Next Morning.
Sanyukta woke up first as usual.
She realised that her head was on Randhir's lap.
He had his hand on her head.
She smiled at his gesture.
She freshen up and wake up Randhir.
They followed the same routine.
"Bye...take care" Randhir hugged her before leaving for office.
"Dhyaan se jaiye..." She hugged him back.
He left for office and Sanyukta continued her work.
Things have started changing between them.
They are coming close by each passing day.
Sanyukta is slowly getting comfortable.
She is settling down in her new world.
It was afternoon time.
Randhir couldn't concentrate on work at all.
He was in thoughts of Sanyukta.
He wanted to be with her.
He wanted to take her to the beach.
"Parth...going half day" Randhir informed Parth
"All okay?" He asked
"Yes...all well" "Bas aaise hi" He said
"Okay...I got it..."
"Go.." Parth said
"See you tomorrow" He said
Randhir reached home around 2:30PM.
The door bell rang.
"Kaun hai?" Sanyukta asked before opening the door.
"Main hu...Randhir.." He replied.
She opened the door "Randhir...aap...aabhi?" She said
"Surprise..." He stepped inside
"Half day leke ghar aagaya" He said
"That's great...but why?" She asked
"Lets go to beach" He said
"Haan?" "Beach..." She repeated
"We couldn't go yesterday...so we'll go today" "Come on hurry up" "We'll have to reach before peak traffic hours start" "Don't want to miss the sunset" He said.
She smiled brightly at him.
"Go jaldi..." He said breaking her trance
Soon they were on the way to the beach.
It was 5PM.
Sun had started setting down.
Sanyukta couldn't believe her eyes.
She was stunned seeing the enormous sea in front of her eyes.
It is like dream come true for her.
Her eyes were big in wonder.
She is seeing a sea or beach for the first time.
"Its big..." She said
"Hmmm..." He watched her
"Hume pani main jana hai..." She said
"Chalo..." He took her.
The tides of the sea water touched her feet.
He held her hand so that she doesn't slip down.
"WOW..." She jumped in water like a small child.
Her happiness was seen on face.
She splashed some water on Randhir.
"Aayyy..." He reacted on her mischief
"Hahaha..." She again splashed water on him.
"Sanyukta No..." He hide his face.
But she was in no mood to listen.
Randhir held her arm.
He pulled her close to him.
Sanyukta stopped laughing immediately.
"Ran-Randhir..." She fumbled
Randhir got a excellent chance and splashed water on her.
He laughed seeing her reaction.
"Aur udao pani..." He teased her
She splashed water on him again.
"Phir se..." "Ruko tum aab" He said
She managed to escape from his hold.
She ran from there.
Randhir ran after her. He managed to catch her. He grabbed her hand and pulled her back to him.
"Randhir...leave me" she was trying to get out of his grip
"Aab kyu...aur pani udao" He held her tightly
"Nahi udayenge...promise" She said
He left her.
She turned around and hugged him.
"THANK YOU" she mumbled
"hum beach pe hai Sanyukta" he laughed.
She pulled back from hug.
She blushed.
"Chalo...lets have something" He said
"Bhook lagi hai..." She said
"come..." He took her in side hug.
They enjoyed chaat and ice cream.
While coming back home. "Thank you so much Randhir" "You made my evening" She said
"My pleasure..." He replied
"Itna maza aaya ki aab hum thak gaye" She said
"Bas jaldi hi pohchenge ghar" He said
Sanyukta was sleepy by then.
She slept resting on Randhir' back.
They reach home.
"Sanyukta utho...ghar agaya" He said
She rubbed her eyes and got off the bike.
"dhyaan se..." He parked the bike.
Randhir picked her up into his arms. He pressed the lift button.
He got inside the lift and reached 3rd floor.
He somehow managed to open the door.
He placed her on bed.
She slept peacfully.
Randhir laid beside her and as habit held her hand before closing his eyes.
Days rolled on.
Sanyukta and Randhir are happy with each other.
They have started knowing each other well.
They spend time together.
Sanyukta has settled down well.
Parth,Vidushi,Randhir & Sanyukta meet often.
They spend weekends together.
Sanyukta is enjoying her new life.
Randhir is very happy with his life.
"Tired..." Sanyukta ruffled Randhir's hair as he rested his head on her lap.
"Very much..." "Bohot kaam tha aaj" He said
"Good..its weekend tomorrow" She said
"hmmm..." He closed his eyes.
"This weekend will spend at home" "No need to go out" "Aap rest karna" She said
"Hmmm..." He pressed her hand.
Just then Randhir received a call from Harsh.
"Hello Randhir..." Harsh said
"Hello Papa..." "Is everything okay...you are sounding low" Randhir got up while talking
"Randhir...you and Sanyukta come to Jaipur as soon as possible" Harsh said
"What happened Papa?" Randhir asked
"Your grandfather is no more" Harsh informed with heavy heart
"What..." Randhir was shock knowing that
"Please you both come soon" Harsh said before disconnecting the call
"Randhir...what happened?" Sanyukta asked
"Sanyukta we have to leave for Jaipur" "Dadu is no more" Randhir said.
His voice choke while saying those words.
He hugged her and shed some tears.
She gave him warmth of her embrace to console him.
"Bas Randhir.... " She rubbed his back.
She wiped her tears as he needs her at the most right now.
"I'll quickly pack our bags" She said
"I'll book flight tickets" He said.
They reach airport.
Randhir informed Parth about the incident.
They boarded the flight. They reached Jaipur early morning.
Their relatives had already gathered at the place.
They were waiting for Randhir & Sanyukta.
They did cremation rituals.
Its been four days now Randhir & Sanyukta are in Jaipur.
Randhir was receiving calls from his office regarding work.
He has to return back Bombay.
He took permission from Harsh and he allowed him to go back.
Randhir will come back again in next weekend.
"I am sorry Papa...par jana padega" he said
"I understand Randhir" "Tum jao..." "I'll manage everything here" Harsh said
"I'll book our tickets then" "We will come in weekend again" "Bas 3 din ki baat hai" He said
"Ummm...let Sanyukta stay back with us" "Anyway you have come back again after 3 days" Renuka said
Sanyukta and Randhir looked at each other.
"okay..." Randhir agreed halfheartedly
