Waterfall
How can I say I love you
That of which you will glimpse of how much
Can I liken it by which a spring water bursting forth
Chasing a spark of light amidst the darkness
Just a trickle, just one drop at one time
Till it fills a basin, then flows into a stream
By which direction, who knows?
But by the time, like a river unstoppable
It flows stronger and faster
It washes over the stones and boulders
It overwhelms, it drowns, it rushes forward
Until the next thing I know
I was falling too hard
Into the depths, into uncertainty
And exhilaration fills me.
For I am happy.
