It is still understandable if it was Prince Palleo himself who learned all this, as his awakening could be the excuse. But Princess Phicia? It was really questionable. His Majesty, the Emperor, said that Princess Phicia has taken after her Highness Meartle, and she could at most reach the rank of Grandmaster Magician.
The other explanation could only be that, in desperation the Ex Notorio has used a forbidden spell on her highness, Princess Phicia.
The Ex Notorio are known for their great knowledge regarding Magics, not only are they hardworking on polishing their skills, they even have vast amount of knowledge about complicated magic circles...
Back then, not everyone in the Ex Notorio could reach the Grand Magician Level, and in order for them to prevent on losing any more face, the previous Head of the family took grand measures, and had everyone who failed to reach the rank of Grand Magician study the arts of Alchemy, Summoning arts, and Remnants of the Ancient Language.

I stared at the perhaps assassin in front of me.
He also looked back at me.
The other two perhaps assassin also revealed themselves but instead of finishing us, the two assassin angrily stomped at Fang Liu.
"Fucking Lolicon!"
"Dirty retailer! What were you planning on doing to our little masters?!?!"
The two thrashed Fang Liu, while the first one to appear, coldly watched them thrash Fang Liu around.
'Huh? Fang Liu.... Is Lolicon? Dude, isn't it because he was doubtful at us twins? That much is obvious...'
After thrashing Fang Liu for a long time, silence reigned over the room.
The two silently stood behind the one who knocked out Fang Liu, like lackeys.

'They look exactly like Meartle when she was a child, except from those red blood eyes... The proof that the blood of the Re Moztier is flowing within their veins.'
She looked back at me, and I looked back at her, her bloody eyes seemed to emit bloodthirst.
Which I think is impossible, afterall, what could a 3 years old kid, hold against to a stranger?
"Whooo are you people?" The melodious boy of the other one, broke my train of thought.
I looked at the other one, exactly the same, it's as if they were peas in pods. The two introduced themselves, as it was my turn I also introduced myself.
Her eyes contracted and she suddenly disappeared.

Assassin skills! This... How is this possible!? I foolishly watched my grandchild pick up her twin and shout. It was as if lightning struck me, how could this be?! Didn't Meartle say that this one is a Magician while her twin is the Chosen one?!
Light emitted from her forehead and the Qi suddenly went rampart, I managed to block the berserk Qi but the two behind me were caught off guard, the Qi damaged their internal organs and they coughed a mouthful of blood.
My face was full of disbelief.
'My wife needs know this.'
