Arthit was feverishly kissing him. He couldn't concentrate on anything else other than the lips moving along his neck. He held on to Arthit's hips. His throat was dry. His heart wanted to jump out of his chest.
Arthit stopped kissing him and rested his forehead on Kongpob shoulder.
" Kongpob.. I'm sorry "
" why are you apologizing P' Arthit "
" we can't continue like this.. two wrongs does not make one right "
Kongpob knew Arthit was right. He hugged Arthit closer to him.
" I know P' Arthit " he replied sadly.
" I should go to bed now "
" ok P' Arthit "
Arthit still hadn't moved out of his grasp. Arthit only moved closer. His face still muffled to Kongpob's body.
" I should really go "
" yes P' "
Both of them stayed motionless.
Kongpob slid to lay on the couch along with Arthit in his arms. Arthit kissed his jaw once more. And snuggled to Kongpob. They lied on the couch wrapped around each other in complete silence. Their breathing synced. Arthit's warmth put Kongpob to a blissful sleep.

Arthit head was on Kongpob's chest. It was early in the morning. But he was awake. He knew Kongpob was awake too. He could feel Kongpob's risen heartbeat. He was sure Kongpob knew he was awake too. They didn't want to face reality just yet. But he can't run away from it anyway. He tried to move. Kongpob held him tightly.
" five more minutes P' Arthit "
Arthit had no strength to fight. He obliged.
" Kongpob? "
" yes P' Arthit? "
" why do you think you cheated on me? "
Arthit felt Kongpob move. He sat up straight and looked at Kongpob, who followed suit and sat on the couch.
" P' Arthit.. "
" I saw her Kongpob. I know she looks like me. Atleast that's what I was told. You told me you had a reason to believe her. What is it? "
Kongpob looked down.
" When you were away I tried to see you in her P' Arthit. I wanted to see you. But with us being busy and time difference it was hard. I tried to ease my pain by imagining I'm looking at you. It was stupid P'. I know. You can hate me for the rest of your life for that . "
" did you feel anything towards her atleast for one second? "
" No P' . It has always been you "
Arthit touched Kongpob's face.
" I believe you. But what is done is done. We can't change it. "
" P' Arthit .. please don't let me go! " Kongpob was tearing.
" Kongpob.. listen to me. I don't hate you. I know what happened now. But it's not right for me to be with you while there is an innocent girl involved "
Kongpob nodded. Tears dropping on his shirt.
" I will always love you Kongpob..Always. It's never going to change. We are going to be alright "

Arthit walked Kongpob to the door. It felt like deja vu. But this time the atmosphere between them was different. They were aware of eachothers feelings. They were played by fate.
" P' Arthit.. what are you going to do now? "
" I don't know what will happen in the future Kongpob. Only time can tell "
Kongpob leaned in and stopped for a second looking at Arthit for permission.
Arthit smiled sadly and closed the distance. It was a short, but bittersweet kiss.
" good bye Kongpob.. "

It had been two months since Kongpob had walked into Arthit's apartment drunk. They never spoke to each other after that incident.He missed Arthit every breathing second. But he was not feeling suffocated anymore. He knew wherever he was Arthit loved and missed him just as much as he did. It comforted him. In his mind he spoke to Arthit. He didn't care if it made him crazy. No one can pry his comfort away from him.
He was back to his normal ways. He was in fourth year. And it kept him fairly busy. He treated Pen with all the kindness he had. In his agony Pen had been a victim. He wasn't going to let that happen again.
He was walking Chanpen to the girls hostel. Once they reached the gate, Kongpob bid his good bye when Pen pulled him by his elbow and kissed him on the cheek.
Kongpob looked at her in surprise. She was smiling shyly.
" Chanpen! What made you think it was ok? "
" P' Kongpob. I kissed my boyfriend. What is wrong with that! "
" N' Pen. I told you! Our relationship can never be like that! "
" P'.. I thought you have started to like me! "
" I was just doing my duty "
Pen looked at him angrily
" P' Kongpob! Why are you still thinking about him? It's not like your relationship was progressing!!You were not happy with him! I can give you everything he didn't! I can make you happy P'! We can be happy together! " she said with a raised voice. Her face red in rage.
" what did you just say? "
" I can make you happy P' Kongpob "
" before that N' Pen "
Chanpen looked at him. Her expression changed from anger to fear.
" P' Kongpob.. I... "
Kongpob took a few steps closer to her. And looked directly into her eyes.
" N' Pen.. you have not seen my worst yet. And assure you, you don't want to. Tell me the truth. dont test my patience " Kongpob's tone was too calm. He was burning inside. His fists balled on his sides.
Chanpen had told him everything that had happened. Most importantly what hadn't happened.
Kongpob was speechless.
" Pen! You called me a rapist! "
" I'm sorry P' Kongpob.. I made a mistake.. I was wrong.." she had her hands together. Tears pouring down her face.
" I will never forgive you for this! You didn't just ruin my life, you also ruined the life of the person I love "
"P' Kongpob.. please.."
" get out of my sight Chanpen. You watched me suffer and never once thought of telling me the truth."
" I wanted to P' .. I was afraid "
" you know I can get you suspended for this don't you? All it will take is one visit to the hospital "

"You should have thought about it before you ruined my life N' . And yours too..Would you have continued this disgusting act of yours forever? Don't ever let me get a glimpse of you N' Chanpen. I'm disappointed in you. But I believe in second chances. Don't waste it.Good bye "
Kongpob had been relieved than angry. He should have been enraged. But he wasn't . He was over the moon. He was free. He wanted to run screaming in glee.

Kongpob was waiting for him outside his office. The receptionist had told him there was someone to see him.
" Kongpob? You have to stop seeing me like this. It won't get us anywhere."
Kongpob almost knocked him over engulfing him in a tight hug.
" P' Arthit! Oh P' Arthit! I'm so happy!! "
Arthit put his arms around Kongpob uncertainly.
" Kongpob.. what happened? "
Kongpob released Arthit from the hug. He was crying and laughing at the same time.
" Kongpob! Why are you crying? Are you alright? "
" I'm more than alright! P'.. My P' Arthit..."

Kongpob put down the bags and looked around the room in awe..
" P' Arthit! This looks amazing! Look there is a private pool outside the room! How did you afford this? "
" you are so nosy Kongpob. It's none of your business " Arthit said smiling fondly.
He had called Pitcher asking for suggestions for a weekend get away. He didn't want to call any of his friend because he knew he would not hear the end of it. He and Kongpob both needed it. Pitcher had not only suggested the perfect place but also had paid for the room saying he was glad that atleast one of them got their happiness.By the looks of it Arthit was sure it was expensive. Why did rich people like to flaunt their money so much? But he was grateful. He sure owed Pitcher a lot.

Arthit lied at at edge of the pool with his legs in the water. He had eaten like a pig. It was dark. He looked at the clear starry sky. It was not a full moon. But Arthit liked how is looked. He was at complete peace. He was admiring the night when he felt a presence next to him. A shirtless Kongpob lay next to him. He looked at Kongpob's face and smiled before he looked back at the sky. Kongpob intertwined their fingers, holding Arthit's hand in his.
" Kongpob? "
" Yes P'Arthit? "
" do you think there are parallel worlds out there? I wonder what the other Arthtis might be doing"
" looking at the stars with the other Kongpobs? "
Arthit let out a sigh
" I hope not! Isn't the trouble this Arthit has from you enough for everyone else? "
" P' !! "
" relax.. I'm joking "
" P' no matter what world it is, Arthit only belongs to Kongpob "
" huh you seem pretty confident "

Arthit was glad Kongpob couldn't see his blush.
Kongpob got up and jumped in to the pool.
Arthit sat up straight and watched Kongpob swim around. Now he knew what his coworker meant by having faith in his love. He couldn't take his eyes off of him. Kongpob was now standing in the pool pushing his wet hair back with his fingers. Arthit could see the shaking reflection of the imperfect moon next to him. Arthit smiled. It was a breathtaking sight.
Kongpob looked at him curiously.
" P' Arthit.. why are you smiling? "
Arthit just shook his head.
" Come on in P' Arthit.. the water feels great! "
Kongpob walked up to his legs and pulled him into the pool. He hadn't had the time to take his tshirt off. Kongpob was holding him by the waist. Their faces close, lightly touching.Arthit couldn't see anything. He was light headed from euphoria. He was feeling hot even in the water. Kongpob ' s voice was ragged.
" P' Arthit.. you are the most beautiful being I have ever laid my eyes on . How did I become so lucky to have you love me." He kissed Arthit deeply. Arthit had subconsciously circled his arms around Kongpob's neck.
They broke apart. Arthit hid his face on Kongpob's bare shoulder.
" P' Arthit? "
" Mmm? "
" I love you "
Arthit raised his head and looked into Kongpob's eyes. His lips trembling..
" P' Arthit are you cold? "
" a little"
" let's get you inside"

Kongpob stepped out of the bathroom in his bathrobe. Arthit had already showered and was flipping through the channels of the TV .
" are you done? Come over here. I will dry your hair " Arthit made Kongpob sit on the bed and started to dry his hair from a towel standing in front of him. The tension between them was unbearable.
Kongpob stopped his hand and took the towel away placing it by his side. He twisted his finger around the fabric that tied his bathrobe, looking up at Arthit.
Arthit looked back at him with wide eyes.
" Arthit. Don't be afraid. It's me. Your Kongpob "
He removed Kongpob's hand away. Kongpob had looked hurt. But nodded in understanding.
Arthit smiled broadly at Kongpob untying his robe.
" I love you more Kongpob "
