You kicked the front door shut and locked it, dropping your heavy school bag, filled with homework from a Monday. You sighed. Your teachers always gave the most homework on a Monday.

As you walked past the TV room, you finally registered that someone was watching a show or movie. You stopped midstride and retraced your steps, looking into to see the masked male supposedly named Jack, with two other boys who looked about his age. One was in a white hoodie with faded red stains, with rough, pitch black hair and wide, unblinking eyes ringed with black. A large grin was cut into his face, and although his lips weren't smiling, he would forever look as though he should be.

The other boy had choppy, straw-colored hair that stuck out from underneath a dark green hat and a black jacket with a gold Tri-Force insignia from the Legend of Zelda games embroidered on the shoulders. Small gauges pierced his elven-like ears. His eyes were perhaps the strangest thing about him, the entire cornea was a dark void, and a small crimson dot acted as the pupil.

You let out a sigh of annoyance, gaining their attention.

"So, let me guess. Friends of yours, Jack?" You asked.

He nodded, then pointed to the boy in the white hoodie. "That's Jeffery."

"It's Jeff." The boy hissed at his companion, then looked you in the eye, flashing a quick smile. "Jeff the Killer, dollface."

You arched an eyebrow. 'Oh great, another murderer in my house. Why me?' You thought.

The other boy floated up from his seat on the couch, and made his way over to you, circling you. "I'm BEN. So, this is the girl that held her cool when she saw you, huh EJ?"

Jack nodded.

"And it's safe here? A hundred percent sure its safe?"

"Well, yeah. She pointed me to where I could get some kidneys and also made something called Mac'n'cheese that's pretty good."

Jeff perked up at the mention of Mac'n'cheese. "Do you have any?"

You blinked. "Yeah... Why?"

By the time you had finished your response, all three males had sprinted out of the family room and went for the kitchen.

You entered said room to find them tearing through cupboards and drawers trying to find the box.

Sighing, you went to a cupboard that had already been opened and removed a package of Mac'n'cheese. Holding it up, you spoke, trying to get their attention to turn from destroying your kitchen to what you had to say.

"Guys. GUYS. GUYS!" You yelped, the final one successfully pulling them away from continuing the carnage.

"I'll make some on one condition. That you clean up this mess you all made!"

They huddled together for a few moments, then Jeff stepped forwards.

"Fair enough. You cook, we clean this up."

As they started to pick up and put away objects and food, you began boiling water.

By the time you had scooped out bowls of the pasta and put them on the table, the three males were still cleaning. Suddenly, Jack realized that the food was done and zipped over to the table and began to eat. Jeff and BEN took notice of their companion and joined in, happily eating.

As the bottom of the bowls of noodles became visible, you looked up and at the three greedy eaters.

"So, how many of you guys are there?"

BEN shrugged. "We've never really counted, but I'm pretty sure there's at least one hundred."

You choked on a noodle.

"One hundred? And you're all murders?"

Jeff and Jack looked up from eating now.

"Well, no...." Jack started.

"Dude, yeah we are." BEN interrupted.

"There is that one guy..." Jeff stated.

"Slender's brother?"

"Yeah, him. What's the fucker's name?" Jeff asked.

"Offenderman?" BEN offered.

"Yeah, that asshole. He rapes and then kills his victims. That guy is a dick." Jeff clarified.

"Dude, you know sometimes he continues his rape after the person's death?"

"He's a sick bastard. I hate his fucking guts." Jeff growled.

Jack and BEN nodded their agreement.

You shuddered. "Can we not talk about him then? Who else is gonna be showing up at my house?"

"Well, that depends..." Jack trailed off.

"Depends on what, dude?"

"Who's in the area, you idiot!" Jeff snapped, who tried to slap BEN and missed.

"So they're just going to show up?!" You asked, scared about how many there might be at any given time.

"Pretty much. Your place is on the hill that leads down into Mori woods, so yeah. We're just gonna show up unannounced." Jack answered you. As far as you could tell, he was perhaps the most normal of them, albeit being cannibalistic.

A scratching sound emanated from behind the back door, then the whine of a large dog.

Jeff stood up suddenly, almost knocking his chair over. "That's Smiley!" He ran over to the rear door of the house, and jerked it open, revealing a massive red and black husky-like dog with a human-like smile. Next to the dog stood a faceless humanoid creature, clad in a black suit with long tendrils lashing around angrily behind it.

"Oh, um, hey Slendey..." Jeff muttered awkwardly, patting the dog who had trotted in.

"I followed Smile.Dog here, Jeffery. Would you care to explain what you three are doing in a human's house?" His voice echoed in your head and you noticed a low static buzz at the base of your skull as the creature addressed as 'Slendy' spoke.

All three males spoke wordlessly, looking at each other before chorusing "It's safe here." They each launched into individual, long-winded explanations.

'Slendy' sighed, ignoring the blabbering males and turned to you.

"I'm sorry about them. They do enjoy invading someone's house from time to time. However, I must commended you on how you handled it; most people try to call the police. May I ask your name, child?"

You nodded slowly, then responded. "(f/n)..."

"(f/n), I am called Slenderman, but you may call me Slender."

His name caused the gears in your head to turn, and you finally realized who you were talking to. All of these people, if you could call them that, were what was thought to be internet stories. Simply urban legends. But here they were, eating your food, and arguing, in your home.

When you turned to look at the table, the only thing there was the empty bowls and used forks. Jeff, Jack and BEN had made their way back to the TV room and began arguing over the remote. Smile.Dog had followed Jeff, barking.

Slender sighed and walked in, plucking the remote from BEN and Jeff, then changed the channel to the news.

"Yet another person has been found dead in their home with no signs of forced entry, in a long string of unsolved murders across the country. Once again, a smile was carved into their face and the words 'Go to sleep' painted on the wall with their blood. If anyone had any information, they are asked to contact local police services."

Jeff bounced like a young child in the chair he was sitting in. "Oh, that was fun! She fought back and she tried to bite me but it didn't help her and oh man, that was great!" He even sounded like a hyper-active child.

Slender folded his arms across his chest, 'glaring' at the happy killer.

"Jeffrey, what have I told you about going out without permission?"

"Ah, c'mon Slendy! I was bored and I felt like a kill! What else was I supposed to do?" Jeff whined.

"Stay at the manor."

"Oh, lighten up!" He cried, facial scars twisting as he grimaced.

"I've told you time and time again, Jeffrey, not to kill when it's not your night."

The two began bickering, and you turned to Jack and BEN, who sat quietly, watching.

"Is this normal with you guys?" You asked, now joining them in watching the argument.

BEN nodded. "Hoo yeah... It was even worse when those two first met. Believe me, no one wanted to be in the manor then... I usually haunted video games and shows to stay away from them. Dunno what Jack did."

"I had a feast..." He grumbled. "So many people... So much food. I was kinda sick the next day. I think someone was really ill."

"Or maybe you shouldn't be eating people!" BEN snapped.

"But it's good!"

"Is not!"

"Is too!"

You sighed. Two arguments in a room is two too many. Smile.Dog trotted over, tail waving slightly. The canine nudged your knee and you scratched his head.

After the arguments ended and BEN watching various shows, they left, leaving you alone in a dark house, wondering just how many new ones are going to show up.
