the first time i laid eyes on you, i knew you were the most gorgeous girl i had ever met. you had the cutest brown eyes, and you always complained about how plain they were. but to me they were the most gorgeous, intricate eyes ever.
i often found myself getting lost in them.
and so when you said that you were getting coloured contacts that were blue, i was petrified. i thought that i would never seen those gorgeous browns ever again. but then, when you did get them and got the allergic reaction to them - no matter how sadistic is sounds - i was happy.
the eye doctor said you shouldn't wear them. i still remember how you cried for hours about your ugly eyes. i comforted you though, and those eyes were still gorgeous and brown.
remember the day i asked you to be my girlfriend? yeah, you were so shocked you fell into the lake. thankfully it wasn't too deep and you knew how to swim.
when you finally came out, wiping your eyes since the dirty water had gotten in them, you said yes. but i wasn't even paying attention to your words since your eyes were the only thing i could see.
a month later, when you had stayed over at mine's for a date night, and the movie had ended. you were laying beside me, and your eyes were wide opened, staring at me. you were mumbling about your favourite part of the movie.
