~Night...~
Torrie, Skyler and I woke up in the middle of the night. Sneaked out, quietly that a cricket can be heard.
"Hey." I heard a deep voice behind me. Skyler look behind and I can see her calm. Torrie did as well and she looked like she's gonna kill that boy. I look behind and The person I see was Dan.
"You scared us to death!" Torrie shout-Whispered.
"Sorry." He put two of his hands like he surrendered. Skyler laughed a bit.
We exit the common room without the Paintings knowing.
Half way to the stairs, we hear footsteps.
Dang it.
We hid behind what stuff we can find. Skyler hid behind the pillar with me, Dan hid under the seats and Torrie hid in the bathroom. Well, she hid at the bathroom door actually.
I went to see who the prefect was. Turned out to be No one. Except for... Wait. Who is that?
That can't be.
Newt.
"Dan, I can see you." A logical voice appeared. Hugo? HUGO!
"Newt." I whispered. He looked around and saw me.
"Why are you here?" He asked.
"I could ask you the same thing." I told. His face reddened up and I chuckled.
A muffled voice boomed somewhere in the school has been heard. It's the Bloody Baron!
"If you guys think it's the Bloody Baron," Torrie chuckled, "It's Harry."
A hand appeared in the air. Then everything appeared. The Golden trio.
"Apparently, we are in the floor now?" Skyler asked. We all nodded and Dan slapped her head.
"Keep up." Dan whispered to Skyler. Which can be heard by me.
We opened the door and saw Fluffy. He was sleeping?
"Sna- The 'Thief' went into the trapdoor." Harry gulped. Torrie seems to be glaring at him.
"Okay Harry, play the whatever you're holding." Hugo pointed out.
Harry tries to do the trick, but fails. It was so out of tune and extremely loud.
"Um Harry." Hermione gulped.
"What?" He asked.
She pointed at the Dog. It's awoken.
Skyler immediately opened the trap door and Fall down.
Following with Hugo, Torrie, Dan, Newt, Hermione and Ron.
Harry and I weren't sure if it was safe or not.
"Come down, It's a safe landing!" Skyler shouted from below.
Harry and I hold hands and jumped down.
"Now, what is this thing?" Hugo asked.
"Fudging Hell. Um, we can't move." Dan pointed out.
"Why?" I moved. It grabbed my arms and pulled me down.
"It's the Devil's Snare." Hermione pointed out.
"Oh thanks for the name!" Ron screamed.
Dan sank down.
"I'm trying to remember!" Hermione shouted back.
Skyler sank down.
"Don't move a thing!" I screamed.
Hugo sank down.
"Relax guys!" Torrie shouted.
Newt went down.
"The more you struggle the more you die!" Hermione shouted.
"Oh now I can RELAX!" Ron struggled.
Hermione went down.
"HERMIONE!" Harry, Ron and I shouted.
"Guys relax!" A sentence from below boomed.
"Newt! I'm scared!" I screamed.
"Thanks for your feelings!" Ron shouted.
"Just stop moving and relax." Newt said in a calm voice
I trusted his words.
I sank down.
"(Y/N)!!!" Ron shouted.
Harry sank down.
"He's not relaxing is he?" Hermione asked.
Harry shook his head. "What is Devil's Snares scared of?"
"I'll try to remember."
"You know what." Dan interrupted. He took out his wand. "Lumos"
The Devil's Snare stopped at taking Ron and he fell down. Not sank down.
"Lucky we survived." Ron pointed out.
"Lucky Hermione, Newt and Dan pay attention to Herbiology." Harry pointed out.
Ron rubbed the back of his head with embarrassment.
"Actually I studied about them." Newt pointed out.
Harry pretended to not hear him and moved on.
We all moved on to the next room. The next course. The next spell.
"What's this?" Dan asked. The setting of the room. Keys are in the air. A broomstick is near the floor.
"No worries." My voice echoed.
I shouted stop but I couldn't stop time. I guess it was magic proof.
"I couldn't see." Hugo and Torrie stated.
"I couldn't go." Skyler stated.
The others has a confused look. We tried to activate our abilities but we couldn't.
Harry walked to the key hole. "Look for a rusty key. Like That one."
He pointed to a Key that's big and old. "So much for looking." Dan muttered.
"Shush Off." Hugo shushed Dan.
Harry mounted the broom and went off. Hermione tried a couple spells but fails.
"Get 'em Harry!" Skyler cheered.
Harry suffered trying to get the key. which he eventually did.
All the other keys attacked Harry and make some screeching noises. For me of course.
"Hermione..." Dan warned.
"Hermione!" Hugo shouted.
"OPEN THE DOOR!" we all shouted. Excluding Newt.
Hermione hurriedly tried to open the door but failed. We all face palmed.
"Right." we figured out. She can't open the door. She needs the key.
"Throw it!" Hugo shouted at Harry.
"throw what?!" Harry replied back.
"THE KEY!" Torrie shouted.
Harry threw the key to Hermione. She caught it. "Unlock It!" We all screamed, including Newt.
Hermione unlocked the door. Everybody rushed into the next room. Harry flew in while the Keys chased him. Hermione closed the door faster to not let any key in.
Which she succeeded.
"so much for helping me." she muttered.
"Who's good at Wizard chess?" Dan questioned far away from us.
Ron raised his hand. Only Ron.
"What's wrong?" Hugo ran to Dan. He gasped.
We ran to both of them. We were shock(SHOOK!).
A Life-Size Board Of Wizard's Chess is in front of us.
