We are nights of liquid moonlight,
We are days of sun-bathed trees,
We are dreams that dreamt of living,
watercolour memories.
We are lilies in the valley,
We are whispers through the rain,
We are stars that crashed and burned,
Fire-painted melodies.
We are daydreams forced to wander,
We are wishes in a well,
We are dancing through the nightmare,
Hollow-stricken maladies.
We are wishing for tomorrow,
We are waiting for "beyond",
We will rise above these waters –
And see the sky above.

This one is pretty short, I know, and I wrote it really fast, so I have no idea if it's good or not. :/ But hey, I tried, and I like it enough for it to be here, so ~
