inadvertently locked in an otherworldly
perpetual orbit
stringing through time and space
is this mutualism?
architects,
building foundations with
each others bricks
after all,
my anastomosing roots have
tangled with yours,
yet i grow
you are the rain:
rejuvenating, reassuring
i am the sun: (and you've said so yourself)
radiant.
and there's this hampering question
rooted in the back of my mind
after time,
will you grow tired?
will predator turn on prey?
will it be consummate?
