if a person really wants to stay in your life, you wouldn't have to exhaust yourself trying to chase them just so they wouldn't leave. they would willingly stay because they want to be a part of your life. otherwise, stop holding on because you will only end up getting broken and miserable. don't stress yourself out trying to make someone stay. if they want to go, let them. be open for fresh opportunities, don't be afraid to take a chance, and make room for your own growth and betterment as a person. 💖
