Winter had descended upon my little home in the woods. The patio was drowned in snow, feeling frigid and unsteady.Wolves came by every day to bring me flowers and the gift of their company. They were the only creatures that I ever saw, including humans. It was a good thing, though. Humans found me strange. Two different colored eyes and threadlike hair tailored a pale lavender did that to you. People took one look at my gold eye and thought I was a saintess. But when they saw the crimson red eye, I was widely recognised as a malevolent demon. I debated covering it up for a long time. Then I realised that people just weren't worth it. They would simply find another fatal flaw to ridicule me for (perhaps the eye simply being covered up). Only the forest understood. Maybe it was because of the animals. Or maybe it was the others that lurked there. Whatever it was, I was glad for it. Maybe life wouldn't be so dark after all.
AAAAAAAAAAAAH my new keyboard is killing me. I still haven't gotten used to it. Also, if anyone wants it, I will post a picture of my pinky nail. I know, scandalous.
