YOUR POV: a couple weeks ago he retrieved my art book from my locker.
Trevor: You know I wasn't ignoring y'all this weekend right. (looking back between you and Amber) I lost my phone at your aunt's house.
You: (look down)
Amber: Really? I'll call and ask.
You: then why didn't you just drive and ask amber?
Amber: (looks at you)
Trevor: (takes a deep breathe then look at you) because my dad found out I was drinking and grounded me for the weekend.
Amber: How do you two get caught (laughs)
Trevor: I was actually perfectly fine. I drove home, walked in the house. Your boyfriend was the one who needed help up the stairs Dad just smelled it on my breath.and busted me the next morning.
Amber: I thought you said Trevor was drunk. (looking at you)
You: (straighten up) oh I thought he was.
Trevor: (looks at you)
Amber: (looks at her phone) we better hurry.
You: Go ahead I gotta stop by the art room.
Amber: hurryy (walks away) only 6 more months.
You: (laugh and swap books out of your book bag)
Trevor: (leans on the locker next to yours)
You: (drop a book trying to put it in your bag)

Trevor:(looking at you) are we going to talk about what happened or just...act like it didn't.

You: Tre..(look around then at him)

The bell rings
You: (take your seat next to Amber)

Teacher: okay, since the bell has rung. let's start...pop quiz
You: (look at Amber)

After School
You: (walking through the parking lot with Amber)
Trevor: (pulls up) Did you ask your aunt?
Amber: She said she'll bring it by this evening.
Trevor: cool. I'll be over there to pick it up.
You: (look in the car) what are y'all up to?
CJ: I'm about to drop a track with Trev.
Zay: one to win my baby back.
Amber: Boy sit down.
You: (laugh)
Trevor: y'all need a ride?
You: nope...Your girl is whipping today.
Trevor: (raises his eyebrow)
CJ: (looks back at Zay)

Amber: exactly they so childish.
Trevor: (laughs) I'll be by in a couple of hours, (pulls off)
-Your House 3 hours later-
You: (laughing) Drew I never ate worms.
Jordan: yes she did.
Megan: (laughing)
Larry: (walks in the house) Hey guys.
Megan: dadddy.(runs up and hug him)
Drew and Jordan: Hey.
You: (roll your eyes a little)
Larry: Thanks for meeting megan Jordan. I had to stay a little late.
Jordan: I wasn't busy or anything.
-someone knocks on the door-
Larry: (opens it) Hey Trevor.
Trevor: How you doing?
You: (look back)

You: (stand up) sure.

Trevor: yeah. those matches against y'all older guys paid off. You got to see the new skills before yo go backthough. (gives him his phone back)
You: (walk to the door)
Jordan: (looks at you ) look at her. I'm about to let you and Trevor talk. (shakes Trevor's hand again) I'm watching you now.
Trevor: hey. (holds up his hand)
Jordan: (sits back down)
You: (walk outside and close the door)
Trevor: I didn't know he was back.
You: yeah he came back saturday.
Trevor: Can we walk a few blocks and talk?
You: (nod)
Trevor: (starts walking)
You: the other way.
Trevor: okay. (walks the opposite way)
You: (walk with him)

You: I had like one or two cups.
Trevor: Plus the water bottle the drive to the party
You: (look at him) how'd you know?
Trevor: I smelled it.
You: ewww you put your nose over something I was drinking. (laughing and bumps into him)
Trevor: (nods) I had a cold too. (laughs)
You: you're disgusting.
Trevor: (laughs) but was it drunk smashing?
You: (look down at your feet)
Trevor: I won't feel comfortable if it was. With it being your first time and all.
You: I..I was a little drunk. but it wasn't my first time. I lied. So you can stop saying that.
Trevor: really? I knew that was too good to be true
You: can we stop talking about it.
Trevor: right. You boyfriend. What did he say?
You: I'm getting cold. I'm going b..
Trevor: (takes off his jacket and give it to you)
You: (looking at it)
Trevor: (laughs) okay. (Gets it back and puts it around you)
You: (hold your breath for a while)
Trevor: there. Now stop complaining. I know you don't want to talk about it. But you got me confused. We did it. But you don't want to get together.
You: (looking down)
Trevor: why?
You: (look at him) you want to know why I had sex with you?
Trevor: (nods)
You:...because I missed Ray.
Trevor: so I was backup?
You: if you want to call it that. (Starts walking back home)
Trevor: (chuckles) so it's like that?
You:(laugh shaking you head)
Trevor: (catches up to you) give me my jacket back.(pulls it)
You:(turn around and pull back) nooooo. (Laughing)
Trevor: this is why you can't let girls wear your stuff.
You: you should've known. (Stops at his car parked on the side of the road)
Trevor: I don't know how I'm going to manage to be around you as a friend.
You: (look away) Really Trevor. Nothing else can happen between us. I love Ray. And you're one of my best friends. (Looks at Trevor) And if one more thing even looks like it's about to happen Im going to have to just stop this entire friendship.
Trevor: (looking at you)
You: I'm serious Trev.
Trevor: (nods) I understand.
You: (look off)
Trevor: (opens his arms) can I have a hug?
You: (look at him for a while then hug him)
Trevor: (rubs your back)
You: (starring over his shoulder)
Trevor: (lets you go) Well this is goodbyes.
You: see you in the morning big head.
Trevor: I want my jacket too.
You: I'll see. (Walk in the house)
Trevor: (watching you go in then get in the car)
