Manik was crying silently hugging his mom. His mom also hug him back.
Manik's mom:- Manu beta. Kya huya tujhe? Jane ke time tho kitna Kush tha. Ab yese mayus kyu hai? ( Manu child. What happened to you? While going you are so happy. Why are you sad now?)
Manik quickly wiped his tears and broke the hug.
Manik:- Woh Mom I was missing you so much na. Kitne din baad apko dakha tho emotional ho gaya tha. ( Mom I was missing you so much. After so long I saw you so I got emotional.)
Manik's Mom:- Aww. Mera beta!! ( Aww.. My Child!!)
Manik:- Mom please ab yeh aww aww mat suru karna. Mujhe bohot vuk lagi he please ap khana tayar karo mai fresh hoke ata hu. ( Mom now don't start aww aww thing. I am very much hungry please arrange my food.)
Manik's Mom:- Tik hai. (OK)
Manik left from there. Manik's Mom was little confused seeing Manik's behavior. But she don't let the thought overpower her. She left it saying she may be over thinking.
Manik entered in his room. He throw himself on the bed. He was thinking something. Then he took out his phone and dial someone's number.
Manik:- Hello Roy.
Roy:- Hello sir. Apna mujhe call kiya? Koi jaruri kam? ( You called me?
Anything important?)
Manik:- Yes. I'm giving you a number. Yeh number kiska hai woh pata lagao. Or jiska bhi hai mujhe uska puri history chahiye. ( who's number is this find it. And whom number is this bring his history)
Roy:- OK sir. Ho jaye ga. ( OK sir. It will be done)
Manik:- Tik hai I'm sending you now. Or mujhe 2 ghante mai chahiye. ( OK I am sending you now. And I want in 2 hours)
Roy:- Tik hai sir ho jaye ga. ( OK sir it will be done)
Manik:- Hmm.
Then Manik hung up the phone and send Roy the number. Manik then went to washroom fresh up and went downstairs.
Manik's outfit
Manik sat on the dining table. Manik's mom served him the food. He was eating.
Manik:- Really Mom I missed your food.
Manik's Mom:- Ha ha mujhe pata hai tune kitna miss kiye. Purane dosto ke sat mil kya liya ghar ko tho ap vul hi gaye. ( Yes yes I know that how much you miss. You just meet your old friends and forget about home.)
Manik:- Mom yehsa nahi hai. ( Mom it's not like that)
Manik's Mom:- Acha tho kesa hai. Yeah pir tune mere liye bahu dund Liya. ( Then what was that. Or you found daughter in law for me.)
Listening bahu (daughter in law) word Manik thought about Nandini and blushed. Manik's Mom notice this.
Manik's Mom:- Ek minute ek minute you are blushing I mean mera beta blush bhi karta hai yeh tho mujhe nahi pata tha. Kon he woh ladki? ( one minute one minute you are blushing I mean my son can blush also I do not know that. Who is that girl?)
Manik control his feelings and make a innocent face.
Manik:- Kon ladki Mom? ( What girl Mom?)
Manik's Mom:- Acha bachu mujse cupa raha hai. Jaldi bata kon hai woh? ( You are hiding from me. Tell me quickly who is she?)
Manik:- Koi nahi hai. ( No one)
Manik's Mom:- Manu apni Mom se jut bole ga. ( Manu you will lie to your mom)
Manik:- Mom mai jut nahi bol raha hu. Acha mai chalta hu Cabir ke ghar jana hai. ( Mo I am not lying. OK I am going I have to go to Cabir's house.)
Manik's Mom:- Manu abhi abhi tho aya hai. ( Manu you just came)
Manik:- It's urgent Mom. Bye love you.
Manik left from there with his car to Cabir's house.
Manik's Mom:- Kuch tho chupa raha hai yeh mujse. Par kya? ( He is hiding something from me. But what?)
On the other hand Nandini was having lunch with her family.
Nandini's Dad:- Tho princess kesa raha tumhara college reunion? ( So Princess how was your college reunion?)
Listening this Nandini remembered about Manik. But she composed herself.
Nandini (fake excitement):- It was great Dad. I meet many old friend. Refresh some old memories (in mind) and old pain.
Nandini's Dad:- Good to hear that.
Nandini:- Mom bhaiya kaha hai? Woh abhi tak nahi aye Landon se? ( Mom where is brother? He didn't came yet from London?)
Suddenly they hear a voice from behind.
Voice:- Kisi ne mujhe yaad kiya. ( Someone talk about me)
Nandini turn back.
Nandini (shout):- Bhaiya!!! (brother)
And she run towards the person and hug him. The person also hug her back. Then they broke the hug.
Nandini:- I missed you so much.
Bhaiya:- I missed you too.
Nandini:- Mai apse naraj hu. ( I am angry with you)
Bhaiya:- Aree kyu bhai humne kya kiya? ( But what have I done?)
Nandini:- Ap India aye or humme bataya bhi nahi. ( You came to India but didn't tell me)
Bhaiya:- Aree mai jab aya tho mai ne socha why not surprise you. Par yeha ane ke baad mai kudhi surprise ho gaya ki madam trip par gayi hai. Then I tried to call you par apka phone tho laghi nahi raha tha. ( when I came I thought why not surprise you. But after coming here I got surprised that you went to trip. Then I tried to call you but your phone was unavailable.)
Nandini:- Oh yesi bat hai. ( oh like that)
Bhaiya:- Yes madam.
That time Nandini's mom shout at them.
Nandini's Mom:- Nandu Arya tum logo sirf bate hi karoge? Kanna tanda ho raha hai. ( Nandu Arya will you guys only talk? Food is getting cold.)
Aryaman Murty
The second son of Murty's. Nandini's second brother. A very rude and egoistic person for outsiders. But very sweet person for his family and friend specially for his sister. Love her more then anything very possessive towards her. Work with his Dad in Murty industry.
Arya:- Jaldi chal nahi tho valcano start ho jaye gi. ( Let's go quickly otherwise valcano will start.)
Nandini's Mom:- Suna maine. ( I heard that.)
Arya:- Sorry.
Then they sat on their chair.
Arya:- Nandu tune abhi mujhe nahi bataya apne trip ke bare mai. ( Nandu you didn't told me about your trip.)
Nandini was going to say something but Nandini's mom stop them.
Nandini's mom:- No talking now.
Nandini:- OK.
Nandini's Dad:- Acha Arya woh singhaniya ki... ( Arya that singhaniya....)
He was going to completed his talk but Nandini's mother glanced at him and he immediately stop talking. Arya and Nandini was silently laughing seeing their dad afraid of their mom.
After finishing the lunch. Nandini Arya went to Nandini's room for some brother sister moment. On the other hand Manik was in Cabir's house Dhruv was also there.
Dhruv:- Manik tu sure hai iss number se kuch bhi pata chale ga? ( Manik are you sure we will get to know something from this number?)
Manik:- I'm 100% sure.
Dhruv:- Par mujhe doubt ho raha hai. ( But I am a doubt.)
Cabir slapped his head.
Cabir:- Chup bey negative bate mat kiya kar. Positive soch positive hi goga. ( Shut up don't talk negative. Think positive positive will happen.)
Dhruv:- OK.
Suddenly Manik stood up.
Manik:- Seriously yaar mujhe bohot tension ho raha hai . Agar Sach mai yeh number se Kuch na huya tho?( seriously I am getting tensed. What if we found nothing from this number?)
Cabir:- Are yaar ek ko chup karyah yah tho dusra bhi suru ho gaya. Manik tu chup chap bat ja. ( Just silent one and other started. Manik sit quietly.)
Manik sat on the couch. Cabir though to distract them.
Cabir:- Vese Dhruv tere or Aliya ke bichmai kya chal raha hai? ( Dhruv what is happening between you and Alia?)
Dhruv immediately look at Dhruv. Manik look at Dhruv.
Dhruv (stemming):- Ku..u..ss... Bhi....th...oo.. Na..hi.. ( No.... T.... Th... In... Ing... gg..)
Cabir:- Acha tho tu itna stammering kyu kar rahi hai? ( OK then why are you stammering so much.)
Dhruv:- Koi nahi tho. ( I am not.)
Manik was going to say something. But his phone rang. Dhruv was like got saved. Cabir gave him a look how long you will got saved. Manik picked up the phone.
Manik:- Hello Roy.
Then Roy said something to him. Manik was totally shocked after listening him.
