Bad ass Prince Sebastian, my mate Bri purred as we all got in
I wrapped my arms around him letting my scent encase him and calm him down.
"Thank you" I whispered looking up at him once he was calm
"I got you babe I shouldn't have even allowed those words to leave their mouthes"
"Seb it's alright it's their opinions we can't change them" I said calmly
The limo slowed and I looked out the window to see the new section of our neighborhood. It was transformed into a town with its own shops and stores with people milling about.
As we drove further in I saw a huge mansion planted at the top of a large hill.
"What's that?" I asked
"That's the pack house its were the unmated wolves over 18 live if they choose to, along with the Alpha family" Sebastian said
As we drove my face was practically pressed up against the glass as I saw everyone running towards the big house alongside the limo. In the distance I could see regular sized houses and a vast forrest stretching out in the distance
"Very nice" one of the Alphas said as they all looked just as fascinated as I'm guessing I did.
"Sebastian exactly how many people are in your pack?" I asked
"Our pack has around 600 people" he said
I must have visibly paled because he quickly took me back in his arms "They already love you, you have nothing to worry about" he said as the limo stopped
A large group had accumulated in front of the pack house eagerly waiting. Sebastian got out first holding his hand out for me.
I took a deep breath before taking it and stepping out of the car.
Everyone fell deathly silent and my eyes widened as I looked at Sebastian. Everyone erupted into cheers and screams all at once shocking me to my core.
"Holy fuck this is scary" I whispered
Sebastian smiled leading me to the side as the rest of the Alphas and Luna's piled out.
We all walked in the house and I looked around trying to take in everything while still managing to speak to all the people saying hello to me.
"You can look around later" Sebastian said laughing
We went through the house to the backyard where a huge party was in full swing. There was an abundance of food drinks and people all talking dancing and laughing. There was a DJ off to the side dancing while he spun the music.
We went straight to a raised platform where we were both handed microphones. Looking out the the crowd all the smiling faces we're looking at me. I did my best to remain calm using Sebastian's hand in mine as something to focus on as I looked at all the people.
"Hello pack members remember me? Your Alpha? I still exist too" Sebastian joked realizing no one was paying attention to him
I laughed and brought my microphone to my mouth "Oh I forgot you were there my bad" I said
He feigned hurt making the crowd laugh.
"Anyway after the many requests to see her in person, I now introduce Princess Luna Amberlyn Rosemarie Casanova" he said
The crowd erupted in deafening cheers as I smiled.
"Also known as Amber" I said making them laugh again
"Yeah, yeah enjoy the party everyone!" Sebastian said cuing the music to start back up.
We got down off the stage and I was wrapped into 2 skinny arms.
"Oh my gosh you're here! I've been dying to meet you" the little girl said excitedly
I looked down and saw a beautiful little girl who looked to be around the age of 3.
"Hey nice to meet you what's your name?" I asked
"Taniah" she said smiling and showcasing the cutest dimples I've ever seen.
"Niah what are you doing out here?" Sebastian asked her sternly trying to pull her off my legs
"I wanted to meet the Princess" she said with tears forming in her eyes
"Sebastian apologize!" I said picking her up and holding her close, suddenly protective over this little girl
"I'm sorry beautiful you know I just don't want you hurt there's a lot of people out here" he said kissing the girls cheek
"It's ok buba" he said wiping her tears
When Sebastian saw my confused expression he explained "Amber meet my uh little sister Taniah, Niah meet Amber" he said
"You've had a cute little sister this whole time and I'm just now meeting her?" I asked him
He nodded sheepishly "sorry?" He said
"Shame shame" Taniah said giggling
"You want to hang with me?" I asked her
She nodded and gave me a high 5. I turned away from Sebastian pretending to be mad at him and he laughed.
Taniah and I walked around hand in hand meeting people. She told me everyone's names as we met and introduced me as her new big sister.
Everyone was even more welcoming that at the castle which surprised me and there was much more of a sense of family in the atmosphere. Everyone looked out for each other and divided the jobs amongst themselves all working together.
I had hugged more people than I could count and shook more hands than I care to think about germ wise. The Alphas and Luna's blended well with the pack members having a lot of fun from the looks of it.
Before I knew it the sun was beginning to set and there were still a bunch of people here.
Sebastian came and got Taniah and I and we went back to the stage. He motioned for the Alphas and Luna's to come up and announced they were leaving to go back to their packs. I hugged them all and they gave me quick advise on places I should visit around the pack to meet the most people and how to build a strong relationship with the pack.
We walked them out to the front of the house where 9 SUV's were running.
Each couple got into one waving as they pulled off.
"Amber?" Taniah asked
"Yes?" I said giving her my attention
"Buba says I'm a princess is it true?" She asked
Sebastian blushed and I smiled "of course you are we are sisters after all, so if I'm a princess so are you" I said
She smiled happily hugging me tightly "your the bestest sister in the whole world" she said
"So are you" I said
"Alright it's getting late someone needs to get to bed" Sebastian said
Taniah stuck her bottom lip out pouting "no not yet!" She said trying to hide from Sebastian behind my legs
"He's right Taniah if you don't go to sleep you'll be too tired to play tomorrow" I said bending down to her height
"Alright" she said hugging me
"Good night" she said as a woman appeared taking the little girl's hand and smiling warmly at me
"Good night" I said
Sebastian wrapped his arms around me from behind as we looked at the crescent moon shining brightly in the sky and reflecting off my bracelet.
"Come on let's get inside" he said
He lead me to the top floor which was empty we passed a pink and blue decorated door that said Taniah on it and went into the room on the end of the hall.
Inside was a beautifully decorated master bedroom with a 4 post bed against a wall a flat screen on the wall across from it, a sitting area with a couch and chairs, a large walk in closet, and an intricate expensive looking bathroom.
I looked around with my mouth agape at how beautiful the whole room was.
"I take it you like?" Sebastian asked
"Love" I whispered
He laughed leading me to the bathroom. "Take a shower and I'll leave your pajamas on the bed. I'll be back in a bit I have a meeting with my higher ranked officials to update me on everything since I've been gone." He said
I nodded with a smile and closed the door behind me. I took off my clothes taking my time to relax and wash my body and hair before shaving.
After I was done I got out and put lotion on before wrapping a robe around me and opening the door.
I found a man trashing the room seemingly looking for something. My hand flew out and a blue bubble trapped him. He looked at me in surprise as my heart began beating a mile a minute.
"Luna, or is it princess?" he said his voice sounding muffled from the bubble
He tried to break out of it but it didn't budge.
I scrambled over to the bed where my phone was laying thrown out of my purse by him.
I dialed Sebastian's number quickly and it went to voicemail.
"Who are you?" I asked moving to the other side of the room not taking my eyes off of him
"Oh I'm just a guy" he said
The look he was giving me was beginning to creep me out so I grabbed my pajamas Sebastian had set out and went into the bathroom changing into them before coming back.
The man was right where I left him and I put my robe back on before walking to the door.
"You leaving me here?" He asked
"Not a chance" I said using my hand to guide him out of the room
I followed Sebastian's scent down to the 2nd floor and to 2 large doors.
I knocked and heard his voice say come in.
"Oh taking me to your mate huh?" He asked
"Would you shut up?" I asked opening the door
I walked in seeing several men in suits and blushed slightly due to the fact I was in my robe.
"Amber what do you need?" Sebastian asked
"Doll face you left me out here!" The man yelled
"I uh found this man tearing apart the room" I said using my hand to bring him in
Everyone stood alarmed when they saw the large man trapped in a bubble.
"How-" one of the men went to asked
"Amber release him please" Sebastian said walking over to me
I dropped my hand and the bubble disappeared dropping him to the ground.
As he stood up. Sebastian punched him in the jaw knocking him out.
"Yeah I'm just gonna go.." I said making a break for it
"Wait babe you said he was where?" Sebastian asked
"In the bedroom" I said
He took a sharp breath "Baby I need you to go and get Taniah and take her to the basement your the only one I trust with her" he said
I nodded noting how serious he was. He turned to the other men. "Put the pack on lockdown" he said they ran out the room only stopping to pick the guy up off the floor and take him with them.
I took that as my cue and ran back up to the 6th floor opening Taniah's door.
A man was standing over her bed with something in his hand and jumped when he saw me. I trapped him in a bubble and grabbed Taniah who was crying. Placing her on my hip I used my other hand to guide the man down stairs. I saw 2 of the guys from the office and stopped them.
"He was trying to get Taniah" I said releasing him
They got a murderous look in their eyes when they saw Taniah crying and knocked the man out roughly carrying him away.
"Amber what's happening?" Taniah asked
"Bad men got in the house, it's ok I got you" I said running towards a door that looked to lead to a basement. Once I was down there I saw complete chaos. Children were crying, mothers were scrambling to make sure everyone was here, men were yelling.
"HEY!" I yelled covering Taniah's ears
Everyone stopped and looked at me.
"I know everyone is scared and worried right now but running around and continuing on like this is not going to help" I said
Everyone settled down and gave me their attention.
I took a breath realizing I'm in charge for the first time.
