Jungkook's P.O.V
I was walking in the streets with him. My neighbor, my bestfriend and worst of all, my crush. I can't help thinking this is how it ought to be. After walking, he offered to sit on a park bench, then where both ended laughing by his lame jokes.
I sighed.
This ain't easy to hide my feelings anymore, day by day it grows. I thought
Oh, that smile, the smile that can light up this whole town, I haven't seen them in a while since we're rarely seeing other, when you and Jimin are together now.
I know that it's very impossible for us to be together, coz your one of the famous student in the school, and me? I am only a great nerd and just a nobody.
"Kookie... Earth to Kookie... Kookie." I back in my thoughts when he suddenly shakes my shoulder
"U-Uh... Yeah h-hyung?" I asked
"Your spacing out again." He pouted
"Im s-sorry Taetae hyung. So what are you talking by the way?" I asked
"I said, can you come to my game tomorrow? Please Kook, I really want you to come." He pleaded cutely
I groaned. Aish Kim Taehyung don't do that to me. Your be the death of me. I thought
"Okay. Okay. Just don't use that tone to me hyung." I rolled my eyes
"Aww~ I knew that you can't resist me Kookie-ah." He wiggled his eyebrows
"But, what about your boyfriend?" I suddenly asked
"We're over Kook. I see him cheated on me with that Yoongi guy." I see him clenched hus fist
"Im sorry to hear that hyung."
A little smile crept on my face. I don't care if I sound selfish, but that's what I feel.

It was the day of the game. I am sitting in the bleachers with Hoseok hyung and Jin hyung. The court was full of screams and cheer by almost from the girls.
"KIM TAEHYUNG! KIM TAEHYUNG! KIM TAEHYUNG!" The girls shouted, cheering for my bestfriend
Exactly, he is the star player of our school and he has a large amount of fangirls and fanboys.
"Go go go Joonie babe!" Jin hyung yelled at his boyfriend
I sighed. I really envy their relationship. I wish Tae and I would be like that too.

The game ended and Taehyung's team won. They walk up to us and I congratulated them.
We were walking back home. Taehyung suddenly stop from his track and I also stop and look at him.
"Do you have a date to prom Kookie?" He suddenly ask
"I-I don't think that I can come hyung." I said
"But why?"
"You know that Im shy when there's many people around right? And also, I don't think that this nerd will suit for that kind of parties." I faked a smile
"But, I want you to come." He whined

Prom night...
I am here at my room contemplating whether I shall go to the prom or not. I groaned, messing my hair in frustration.
I then look outside the window to see Taehyung hyung getting ready for prom. He then look at me at the window and wave hi to me.
He then signal me to wait for I think his looking for something.
A marker and a paper? For what? I thought
"Are you really not coming to prom?" He wrote and show it to me
I then look for a paper and pen to reply.
"Nope... I guess." I wrote
"I wish you were there." He reply and pouts
He then waved goodbye to me for he was going now.
I sighed for the nth time today. I got interrupted by the loud knocking in my room I opened it to reveal Hoseok, Jin and Namjoon hyung standing there.
"Why are you here guys? Aren't you going to prom?" I asked
"No time to explain Jungkook" Jin hyung shoved me out of the way
"Lets start OPERATION MAKE OVER." Hoseok hyung shouted and grab me the by wrist and he forcefully sit me.in the edge of my bed.
"W-What are doing gu-" I got cut off by Namjoon hyung who took off my glasses

We arrived at the prom venue after the so called operation make over. They force me to attend so that I can confess my feelings to Taehyung. Yes, they know that I have a crush on my bestfriend and they support me and even my parents, I remember them saying a while ago, Don't come back here when your not together, Son. I just laughed at them. But here it is.
As Im walking around the entrance, almost of the people stare at me. I then heard whispers from here and there.
"Is that Jungkook?"
"Wow! He looks awesome."
"I didn't know that he's gonna be this handsome without his glasses."
I just smile at the same time shy from their comments. I then saw someone familiar walking towards me. Kim Taehyung.
"Hi Jungkook." He greeted
"H-Hello Taehyung hyung." I greeted back
"You look beautiful."
"T-Thank you." I said shyly looking to the ground
"Kookie-ah, can I tell you something?"
"W-Whats that hyung?"
He then suddenly grab my hands and intertwine with him.
"Jungkook, we were friends since our diaper days. I am your hyung that will protect you from the whoever bullied you. And tou are my dongsaeng whom I can resist of because of your damn cuteness. We are also partners in crime for every stupid things we do. And also, your the only one I can lean on everytime I have problems. And everyday I have been grown to develop a feelings towards you. I like you Jungkook, scratch that I love you. Will you be my boyfriend?" He confessed
"Yes. I will Taehyung." I cried
He then hug me and whisper something in my ear.
"I already know from the start that we will be together Kook. I belong to you and You belong with me."
He pulled away and leans in to kiss me.
