LuPart introduced Manny to Bob, and Bob to Manny.
"Hey Bob, sorry to barge in. Manny over here is overreacting a lil, he would like to know if he can stay over for a couple of days," asked LuPart.
"Oh..." Bob breathed out.
"Only if he lends me his hammer," Bob demanded.
Manny was shook, he never lent his hammer to anyone in his entire worthless mortal life. Because of his situation, he couldn't have resisted. He reluctantly handed his hammer, which he conveniently had in his pants, over to Bob, who he only just met. Bob didn't think much of it, he just needed a good Gucci hammer to use until he bought a new one and knew Manny could provide. Through Manny's eyes, he just handed his entire life over to a stranger, but he knew he wouldn't regret it.
Manny just knew things about how he would feel about something later in life, even if he wasn't always right, he was so stubborn that he made it true.
Manny planned to stay for three days in Bob's snazzy guest room and then take his hammer and leave.
His plan however, was one he wouldn't follow.
