Effort helps with a good product, no doubt about that, and Wattpad is the same way. You get out what you put in.
The more you read, write, and spend time on Wattpad, the better at writing you will become and the more successful you'll become. As we've discussed and this is crucial, though, your health comes first. Work when you want and can, but do know that in order to reach a certain point, you will need to put in a lot of work.
Don't let this daunt you. You hopefully have plenty of time to put in time, so there's no reason to rush. In the world of writing, slow and steady truly does win the race. You don't need to make massive headway every day. Take it one day at a time, allowing yourself to heal when you've worked a lot.
