Okay, so this fan fic roots from Billy bullying Noelle, but I wanted to note that I chose to start the story off with this because it was so ironic and caught the readers eye. Billy Unger actually joined Disney on a project to prevent bullying and did a few interviews where he explained that as a child, some of his boy classmates made fun of his size and just teased him to a point of harassment.
