Looking on the bright side, now I wake up sa isang familiar na lugar...ang bad side? Nahihilo ako, parang may nag o-orchestra sa ulo sa sakit nya. chineck mo muna ang oras at ang messages ko.
"Nasaan ka? Kailangan ka dito sa guild" Text ni Aries kaninang 8 a.m.
"1:30 NA!!!" Napasigaw ako, sabay naduling at napahiga ulit.
Ano gagawin ko, di pa ako naliligo, wala pa akong nakakain at...at...
Bumangon ako at tumakbo papunta sa C.R. , Sumuka ako sa toilet bowl, nilabas ko lahat ng sama ng loob ko, na parang sumasama na kaluluwa ko sa nilalabas ko.

Pagbalik ko sa kwarto, niligpit ko ang kama, nag pulbo ako kasi yun nalang meron ako, wala na akong mga chechebureche na make up dahil di na ako nakabili ulit nung mga panahon na busy ako.
I gathered all my stuff and I checked kung may naiwan pa ako.
"Kuya Ezra?" Sabi ko, searching for him.
Pumunta ako sa kusina, finding the presence of the familiar tray and cover with a note. " Breakfast for Noreen. P.S. Nag duty ako, 3 p.m. pa uwian ko" and Two bottles of water ( 1000 ml ) with a note saying "Hydrate" .
"Nag duty sya?" Sabi ko.
Kinuha ko nalang yung water, and I texted him na aalis na ako dahil may meeting pa ako, dumiretso na ako sa guild na walang ligo, laban na to.

Einstein's POV
"Blade" Sabi ni Doc, Inabot ko sa kanya ang blade. Scrub nurse ako ngayon for CS ( cesarean section ) , Cutting time is 10:41 a.m. .
Sabi ko after the baby was out, Inabot ko ang cord clamp and bandage scissor."Needle ready doc" sabi ko, I took out the suture, holding the needle holder on my other hand and the end of the tie on my other hand bago ko iabot sa kanya. "Final count of all needles, sponges and instruments are complete Doc" Sabi ko, as they end the operation.
I discarded all the needles and took care of the sharps to prevent injury and I washed all the instruments.
After ko mag scrub nurse, I also assissted in delivering a baby and lastly, as circulating nurse for ORIF.
I was tired as the day ended, this time di na ako naglakad pauwi, I brought my motorcycle with me cause I expected a very busy and productive duty.
Pagkauwi ko, I boiled my uniform as i rested for a bit and I took a shower. Nakaoff pa pala phone ko and so ,I turned it on as I rested on the sofa.
Kuya Ezraaaaaa~ ....Aalis na po ako, thank you po~ Di ko na po nakain ang breakfast because I'm running late pero, I took one bottle of water~ Thank you, Bye~ ^_^ Text nya saakin.
"Running late?" I wondered. Ang alam ko kasi wala syang klase ngayon.
I also checked other messages, I received 49 missed calls from Balm and 79 messages, it flooded all of a sudden.
"Where are you? Ganyan ka na ba ka hard headed?...Yes balm yes...You insensitive man" As I read the text messages, May isang naligaw na text...It's from my dad. "Balm was expecting you, where are you? It's her 18th birthday" You weren't even there for my birthday. "18th birthday? Sabi nya saakin dinner lang" Sabi ko.

Noreen's POV
Speed. Speed. My heart is thumping, muscles cramping, head throbbing, eyes blurring pero malapit na ako sa guild, Hinahalikan na ng araw ang balat ko at ramdam ko na mamamatay na ako, Pero malapit na ako.
"Ri..." Sabi ko, hinihingal hingal pa. "Shh!" Said the gatekeeper dapat kasi whisper lang. "Ri....zal" I whispered almost breathless, At dahil nandito na ako, Naglakad nalang ako papunta sa last room, where Aries is.
"Andito....na...ako! whoo" Sabi ko.
" You look horrible" Sabi ni Lisa, who was eating a sandwich.
"Pagkain!" Sabi ko, sabay agaw sa pagkain ni Lisa.
" Galing ka ba sa sahara desert? or ginahasa ka?" Tanong ni Lisa. " At amoy beer ka, Saan la galing na babaita ka ha?" She asked.
"Sa bahay" Sabi ko, feeling a little guilt i argued with myself whether ir whether not I should tell the truth.
" You weren't there..." Lisa looking at me suspiciously. "Galing kami doon ni Aries kasi nag aalala kami, you weren't answering our calls" Sabi nya.
"Well, the truth is...Shut up lang kayo, nasaan si Aries?" Sabi ko.
"Sabihin mo muna saakin bago ko sabihin sayo kung nasaan si Aries!" Sabi nya.
"Okay, This is actually good and bad news. Good news is, nalasing ako pero ligtas ako with the companionship of Ezekiel Yang-" Sabi ko.
" OH MY GOD!" Napasigaw sya, I shushed her and went on. "Tapos, I woke up in his room unharmed and untouched which leads to my bad news, na wala ako masusulat sa kanya cause there's nothing bad about him and there's nothing to write so why don't we leave him alone?" Sabi ko.
" He is so...charming" Lisa said with googly eyes. " what is he like ?" Tanong nya.
What is he like? " Mabait, mysterious...Smart, caring and very surprisingly skilled at things like the claw machine, Kinda like a Kuya" Sabi ko.
" More like kinda like a boyfriend to me" She teased me.
" No , How about...no" Sabi ko.
"Hey, ladies!" Sabi ni Aries.
"ARIES!' sabi ko.
" Ikaw ha? Saan ka galing? Bakit mukha kang hinabol? " Tanong nya saakin.
" Si Lisa nalang magkwento sayo, nahihilo na ako, bakit mo nga ulit ako kailangan?" Sabi ko.
" I happen to have a special assignment for you, And as one of the guild leaders I volunteered you as a representative from my team to the battle for the promotion of level 5, It is the very first Inter school Quiz bee competition for the College of Nursing and Health Sciences" Sabi ni Aries.
" You mean? Writing a good article about it will promote me?" Sabi ko.
" Yes, sinasabi ko sayo, This is your moment so don't waste it, the promotion is right at your doorstep" Sabi ni Aries, I was calm at first but then my senses heightened, si Lisa naman sa tabi ko excited at kinikilig tuloy nahawa na ako, we were shrieking and hugging and we stood up jumping, Energy is overflowing in our bodies. "Kaya pumunta ka na kay Shalom at mag register" Sabi ni Aries.

Sa sobrang excited ko nawala na gutom ko napalitan na ng butterflies at grabe na pawis ko, I was smiling like an insane person as I was brisk walking to Shalom's desk. Hindi ko alam anong nararamdaman ko, anxiety, fear, excitement, joy and dread. Either way, I was determined, I am going to get that promotion and nothing's gonna get in my way.
" Registration for the promotion for Level 5" Sabay naming sinabi ng lalake na katabi ko.
Right at that moment, the thumping heart skipped beats, my sweat retreated, My mind was telling my body to glow pero di ko alam kung effective yun pero sana mag cooperate ako. It was a boy, he was wearing spectacles his lips were plump in an adorable way, pag hinawakan ko jawline nya masusugatan ako bes, His eyes were smiling and whisker like dimples appear on his cheeks as he smiled.
" Hi, Level 4 ka din?" He asked, I noddes shyly.
May tinatago pala na ganitong tao sa guild bakit di ko nakikita.
"I'm junior, Junior Valencia " He smiled, offering me a hand to shake.
"Mahal.." Sabi ko, staring deeply into his deep brown sparkly oh so sparkly eyes.
"Mahal?" Sabi nya na parang nagtaka.
" Ahh, Noreen Nightingale Lachica" Sabi ko.
" Ikaw si Eveningale?" He said, Nanlaki ang mga magaganda nyang mata giving me a better view of his beautiful eyes, tuloy nanlaki din mata ko sa kagandahan ng view.
"Yess, That's me" Sabi ko, flipping my hair slightly. Minsan lang to, mag aura din paminsan kahit dugyot na
" Wow, It's so nice to meet you, I'm shakespeare'sKnight...I read your works all the time and I follow your page, wow...do you want to go out sometimes?" Sabi nya.

" So, mag reregister na ba kayo o hindi?" Sabi ni Shalom.

Pagkatapos ko mag register, Nagtambay kami ni Lisa sa lounge, at ako nakatitig kay Junior na nagbabasa ng Libro.
"Lisa, kaya ba lagi ka nagtatambay dito eh kasi may Junior na nilalang pala sa guild, di mo man lang ako ininform" Sabi ko.
" Noreen, Matutunaw na yan sya ha and malay ko ba? You guys are on the same level, you are each other's competition" Sabi nya.
" What competition? Family man tayo dito sa guild and kami, magkakafamily kami. He's such a beautiful specimen" Sabi ko.
He smiled at me between his pages and I died inside.
" Nasabi ko na ba sayo na magdadate kami?" Sabi ko.
" WHAT? you just met the guy and now, you have a date with him" Sabi nya.
Nakalimutan ko pala sabihin sa sobrang lutang ng isip ko.
" Nasabi ko din ba na hindi pa ako naliligo ngayong araw?" Sabi ko.
" Noreen malala ka na, Tara na" Sabi ni Lisa.

Dinala ako ni Lisa sa mall to update my clothes and cosmetics dahil nga, Di na ako nag eeffort ayusin sarili ko, we got our nails done and got our hair treated.
I bought heels and practiced walking in them, and by the end of the day we got a full body massage.
We reached nightime, dates with Lisa is the best second to Kuya N. Dahil parehas kaming baliw at nagkakaintindihan kami.
" I swear Lisa, Mag disco ang puso ko kanina" Sabi ko.

" Ako din naman, He can't take his eyes off you hindi ka pa naliligo nun ahh, ano nalang pag naligo ka na?" Sabi ni Lisa.

" Sino si Junior? " Asked mark who's always outdated because he's not a guilder.
" Junior the love of my life" Sabi ko.
" Tagal tagal na ni Junior sa guild eh di mo napapansin" Sabi ni Aries.
" Di naman kasi ako palatambay doon, I'm more of a field writer diba? sino ba taga bigay saakin ng assignment? Ikaw diba?" Sabi ko.
" Sorry na sorry na" Sabi ni Aries. " Anyways, Kailangan mo na mag forward ng letter sa College dean ng Nursing, Next week na ang Interschool competition kaya we need to prepare, Tsaka ikaw pambato ko kaya galingan natin" Sabi ni Aries.

And so days pass, Nagkakatext kami ni Junior and I was pretty busy kaya di talaga ako makalend ng time para lumabas kasama nya, Malapit na mag finals and I was preparing for my promotion, And nakaformulate na din ako ng letter, allowing me to watch and write about the Interschool competition.
" Good Afternoon po ma'am, I'm Noreen Nightingale Lachica Bachelor of Science in Journalism student po, Ako po nag write ng letter" Sabi ko sa Dean.
" Yes I did read about your letter, I approved it but i was hoping that I can read it before you publish it because I am really concerned about the reputation of the college because we are representing the execellence of our University, we also chose the best students but of course, I can't guarantee that we will win" Sabi nya. " Whatever you write down I hope that it will bring dignity to our school" dagdag nya.
" Yes ma'am, I won't write wrecklessly and I believe that your students are capable of winning" Sabi ko.
" Me too. Your name is Nightingale? Nurse ba parents mo?" She asked.
" My mom was a Nurse" Sabi ko.
" What is her name? " She asked.
" Emmanuela Noreen Buenaventura po" Sabi ko.
" Si NN? Oh, she was my student! I remember her" Sabi nya, She was happy unlike kanina na parang seryoso. "Ikaw na pala anak nya, you grew up well. She would be so proud of you. Keep up the good work palangga, Anak ni NN, you look beautiful ha, parang namumukhaan ko na nga sya sayo" She smiled.
And so, my letter got approved, and I felt happy, happy upon the approval and I remembered my mom, the part na proud sya saakin, I can see her smiling face at me. At, how much I achieved and how hard I work.
" Ano ginagawa mo sa office?" It was Ezra, Nakasalubong ko sya paglabas ko sa Dean's office.
" Very confidential files that I cannot tell you about pero, Magandang bagay" Sabi ko, pasimpleng tinatago ang letter sa bag ako, sabay ngiti sa kanya then he laughed at me.
"Uhuh, Tagal kitang di nakita ahh since the last time...when was it? Ahh! Lasing ka that was two weeks ago" Sabi nya. " Kamusta ka na?" He asked.
" Ay, Wag ka! May manliligaw na ako" Sabi ko, Alam kong medyo makapal mukha ko doon pero yes, I'm proud.
" Haha, Sino naman?" Sabi nya.
" His name is Junior " Sabi ko.
" What is he? 7 years old?" He laughed.
I rolled my eyes at him. " He's 19 and he's gorgeous and smart and he's mine kaya don't me" Sabi ko. " Ikaw? Kamusta ka na? " I asked.
" Pretty busy, Nadagdagan eyebags ko" Sabi nya. " I'm glad you're okay and you look different, good different, dahil ba yan kay Junior?" He asked.
" Pala asar ka din pala? Pero no, it is not because of him ganto talaga ako medyo napabaya lang dahil busy ako pero, I had some free time and woila~" Sabi ko.
" Hmm, That's good" Sabi nya.
We were smiling at each other and we were both probably thinking about what else to say kasi ako di ko na alam upon seeing Balm staring at us like two meters away, she was glaring at me with her beautiful deer like eyes.
" Uhh, anyways kuya kailangan ko na po pala umalis, Guild stuff, Bye" Sabi ko. and I walked away.
" Sure bye" His tone changed upon seeing balm, Nag seryoso sya pero di ko na din napansin masyado nangyare na sunod dahil lumayas na ako.
