I arrived at school and hugged my mom goodbye, my best friend Jezebel was waiting for me at the front doors, we hugged and walked inside. We chatted about the usual on the way to algebra, baseball, movies, the color eggshell (I don't think its a good color but she disagrees). We walk into class and I look around, somethings different, new seats. I asked my teacher where I sat, he pointed at an empty seat next to a boy I've never seen before. I sat down and he turned to greet me "Hello, My name is Noah, you must be Rosalinda" he said well gazing into my eyes, his were deep and blue like the ocean. I must have got lost in my thoughts because he was waving his hands in front of my eyes going "Rosalinda? Are you okay?" all I could choke out was "Your eyes are pretty" he laughed and said "yeah... so are yours" I was about to say something but the teacher had already started his lesson. After class me and Jezebel met outside the classroom door, the first words Jezebel said was "I sit next to some kid named Alex, who do you sit next to?" I looked down and said "I sit next to Noah" I covered my face as I blushed, the Meir mention of his name made me smile. I looked up as Jezebels eyes glowed a bright green, her next words surprised me.
