"hoseok?"
he turned his head towards the door and smiled when he saw who it was.
he turned the music off,
pulled two chairs away from the side and motioned her to sit down.
she gadly did so and took the seat.
they ended up having a normal conversation,
they talked about their week,
their never ending evaluations,
anything really.
but when she asked him that one question,
he only stared blankly into her eyes,
as if he was afraid to tell her,
as if he didn't want her to know.
"what are you doing here alone?"
now, he could've just lied and would've gotten away,
but hoseok couldn't lie her.
he did it almost everyday,
but he just couldn't bring himself to do it verbally.
while she just looked at him questionably
he struggled with his words.
she could see how he opened his mouth, wanting to talk,
but immediately closed it again.
she didn't understand why it was hard to answer such a simple question,
but she waited for him.
she put her hand on his, making him flinch slightly.
he looked away.
he blinked.
and a single tear rolled off his cheek.
that's, when she found out.
hoseok wasn't as happy as he looked.
