riku.
At bigla kaming nakarinig ng malalakas na yabag ng paa, na agad ko naming inalam kung sino. Si Nathe ang nakitang kong patakbong umalis sa council office.

Hinabol ni Mia si Nathe sa abot ng kanyang makakaya kaya naman ng magkaabot sila ay hinila ni Mia si Nathe.
“Bakit mo ako iniwan?” Mia
“Baka kasi nakakaistorbo ako.” Galit na sagot ni Nathe.
“You got it wrong” Mia
“Wrong. What I heard is enough! Nakita mo kung gaano ko minahal si Riku. Ganito pala tama sila saan napupunta ang basura sa plastic paano na si Lyre ha? Akala ko kaibigan kita? Kahit man lang sana bukas na lang okey pa pero hindi eh.” Nathe
“Nathe please listen to me.” Mia
“I heard to many bad news already. May gagawin pa ako hahanapin ko pa si Ken.” Nathe.
MIA POV
This the worst I can imagine. Ang best frend ko nawalay sa akin dahil sa pesteng lalaking yan. Atleast si Nathe may nagmamahal pa rin sa kanya andyan si Ken pano naman ako? John hindi kami close, Esther kaaway naming ni Nathe yon, Eline madaldal masyado kanino ako sasama?

Nang makarating si Nathe sa classroom agad itong sinalubong ni Ken.
“Are you okay?” Ken
“Yup” Nathe
“Atleast I got rid of two wastes this day.” Nathe
“Two wastes? What’s that?” Ken
“Just let’s go inside” Nathe
“Okay then” Ken.
