Chapter 26
Jake POV
I couldn't believe I was going on a date with Ally Monroe someone I thought I would never date. But look at her she's beautiful, intelligent, clever and mine. As I watch her wiggle around in her seat, dancing to the music I couldn't help but smile she loved music and I just can't wait to see what's gonna happen later in the evening. We were very close to our destination, I took the long way 'cause I wanted her to feel like we were going somewhere special... which we are.
I pulled up into our schools parking lot and saw her face turned into confusion. "Come on no time to look confused" I said getting out of the car and opening the door for her putting my arm around her. I pulled out a basket and a box of special things we were gonna use.
Ally POV
As we pulled up into the schools parking lot, I was confused why were we at school? Jake stopped the car and opened the door for me. As he put his arm around me he pulled out a basket and a box I was curious on what was in that box. "Are we suppose to be here" he turned towards me and looked down "yeah it's fine I talked to the principal" I looked up at him shocked. "What?" he chuckled at my expression I closed my opened mouth and blushed "well the week we had a moment or that week I came to my realization that I want you, and only you" he said smiling down at me.
My insides started to flutter at those beautiful words he spoke "and I only want you" I said standing on my tippy toes for a kiss holding on his arm he set the things he had in his hands and cupped my face pulling me up so he could kiss my puckered lips.
He slowly pulled back my eyes still closed loving this moment until he interrupted it "come on Ally let's go" he led me to the place I practiced for the talent show hmm I wonder how he knew that, or did he just pick a random place then I looked up...
In front of me was a piano and a guitar with a blanket and 3 of my favourite flowers: Tulips, Roses, and daises. "Wow" on the trees were bright red lanterns everything tied in so beautifully, it was gorgeous. I looked down to see Jake laying out food from the basket and taking out a stereo from the box as well as small scented candles.
He picked up the guitar and sat cross legged as I still stood awestruck by this beautiful sight, it was all too much to take in. Then I heard him strum the guitar. And started singing??

I gasped as he finished strumming the guitar and singing he had just sang 'I was a fool' The song that I was gonna play for the talent how, the song I had sang to the people that were gonna sing in the talent show, the song that described how I felt when Jake broke my heart without noticing, thats same song described everything.
I stood still my mouth in a shape of an 'o' "so" he turned on the stereo and took a seat and played the melody the perfect and amazing flowing notes to Little Things. I listened to him carefully as he sang each word that oh so described me.

He got up from the piano and walked over to me I quickly wiped away the tears that were freely falling from my eyes. "Ally" he titled my chin up so I was looking him into his twinkling blue eyes. "Ally Fiona Monroe you are beautiful just the way you are the way you flip your hair the way your smile makes the whole world stop and turn around all these little things just overwhelm me and makes me like you even more cause I would kiss you, touch you and treat you the way you are" I smiled at how he mixed in Bruno Mars Just the Way you are and a bit of I would and little things by one direction it was cute and orginial. He picked up my hands and started singing right in front of me:

"Cause I'm yours" he stretched out the 'I'm yours' "all yours Ally," he leaned down and cupped my cheeks kissing me passionately. Our lips moving so quickly and so perfectly I was speechless but my lips did all the work and I was loving every second of it.
We pulled back grinning and breathing heavily I pecked his lips and ran my hand through his soft brown hair "Ally Monroe" he laughed "I just can't stop saying your name "I remember when I bumped into me and you used your nickname, Layla, beautiful as well just like you, like a beautiful Lilac" he pulled a strand of my red hair behind me ear he smiled widely "I know that I asked you this before but we haven't had our first date so I'm asking you properly now" I laughed he chuckled and grabbed my hands and swung them "will you Ally Monroe take me Jake Carlo to be your Boyfriend" I laughed again "yes, yes I will" I pulled him close and hugged him.
We pulled back "come let's eat I'm starved" he said winking I roll my eyes and punched him in the arm "yes come on lover boy." "Well madame today we have lasagne, Teriyaki Chicken, with corn on the side and steamed vegetables and rice and peas" he licked his lips I giggled and crossed my legs. "This looks delicious did your mom cook it" "yeah with my help of course I did the rice and peas and the baked Teriyaki chicken and my mom did the rest oh and sparkling water, non-alcoholic of course my mom would kill me if she let me drink and drive" he rolled his eyes "well duh who would want their son to drive to drink and drive and kill themselves, stupid" I scolded with my hands on my hips "okay mother" he joked I smirked "Nope girlfriend" I leaned forward and pecked him on the lips he smiled and tried to pull me back but I escaped and picked up one of the chicken and popped it in my mouth. "Hey no fair" he pouted I roll my eyes and uncovered my plate.
"So how did you learn how to sing and play guitar and the piano!" I asked totally surprised, stuffing a spoonful of rice in my mouth I moaned in delight "yum" he laughed wiping my mouth. "Well I started singing when I was 3 haven't sang since 13 um played guitar when I was 14 and piano if your wondering 2 and a half years ago" "Wow that's great you're very talented, anything else I should know" I asked wiggling my eyebrows.
He shook his head "um I can play the banjo since last year when I went to Texas haha to visit my Aunt, I know how to play the violin but that was when I was 10, my mom still kept pictures of my talent shows and recitals and stuff like that we even have a lot of videos of me growing up step by step even when I got drunk" he laughed I smiled as he had this dazed look "I can play the drums too love it I have a drum set in the garage and played the flute and clarinet when I was younger and I play lots of sports" he said taking a sip of his drink.
"Wow you have an amazing life" I chuckled cutting my chicken and taking in the tenderness and warmth "not really but it's okay what about you your life" I shrugged "well as you know I was mute all my life basically for 12 years, I told you already that my brother died and all" I looked down at my food and stopped eating wiping my mouth. "I do have an older brother I'm the youngest, my older brother the oldest, Dylan, he's in Uni now but he's amazing" I said grinning remembering the times before he left then I frowned. "Haven't seen him in 3 years" I tapped my glass with my fingertips then I felt a tear slide down my cheek I quickly wiped it away and looked up.
Jake was already beside me hugging me "I remember" he whispered stroking my hair "it's okay you don't have to talk about it" he looked at me and kissed my forehead "come on let's finish my mom would die if she saw we didn't finish everything" he joked I laughed and wiped my face I nodded and smiled weakly.
"Okay and now for the finale" he said standing up he took out his phone and started typing away. I put away the dishes and the bottle and sit waiting. "Okay Ally ready" he asked laying beside me "aye aye captain" I saluted he laughed I smiled down at him and lay back beside him. "Look" he said up in the sky were fireworks blasting through the night sky. "Wow" "and look he said pointing" there in the sky was our names 'Ally + Jake = <3' "aww" I cooed snuggling to Jake's side "wait there's more" I looked back up and saw a girl and boy hugging and then another picture of a girl and boy with their hands together their eyes with hearts in them.
As there was another crackle of fireworks which was heart I looked over to Jake and got on top of him hugging him. "I love it" "really you don't think it's cheesy" he said blushing I touched his cheeks and grinned "of course not... maybe a little" he pouted and rolled us over so he was now on top. "Take that back" "never!" I yelled "the tickle monster is coming out and it's gonna tickle you" "oh I'm so scared" I said in mock fear "suit yourself" he started tickling me my sides my neck my armpits I was crying and wiggling trying to escape "take it back" "never!!" I yelled laughing "fine no chocolate covered strawberries then" he said taking out a container filled with them "are those marshmallows" "yup" he said taking one out kissing it "delicious" he smirked I propped myself on my elbows looking at him "your evil" I pouted "just take it back and you'll have some" he placed the container on the ground and held the chocolate covered strawberry and a chocolate covered marshmallow.
"Fine I take it back" but it was to late he popped both in his mouth and grinned I glared at him and shot out for the container but missed by an inch. "Got to try harder than that Red-Head" I squinted my eyes at him and smirked "okay no chocolate no kiss" "what no kiss why" he whined "fair and square give me the desserts" he looked back and forth from the container to me. "Fine" "Yay!!" I cheered happily and snatched the container out his hands and picked up a marshmallow and strawberry and stuffed both in my mouth "yum."
He laughed and looked at me "what?" I asked tilting my head "you have something right here" he kissed me on the lips and licked my bottom lip. I scrunched my nose and he laughed humorously and wiped away the corners of my mouth "you look so innocent" "because I am" I pouted "yea sure" I slapped his leg and moved away happily munching on my snacks. I saw a hand creeping up to the bowl in front of me I slapped his hand away "ow" he whined I stuck my tongue out at him and ate everything.
"Finish" I said laying back "and you look like you killed some chocolate people cause your face is a mess" he laughed I frowned and tried to look down but he held my face up and licked it off. "Delicious" he said I smiled and cupped his face and kissed him.
After a well heated make out session we piled into Jake's car and went to his house. "You wanna stay" I nodded and shivered "come on you look cold" we got inside and crept up to his room and shut the door silently. "You wanna change?" he asked "yeah sure" "you can use my shower, here some clothes" he said passing over basketball shorts and the smallest shirt he's got. When I came out of the bathroom putting my hair in a bun Jake was shirtless and only in sweatpants "wow" he had on glasses and his kindle in his hands his hair messy and wet but he looked so hot.
He laughed "come on" he patted the space beside him "I've never seen you with glasses" "yeah cause I only where it when I'm reading" "what about when we're in class" he shrugs "it's ONLY for reading but it doesn't matter." I nodded and climbed into bed with him hugging him "you should keep wearing those nerdy glasses you have" I rolled my eyes "whatever" he laughed and went silent. As I buried my head into his side fatigue taking over the soothing helps of him stroking my head. "Goodnight Ally" he kissed my head humming a song. My eye lids became heavy and soon I was drifting off to dreamland.
